The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Canterbury South East

Still the best and far too much food. Lots left for next day.. very fast delivery as well, piping hot food. The only one I will now use, the rest are rubbish.

A superb hidden away Chinese take away. Certainly the best Chinese take out in town and Keith is a top bloke.

Ordered a takeaway this evening, the food was appalling and disappointing. Noodles are bland and no taste, broth no taste, the duck was good quality and the 3 bits if veg floating around were good. The spicy chicken wings were not spicy. After eating the duck and veg the rest was for the bin !

We have been using this takeaway for a year or so and the food is always hot, delicious and tasty. Would highly recommend!

This was a takeaway. We telephoned our order and was told delivery in half an hour. 1 hour and 10 minutes later they were not answering the phone, ( probably recognised our phone number ). We have had several different problems with this Chinese before, but were willing to give it one more go. We made sure the problems we had before we’re not going to be repeated by speaking to the lady on the phone. After an hour and 20 minutes, it turned up. My husband asked her if she’d been driving about as she was so late, and she said no, she had come straight from the shop. He paid her and when he bought it in, and we opened it in the kitchen most of it was warm. We had to heat everything up again in the microwave thus making it pointless having a takeaway. They will not be getting our custom again.

Food was nice and hot. Tasted how it should and the delivery lady was friendly.

Lovely food as always, great service from all staff and the food was so fresh. I called to make a reservation Saturday afternoon for the evening and they said yes of course which was lovely. Greeted by a waitress and shown to our table. Restaurant was warm and had a friendly atmosphere. Food was plenty and nothing was too much trouble.

Food is wonderful. The people are so helpful and friendly. Setting is gorgeous. You do need to pre book a table.

Best Chinese takeaway in Herne bay in my opinion! Good vegetarian options too

On holiday in Whitstable...again, and another great meal from Wing Wah. Fresh, tasty ingredients and lovely, friendly, fast service.

I've travelled all over the world, and the Yantze restaurant has provided some of the best food and dining service I've ever had. The staff at the yantze have always been kind and caring, delivering the best service, and even surprised me with a memorable conversation from a few years ago, about the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe book series. As you embark on your well-deserved retirement, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful dining experiences you've provided for myself, my family, and my friends. I wish you the very best. 多謝 and 谢谢 for the countless meals and memories.

Pancake rolls were wrapped in a very thick almost batter, barely any ngredients in the filling mainly grated carrot & beansprout. (Must add it was like they were a last thought) as previously crispy filo & good filling. Crispy beef was just empty pieces no beef in at all. Rice was extra greasy. The prawn balls & chicken balls were thick soggy coating . Just awful im quite sure this was not the normal chef !! 😕

I went and ordered in the takeaway and it came a little too quickly. I got home and the chicken balls were pink inside, the rice and noodles tasted of old oil/unkempt pans and it was inedible. I phoned and was told to take pictures of the chicken and send via WhatsApp and if I did this I might get a free dish next time. A categorical no from me as I will NEVER order from this place again. I have a Labrador and I would not feed it to him and it is all in the bin. £20 wasted. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, Environmental health needs to go in.

Hardly any chicken in the chicken chow mein, spare ribs were cold, portions very poor. Phoned to complain and the kitchen ( not the lady taking the orders) said that all they would do is give me a half price chow mein next time. We won't go back.
