Dire cold soggy food accompanied by poor service when we complained blaming just eat rather than accepting they cooked it poorly and warmed food up. Quarter duck for £10 was disgusting and chilli beef not cooked properly Do not use this place

Ordered £22 worth of food. WIted am hour and hadn't had an update so called the restaurant and they left me on hold for over 10 minutes before saying they've already delivered and gave some random address which isn't mine. They then said they don't deliver to my address and I'll have to speak to JustEat and hung up. When I called back they consistently I would have to speak to the manager but when we asked to speak to them they weren't available and when someone did call they hung up. AVOID! BIG SCAM!

Food took over 2 hours to arrive, came cold and we all got sick the next day. Have reported to food standards. Called the restaurant 10 times to ask for update/ to cancel and refund and not once did they pick up. The my offered me a £2 refund for delivery for cold, late food that made us sick. We paid £3 for delivery! AVOID.

Ordered salt and pepper chicken nuggets and salt and pepper chips tonight its the first time I've used this chip shop and the last and the food was stone cold nuggets and chips had no salt an pepper flavour to them at all all that was in the container was some dice onions .salt and pepper dishes are my go to meal when I go to a new chippy sadly what was served tonight fell well short of a salt and pepper meal

Food was inedible. The wrapping was saturated in grease. The sausages were not cooked. Mushy peas not mushy, the curry sauce was like a block of jelly and the cod was mushy and smelt like rotting fish in the middle. The chips were over cooked and soaked in grease. Never again will we go there. The food was thrown out.

Good food but found a piece of metal in the food when eating other then that I am pleased with the rest

Ordered food at 20.30 and it took 2 hours to come!! This is ridiculous on a Wednesday night? When it did arrive I was still not happy as the chow mien I asked for did not come in sauce. I was given the option to have the chow mien in sauce and I even paid extra for this!! Not happy at all.

i don’t ni hao this restaurant has so many bad reviews. was extremely pleased with my delivery, was delivered moderately fast and the food was very tasty! :) will order again

I won't be going back here, food ok, but they now charge £5-90 for chicken curry, just the curry, rice or chips is 50p extra, your "meal " is just the curry dish, no rice or chips... other chip shops are not like this...

I’ve had an order delivered over a week ago but an item was missing just eat can not refund me my missing item money as the take away have not confirmed my order their end .... and they do not answer the phone ever , I won’t order again that’s for sure .

Absolutely disgusting food! Ordered a takeaway. 2 salt and pepper chicken at £5 each we expected chips too. No! Handful of rubbery tiny chicken pieces and no salt and pepper in sight. Also ordered 2 sausage and chips. Sausages were undercooked and chips were vile. Never again! First and very last time 🤢🤮

Vile customer service, told 50 minute wait for food. After 1hr 30 minutes we rang to ask where our food was, to be greeted with a rude lady who hung up on us and continued to hang up on us! Wont be going here again!

Tried here by chance a few months ago and now have all friends and family ordering from here - never had a bad chip from about 10 orders over last few months everything is tasty and fresh and we have tried half the menu! Been to other chippys wen it is shut and always a let down - highly recommended!

We ordered a substantial amount of food to cater for a lot of family members. The combination trays £7.50 couldve been alot better considering it shouldn't have cost as much to sell. Chicken curry hot n spicy was excellent but not hot n spicy as advertised, more sweet and sour. Egg shell in chow mein. But all in all was very nice. Just need to take a bit more care while preparing food.

Large fish and chips - thick batter, warmed up chips that had gone cold, BB Spare Ribs in a watery sauce. Ordered Diet Coke - delivered full sugar coke and my hubby is diabetic! Only good thing was the prawn crackers which my daughter ate when she came home from work. Never order from here again. Oh yes and charged £1 for delivery for orders over £12 is a bit steep!

All good for the price but recently upped the prices on set meals by alot so won't be ordering again. Smh shame really

Considering its the highest price chinese take away in the Wallasey area, the portions are incredibly small and poxy, definitely not worth the money paid. Food was also cold.

Waited over an hour and a half-more than half hour late and then incomplete order! Curry missing, too late to bother asking for redelivery. Disappointing.

Order on a weekly basis and always have an excellent service...always earlier than eta, food piping hot, and always a friendly delivery person! Food is always gorgeous and my fave is the h'oderves for 2, absolutely gorgeous and great selection!! Both English and Chinese food is tasty and highly recommended

Food arrived 50 minutes late, couldn't get in touch with the restaurant at any point as the number wasn't working.

Food took over an hour to arrive, arrived COLD. And I was told by the driver that we're not to order from them ever again because they don't usually "deliver door to door" and that they're "too busy". I live in a small apartment building that takes 2 minutes max from the space of getting out of your car, coming up to my door and sitting back inside your car. Wether the manager put the driver up to this or not, I don't know, but WHY is your restaurant listed if you're too busy, and WHY accept my order if you're too busy! You'll lose a lot of business over this.

Absolutely abysmal service ordered food and said it would take 45 mins to come 1 hour and 20 mins later still no sign so when j rang up asking where it was they said the driver left 5 mins ago 20 mins later still no sign so phone back again asking for them to live the driver and the women at ni hao just hung up on me!!!!!!! Absolutely fuming isn't the word I will not be using them again period and will be passing onto family and friends and all over social media it's a disgrace why put the phone down on a customer!!! Bad service very bad service!!!

I've ordered from here about 7/8 times now. Food is piping hot, gorgeous, flavoursome, service is fast and friendly. Won't go anywhere else. Keep it up!

Chilli and garlic chicken was really watery but okay. Salt and pepper shredded chicken was solid but the flavours were good

If I could rate 0 I would!! The food was stone cold, the chicken and sweet corn soup was more like dish water with sweet corn! The kebab meet was like tinned dog food and the salt and pepper chicken was like rubber! Seriously don't bother ordering from here take your money somewhere else that deserves it! I'm surprised this place is t out of business already!

Another great order, came in 20 minutes. I returned because this is the only take away I have found that does broccoli dishes. And very well they do them too. The fish was massive this time, bit much for one tbh but still very tasty. Thoroughly enjoyable and the delivery person again was very polite. Excellent accidental find, this place.

Came in twenty five minutes during peak serving times (9pm) mid week, and it was all excellent, delivered by a very polite and friendly person who unlike other places I could mention had no problem finding my house or opening and closing a gate. Best fruity curry I have had since moving north. Fish not huge but full of flavour with crispy batter(which I prefer), the scallops were enormous and the discovery that 'stir fried broccoli' could even be a thing (lovely and crisp in a piquant sauce with bits of onion and carrot) is much appreciated! Would definitely recommend this take away and I will be back.
