Absolutely disgusting worst chinese iv ever eaten was also charged for a special fried rice but received a plain rice was had to wait for food for over half an hour

Cosy place by the main road selling a wide range of authentic southeast Asian food (Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia etc.). Good portion, really tasty, and reasonably priced as well!

Best Chinese Takeaway in Southend City and beyond. They are retiring soon now and will be greatly missed.

18.10 wanted to order a take away. The gentleman said it was cash only. I said I call back. 5 minutes later I called back.. spoke to the same gentleman and wanted to place order and he very rudely told me they stop doing take away. That was in a space of 4 minutes

Fabulous experience, we booked a table quite late, they fit us in for 7pm. Amazing service and quality of food Outstanding !!! This is definately our new favourite place for sure !! They add Service Charge 12.5% but well deserved by team members who make you feel welcome and attended to. Thank you all for making my special evening lovely x oh and my plus 1 was good company too !

Disappointing, travelled a long way to get here and phoned to say running 10 mins late, informed it was OK. When ordering food, a staff member stood over us and informed us we had an hour and had to leave as next sitting is then. This was not indicated on my booked reservation nor communicated when phoned. Could not enjoy the meal. Very poor.

Went for a meal here the weekend. The restaurant was very clean. The staff we spoke with very rude. Our waiter was very pushy in telling us what we was going to eat rather than what we wanted to eat. We ordered a drink each and then asked for some tap water for the table, well he’s face said it all, he did not like us ordering tap water. ( even after ordering a round of drinks) the food was nice tho no problems there. He then told us we had ordered duck which we hadn’t. And kept saying we have. We said no one has ordered duck on this table to which he walked off in a huff. When paying, the bill hadn’t even hit the table and he had the card machine in our faces waving it around. Poor customer service from him and not even a goodbye or thanks from any of the staff on front desk. Food lovely, Customer service needs improving.

What a fab way for us to start the New Year than having one of our favourite dishes (roast duck in plum sauce) from one of our favourite Chinese restaurants, and it's still the same quantity, quality and taste 😋 well done, keep up the great work 👍

Este es un lugar fabuloso. Ideal para aparcar. fabulosa vista y concepto - realmente han convertido esta vieja barcaza en un lugar que quiere ir. La comida es excelente si no fueras vegetariano entonces te convertirías aquí. Encantador ambiente frío y una decoración encantadora - los asientos son un poco duros - unos cuantos cojines estarían bien para la generación mayor. Estábamos celebrando un 50 cumpleaños. El servicio fue excelente y me encanta el sistema de reservas. Solo críticas los baños eran malolientes - y el servicio disminuyó hasta el final, pero barcazamos su atención y no eran más que serviciales - sin duda irá de nuevo - y enviando nuestro agradecimiento por un encantador almuerzo de domingo.

AMAZING— We drove two hours from our home to get here and had a fantastic meal. Absolutely worth it! Not sure when we’ll be back, but this is definitely bookmarked as our favorite restaurant.

Amazing food and lovely people. Long Yuen is our favourite place to eat. Jackie & Joey bring such a friendly atmosphere. If you haven’t eaten here, book now! Cannot recommend enough!

I would like to score Tanoshii higher but I found it was very disorganised. Service was ok but our male waiter never smiled. It was ok, but nothing made me feel like I want to return.
