The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Canterbury South East

Still the best and far too much food. Lots left for next day.. very fast delivery as well, piping hot food. The only one I will now use, the rest are rubbish.

A superb hidden away Chinese take away. Certainly the best Chinese take out in town and Keith is a top bloke.

The best noodle bar around by miles! A large selection of mouthwatering dishes, all served by friendly and polite staff.

Just had an excellent take-away from China Chef, lovely food, excellent service on a busy new years eve.

I am not one to write a review, but this was the worst experience I have ever had with a Chinese. We ordered our food at 6pm with the estimated delivery of 45-90 minutes. We waited 110 minutes with no update so we phoned and they advised that that it will be another 25 minutes. After 35 minutes we phoned back and they advised that they hadn’t even cooked the food and the food will be with us in 10 minutes. 2 hours and 40 minutes later, we get our food to which at this point we aren’t even hungry. Do not recommend to anyone.

Look for what the money I’d pay for…house special fried rice with only 3 prawns in it and spring rolls 17:50 and that’s for collecting…robbing the people off and nothing she does to help the people of gorey…she doesn’t give a monkeys because she gambles thousands in paddy powers every week

Food is wonderful. The people are so helpful and friendly. Setting is gorgeous. You do need to pre book a table.

I've travelled all over the world, and the Yantze restaurant has provided some of the best food and dining service I've ever had. The staff at the yantze have always been kind and caring, delivering the best service, and even surprised me with a memorable conversation from a few years ago, about the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe book series. As you embark on your well-deserved retirement, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful dining experiences you've provided for myself, my family, and my friends. Pancake rolls were wrapped in a very thick almost batter, barely any ngredients in the filling mainly grated carrot & beansprout. (Must add it was like they were a last thought) as previously crispy filo & good filling. Crispy beef was just empty pieces no beef in at all. Rice was extra greasy. The prawn balls & chicken balls were thick soggy coating . Just awful im quite sure this was not the normal chef !! 😕

Made a blind eyed big order the first time, and the food itself was really good would buy again.

Hardly any chicken in the chicken chow mein, spare ribs were cold, portions very poor. Phoned to complain and the kitchen ( not the lady taking the orders) said that all they would do is give me a half price chow mein next time. We won't go back.

Really good takeaway, collection or delivery. Good value. Really enjoyed the satay sauce, mushroom chow mien.

On holiday in Whitstable...again, and another great meal from Wing Wah. Fresh, tasty ingredients and lovely, friendly, fast service.
