Absolutely awful service. Ordered my food to be delivered. Was told 45 minutes to an hour and a half for delivery. What? My order arrived one hour and forty minutes later, cold, soggy, and without apology. After a couple of mouthfuls I threw it in the bin. This place used to be top notch but not any more.

Visit after visit to standard of takeaway has been excellent. The delivery service is brilliant and has always been on time if not quicker than estimated time. Order always of high quality and correct.

This has become my regular Chinese takeaway venue. The food has always been of an excellent standard and the delivery service has been on time or better. The food always hot and well presented. The other options in the area all fall short of the standards and quality this service provides. Thanks and keep it up.

I am a regular patron of this establishment, there can be a wait for the food, but the quality is SUPERB. Best Chinese in Norwich in my opinion.

I have been using this place for many years with no problems. My last take away was not the best, but just put it down to one of those things. Tonight had another delivered, it was awful. The spring roll was drowned in fat, I emptied the bag on to a plate to see a pool of oil. I ate the contents but not the pastry. Started on the main and put some beef in my mouth which I tried to chew, at this point I completely lost my appetite and binned it all!
