don't waste your money here. They get orders wrong, don't apologise when they do, and the food is awful. worst Chinese in Ipswich by a mile.

70 minutes later still waiting for delivery!!

Food was over 2 hours late, would not recommend.

As our local, this is a really good Chinese takeaway. Have purchased from here many many times.

Unfortunately our meal was disappointing, we've always got takeaways from here and it's been great but not this time, not sure if they changed recipes but the meal was flavourless and bland and needed reheating, we only live 2 minutes away, hopefully it will improve.....

We've never had a bad meal from Fusion - the food is fantastic, with a varied menu on offer. We usually pick up directly from the restaurant and the waiting time never exceeds 20 minutes. Would happily recommend.

Ordered take away last Saturday. It was disgusting. Salt n paper squid was not fresh it was from a frozen the same as they sell in Aldi. The chow mien was slimy, the satay chicken was very spicy more like curry sauce with peanuts. First time I have tried here and will never come back. It was vile 🤮

We've had two takeaways from here recently (both collections ordered via Just Eat), both were prompt and tasty. Crispy beef and smoke chicken well cooked and nice flavour. Singapore rice spicy and decent amount of meat. Prawn toast a little greasy and curry sauce turned gloopy but that didn't spoil what was an enjoyable meal.

Use this takeaway regularly, never had a problem, food always great and team working there are very friendly. Highly recommended.

Ordered through Just eat - it was terrible and had to throw it away after a few bites - genuinely thought I might get food poisoning. It smelt awful. Ordered thai prawn curry - was gloopy, thick and no idea what the flavor was, but it was not Thai. Did not trust the prawns enough to eat them. A ready meal from Tesco would have been a better option

Ordered our food for 19.30, I called @ 19.45, got told it is on its way, it arrived @ 20.25, the driver said it had been sitting on the side in the shop, it was cold & dry,

Food was practically inedible, soup was salty and gloopy, prawn balls batter was soggy and damp and prawns tasted watery, chow mien overly soy saucy

Really delicious meal, reasonable price.

We ordered a take away that got delivered at the time we expected it to. I like the Prawn Crackers the most and will be coming back.

Unfortunately my partner got food poisoning after ordering food from here. Sweet and sour pork and egg fried rice. Partner has remained ill for 2+ days after eating food from here. No other meat or fresh food was eaten on the day of the Chinese, so the liklihood is that it has been from fusion. Will not be ordering here again! 😒

Went to collect food and obeyed the sign on the door saying only 1 person at a time inside as there were already 2 people in there. They knew I was waiting outside and said nothing. A few minutes later I was invited in by the girl on the counter and when I pointed out that there were already 2 people in side, she told me they worked there.. It would have been good if one of them had invited me in out of the rain instead of ignoring me.

Food very oily and bland. Second and last time we get food from Fusion. On both occasions we ordered over the phone for collection and both times were told the order had not been received. Had to re-order and wait both times.

Food was awful and waited forever for it to come, will not be ordering from here again!!!!!

Very hit and miss. One incorrect dish in our order tonight, which we collected. Phoned immediately, and we were told to return it for a replacement, didn’t even say, well keep that one and we’ll replace it with the correct dish. Chow mien not very nice at all. Used to taste burnt, has improved recently but this time tasted horrible, floury! Very disappointed tonight and not even a complimentary portion of prawn crackers for their mistake. Poor customer service.

We have used Fushion many times and always collected as we are only 5 minutes away. However due to having to self isolate we asked for delivery and were told it would be within 1hour 15 minutes. It arrived 2 hours 5 mins later!! Such a shame as they obviously need more than 1 driver on a Saturday!

Never order again 😡🤬 Almost 2 hours wsiting for food Call them they are not answering the phone ...think twice before you arder ..

The fusion is my favourite place for a Chinese. The best food here is the lemon chicken.

We had a takeaway which was very good. The lemon chicken is the best here. Will go again to this place.

