This restaurant never fails to impress, ordered food for all family as a takeaway and have enough left over for the day after, nice big portions, quality of food is second to none, salt and pepper dishes were seasoned just right, the 15 minute dirve to collect is well worth it

Where have you gone? The best takeout in Peterborough and so kind to my daughter. Fast, hot and tasty - even more so than me. Please come back. I've only strayed once since you left and it was horrid, I cried so much my fortune cookie dissolved. "You will experience loss" the cookie said.

Ordered over the phone, £80 worth of food. Not all the food arrived. We rang straight away and the obnoxious person answering put the phone down trying to make out we had the wrong menu... we didn't! Really bad customer service. Count your food before the delivery driver leaves.. this has happened twice now. Crooks.

Lovely staff everything you need for a Chinese restaurant not many of staff speak English also not much drinks service no coffee machine had broken down

Absolutely amazing food I have been going here for around 6 years they are absolutely fantastic perfect food tasty hot and delicious wouldn’t go anywhere else 👍👍 and polite staff Thankyou for the service you bring to this village ❤️

Very disappointed with my meal tonight. Special chow mein the pork was very tough very little beef and 2 prawns. Won’t be returning any time soon.

Had a great meal at Yatzen Contemporary Oriental Restaurant and Takeaway last night. Haven’t been there since before covid and when it reopened for seating in. Lovely food, friendly and great service from the staff and very reasonable price. Will def be making regular visits, thanks to all the Yatzen staff 👏 100% recommend

i have been here twice got food poising both times thought it might have just been a bug until last night when i tasted off chicken chicken was still pink

There was an issue with our order and the polite gentleman on the phone came and sorted it out himself he’s always so great taking our order and unfortunately there was some confusion (these things happen) but he came and sorted it out straight away without even waiting for the driver very pleased with the level of costumer service this was a busy Friday evening for contest

Food is normally very good but their customer service is terrible. Had such a terrible experience with them after they got our order wrong. I called them just to flag the mistake but told them i wasn't asking them to change anything or give us anything as we were happy to eat what they sent in error but they absolutely would not accept that they were wrong and were incredibly rude. I will never order from them again.

Tenemos comida para llevar en familia desde aquí durante alrededor de 5 años, ahora y especialmente si los amigos están de visita, ha sido fantástico y conveniente pedir una comida de 148. La semana pasada, de nuevo tuvimos visita familiar para el verano y hicimos un pedido considerable, pero desafortunadamente nos decepcionamos un poco con la completa falta de contenido de pollo en el Pollo Chow Mein - entre nosotros bromeamos que era cazar el pollo y en esta ocasión, simplemente lo dejó así! El domingo por la noche, nuestros invitados se ha ido y de nuevo decidimos pedir a partir de 148 , en nuestro menú habíamos incluido el Pollo Chow Mein pero una vez más nos sentimos muy decepcionados al encontrar diminutas hebras de pollo, casi hasta el punto de ser inexistente. Llamamos para explicar que no estábamos contentos y nos dijeron más o menos por el gerente, que él había visto personalmente al Chef poner el pollo en nuestro Chow Mein personalmente. En lugar de seguir discutiendo, solicitamos cortésmente un intercambio y que pudieran recoger el pedido inicial como prueba, simplemente no había pollo... a lo que la respuesta del gerente fue a Go Fu? Ustedes mismos... Encantador - supongo que cualquiera puede cometer un error, pero es esta la manera de tratar a sus clientes fieles a largo plazo.
