New China in Eastbourne

The food was fresh, hot and delivered on time. Thoroughly enjoyed it and am sure we will be ordering from them again! Liked the option to do larger portion sizes too!

food was preordere4 hours in advance. turned up late Cold dry and tasteless. won't order again ruined mother's day meal

The driver went to the wrong town there is 2 different St annes roads ,but I did send the postcode ?

Nothing to complain about, all was okay, the vermicelli Singapore noodles were amazing, rice was a little plain, bbq ribs in sauce were lovely, chicken balls tasty but not crispy (air fryer came to the rescue) all in all good

food delivered on time and piping hot. Good quality and really enjoyable, request on order notes for so.e ingredients to not be included followed. nice meal really impressed.

Unfortunately the duck and the ribs where so bad we couldn’t eat them and the rest of the meal was just VERY greasy and was all VERY disappointing. A shame as the food is normally good.

Chow mein was dry hardly any meat in it not nice at all

The chow mein was nice but the £16 share box was pretty poor. Hardly any meat on the bones, over salted and really not worth the price. Why is the curry sauce glow in the dark? The free prawn crackers were good though.

Best Chinese restaurant in Eastbourne. The food is always fresh, never greasy, delicious and hot! When ordering online they always read the notes should you need to tweak any items. Definitely worth giving this place a try....you won't regret it!

Best Chinese around. Sweet and sour chicken balls are the best I have ever eaten. Lovely highly recommend.

Food was delicious and hot. Delivery driver was polite and arrived early and before the earliest time it should have arrived and app still didn’t say it was being prepared. The time should be closer to actual.

The chicken balls were really big with lovely moist chicken inside and the sauce was perfect. The dumplings were delicious too. I preferred the steamed ones as they were softer than the fried ones. I found the chicken chow mein too salty The veg rice was delicious. Will definitely order from here again

Great food but it was so late it would put us off ordering again. I ordered 2 hours before we wanted it (ordered at 6pm for 8pm delivery) and it didn’t arrive till 9pm. Really poor service but food was excellent

Food was delivered a few minutes early, but that is not a problem. Quality was good and tasty. Issue with using a discount voucher but this is not the restaurants fault - just another issue with using Just Eat

The food was verging on cold when it arrived, so we had to reheat it. Couldn't get through to restaurant as was permanent engaged. Driver had no sign of heat bag. Really disappointed

So just we were looking for. Been searching for ages for a good Chinese and finally found it. The food is great quality and the portions are so generous, with cheaper prices than others around. Will definitely be ordering again.

The Red curry (both of them)!was not just bad it's the worst meal I have "EVER" had.. just tasted of overpowering ginger nothing else! Got Noodles instead of rice!! And the Duck was fat and chewy and tastless apart from chilli ..NOT WORTH £40. I think whoever cooked this should stop cooking as a career..its gone in the bin disgraceful

Had a family takeaway this evening, it was our first time ordering from here as normally we go to another local Chinese takeaway. The food was delicious, reasonably priced and the service was excellent 👍🏼 will definitely be coming back again

Ordered some black bean beef which was very nice. HOWEVER. My Sui Mai was raw!!!! It was very disappointing. I tried to complain on their website & Uber eats but it doesn’t allow you to make any review.

The Delivery driver was kind and had a great smile on her face and the food was excellent.

Lyn at new China always delivers on taste and it's always hot. Sometime on the weekend when its busy you can expect delays though. food is perfect don't get me wrong but I have 4 stars as there are often delays

Really good. You guys need to deliver to Hailsham. The shops next to you do. Broadway chippy and Broadway kahab. Plus tops pizza all on just eat.. Hailsham lack a really good Chinese so you would be smashing it

I ordered at the counter and as they confirmed the order, i told them i’d go to the cashpoint to get some money, but then when i got back and they had my order ready, they REFUSED to allow me to eat the food before paying!! HORRIBLE SERVICE, 1 STAR because i dont feel bad for the kid who works there.

I have always used New china and the service and food quality has always been amazing until tonight. When I bit into my prawn toast there was a long black hair that was tangled inside it, please make sure your kitchen staff are having their hair tied back and are wearing hair nets 😞

Staff have good service manner and food is tasty and hot whenever eaten here. Good range of dishes readily available.

Everytime we order from New China we are astounded with the quality and heat of the food, the quick delivery and the polite staff. Chow mein is beautiful, satay is lovely, chicken balls are the best in Eastbourne. Singapore noodles are banging! All cooked perfectly. Great little kids dinner! We won't go anywhere else.