We've been to fusion before and it's been nice but on this occasion we were very disappointed. The chow meins we had were very dark in colour compared to previous ones, there was a smoky smell and the taste was very oily and not great at all. Also the chicken one had cubes of chicken and not strips as you would expect. We all had prawn Crackers also which when we got home were shocked to see 6 prawn Crackers in a bag for £1.50. We won't be returning anytime soon

Our local was closed and my sister recommended Fusion. We ordered and drove to collect. My chow mein had a smoky bbq taste to it, also slightly floury. The rice was ok. The chicken balls were the only good thing. We won’t be returning customers sadly.

Dont get chicken balls or the curry sauce. the chicken is 1000% hardened steal, and the curry sauce was seasoned with a bed sheet from a crack house

Fantastic food. Never had such lovely tofu and a reasonable price too.

Very disapointing! 2nd time of ordering with fusion from just eat and both times we have have waited well over an hour only to be told lies each time about where the order was when i called to chase! Will not be ordering through them again!! 😡

Food's okay, but feels expensive

Awful experience! My husband and I both decided to order though justeat with fusion. We attempted to order on a Saturday evening knowing we still had 20 minutes before they closed. I completed the order online and paid aswell to then receive an email at 11:05pm (25 minutes after we had placed original order) saying our order had been cancelled. Absolutely disgusting! They clearly state online they are open till 11pm on a Saturday. Well clearly they don't like cooking after 10:30pm. You wouldn't expect this in a restaurant so why is this acceptable with an online order?! Not a happy customer and I will be telling others about this experience. I work in the catering industry so I can understand the frustrations of late orders however when you state a time you serve till then unfortunately you adhere to this time. Beware making online orders.. you may be let down nearly half an hour after ordering!

I always come to fusion! Great tasting food and they always get my order right. I don't go anywhere else! The food is to die for!!

We have had some good meals from here in the past but the last one was awful the crispy duck was dry, the crispy beef was more like deep fried twigs and inedible, the spare ribs where tasteless nut the rice was ok. I will think twice before ordering from here again.

Ordered from here on just eat app. Always very quick to deliver and food is still hot. They've only made one mistake with an order but we recieved two lots of what we wanted as an apology in quick time. Highly recommend it

An asian fusion restaurant, combining Chinese, Japanese, & Thai cuisine. This place has a lot of bad reviews, but our experience was a pleasant one. We ordered through Just Eat so we could see the menu. The app stated that the restaurant had added 15 minutes to the 1 hour delivery time, but the food arrived 10 minutes earlier than the time originally given. The food arrived hot, & tasted good. I'd definitely recommend the Satay Chicken Skewers with Peanut Sauce. The King Prawn Shanghai Style, Thai Spring Rolls, & Crispy Aromatic Lamb (with pancakes, etc.) were also nice, & the sauce from the Teriyaki Beef added a great flavor to their rather bland House Special Chow Mein (which did however have a really tasty selection of meat in it). Overall we enjoyed everything except the extremely small portion of Prawn Crackers.

Our usual was closed so we thought we would try this one. Big mistake, not only was it painful just getting the delivery to us despite the fact we live on an estate where the house numbers are pretty straight forward, we pretty much had to go and find the driver. But when we received the late delivery it was missing items, was stone cold and rank. Restaurant refused to refund anything other than the missing item. Will never use again.

They forgot an item on our order. So phoned up and they said they would send it out. Paid for the item 45mins later and I am still waiting.

These guys need to purchase a clock. If you want your delivery on time do not order from here.

A very sorry saga with this outlet and wish I can post review with zero star. We thought to give them a try. Initially tried ordering on phone, staff could get what dishes they can offer for egg & mushroom allergy. So I decided to visit in person but same. Asked for egg & mushroom free dishes, no joy. So looks they have not got understanding on how to serve customers with allergy. They appear a busy outlet but have a huge kitchen right behind front desk, was so noisy that I couldn't stand beyond 15 mins. Finally ordered and paid for two noodles dishes but at home discovered I was given only one portion. Totally disappointed, waste of money, can't be trusted and don't recommend at all.
