The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Canterbury South East

I asked whether the pancake rolls were filo pastry and was told they were but they were battered , the food was absolutely tasteless I just hope I don’t get any sickness from it

Best East Asian food in Herne Bay. Delicious and fresh. Used for years, sitting in or take away. Gorgeous, hardworking staff. My go to takeaway

We have been using this takeaway for a year or so and the food is always hot, delicious and tasty. Would highly recommend!

The staff at the yantze have always been kind and caring, delivering the best service, and even surprised me with a memorable conversation from a few years ago, about the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe book series. We compared prices and availability times for various deliveries online and John Lee, although they don’t deliver that I’m aware of, came out best in terms of price and quick service with collection in 20 minutes on a Friday evening. The food was clearly freshly cooked, had lovely flavour individual to each dish and the man who took our food order was polite, double checked each item and was helpful. A highlight was the chicken satay skewers. 100% will only order Chinese from John Lee in future.

Hardly any chicken in the chicken chow mein, spare ribs were cold, portions very poor. Phoned to complain and the kitchen ( not the lady taking the orders) said that all they would do is give me a half price chow mein next time. We won't go back.

Amazing food. We’ve been here nearly 5 years we have not been to this Chinese in over a year as they do not deliver to Chartham. We have been using local and they just don’t touch it. So tonight we drove in and wow. So good.

Really good takeaway, collection or delivery. Good value. Really enjoyed the satay sauce, mushroom chow mien.
