The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Eastbourne South East

Visité a mi madre y nos sirvieron las más deliciosas albóndigas asiáticas auténticas y rellenas. Los sabores eran delicados y los ingredientes naturales. Este no es un tipo de café "todo lo que puedas comer" y creo que recibiría una crítica brillante de un crítico de comida sobre la fuerza de la cocina y el ambiente. En la actualidad es una experiencia gastronómica bastante tranquila y pacífica, pero envío esta opinión porque quiero que otras personas disfruten y aprecien a Okalla.

Hoi Sum is the best Chinese restaurant for miles around. Each dish has its own flavor, the meals always come out nice and hot. One of my biggest gripes at most places is cold or luke warm food, not at the Hoi Sum always hot and so tasty! Very plentiful and sensible prices. The staff are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble and the place has a lovely atmosphere. No wonder its always busy and best to book. Well done to all the staff.

I went there tonight for my Birthday with my closest friend and it was quite quiet but that was nice for me. The service was fantastic, our waitress was very friendly and extremely attentive. I dropped a spoon and she was at our table with a new one before I could even pick up the other one. The food was very fresh, very very tasty and probably the best chinese food I have had in a very very long time. A massive thank you to everyone there for a lovely birthday dinner. I won't be going anywhere else.

The food was fresh, hot and delivered on time. Thoroughly enjoyed it and am sure we will be ordering from them again! Liked the option to do larger portion sizes too!

Excellent takeaway last night. Delivery was spot on time, good for a Friday. Friendly staff and best food for a long time. Highly recommended.

This takeaway has been my go-to for over 5 years now, and it never disappoints. I recommend the sweet & sour chicken and the beef in black bean sauce. Consistently great food and would highly recommend.

The beef curry from this place is the best Uber ever had. Exceptional food and exceptional delivery.

Concentrate on perfecting the service , two front of house staff would be better to enable a better flow of service. The starters were good but the mains were not great .The sauces for the main dishes could definitely do with altering,too gloopy, definitely too salty and sweet. With the service side of things again,it would be better to complete ONE table at a time….all starters, duck and lamb, and then all the mains and then all the puddings. The concept at the restaurant is a good idea but poorly executed.If all your main dishes are cold before the sides come out(5 mins +)then it’s not an enjoyable meal. The front of house woman explains things well and is very polite and welcoming, however, when the take away orders started increasing she started to get confused with the restaurant side of things and everything started to go wrong. She was overrun and was trying to keep it all running smoothly but is clearly too much for one person. We were expecting so much more and better quality food. Disappointed ☹️

Beautiful food. Had Capital Style Chicken which I haven’t seen on a menu for many many years. I love it. Everything fresh, hot, tasty and plentiful. Thank you

Food unediable paid alot to throw in bin I would save your money go anywhere else waste of money for example I ordered soup got watered down gravy sweet and sour spare rib got bones in sweet and sour sauce with onion

Dirty environment and tasteless food

From the charming young lady on the phone to the driver who was early and super polite to the chef who made the BEST, tastiest, freshest meal we have had as long as I can remember. Our go to Chinese (we have tried many many in SE London, but tonight was especially delicious, I didn't even really fancy Chinese tonight but it was sooooo tasty I had to go back for seconds. FYI we had Crispy Chilly Beef, sweet and sour chicken (the pineapple tasted so fresh!), chicken chow main (loads of chicken and loads of my fav nice veg), chicken and cashew nuts (beautiful). PS this is the fist time I have ever felt compelled to write a review. Thanks New World xx
