The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Chinese food

We have always gone to Fusion for our Chinese meals and it is great. Friendly people, great food and reasonably priced. Fully recommend.

The food was 10/10 it was fast delivery food taste amazing definitely be ordering again

The restaurant is a decent size and the service is reasonably okay. However, the main issue is the food quality, which is quite disappointing. The dumplings, in particular, were filled with large, rubbery chunks of fat that were tough and unpleasant to chew. It really took away from the entire dining experience. Unfortunately, due to the low standard of the food, I won’t be returning.

Ordered takeaway. Told us would be 30 mins 1 hour 11mins later and I’m still waiting. Awful customer service all they had to say “if receipt isn’t in our kitchen it must of left” “yes the food left half an hour ago” Awful. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We placed are order for local delivery with no problem . On arrival our meal was in complete 3 chicken balls instead of 8 . Gave them a call and they didnt believe me . After a challenging conversation they agreed and delivered the product . The conversation was terrible from there side with no customer service or personality skills .On arrival of the missing product ,no apologe just her you are . We have used this takeaway more 25 years and cant believe the shocking respect from a regular user. It's so disappointing that they just dont care and basically called me a lie er over the phone . If you carry on this way you will close and give someone else a chance to succeed. Called them again to talk to them but not interested and put the phone down .on me . Who ever owns this unit should at least make contact with me . But no e mail address to send this complaint. This shows customer service is really low on there agenda .

moved to the area and struggled to find a good Chinese but I have now the best chrispy beef I've had will recommend and will be ordering again and very polite staff on collection

Really poor show this time, Chinese is my regular treat take away. Being my local shop I was glad to have a good quality well priced, takeaway on my parade. Imagine my shock to come in to a newly reduced menu, my usual order was no longer an option. No worries lets Change it up a bit try something similar, but all I got was appalling quality this time round. Bland dry and colourless. Wasn't visually appealing, and had no flavour what so ever. I'll never order from this service again. I'll sooner go further afield for the quality I used to get.

Fantastic food and service every time I go here, have been using Sakura for 4 years and is hands down, one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been to. The lady on the front always knows what I’m ordering and ensures it’s made perfect for me every time 20/10 rating from us

Had Beef chow mein and 1 portion of crispy seaweed. Couldn't fault it, ample portion, nice and hot, didn't have to wait long for it to be cooked. Will go back

Sent rice instead of noodles! What are we supposed to do, send them back after eating the starters and wait another hour for them to get it right?! Very poor, sort it out!

This is now our favourite takeaway in Llanelli. Food is stunning, massive chicken balls and the nicest sweet & sour sauce I’ve tasted. Massive portions and really good value for money. Lush

Worse Chinese I have ever had, chips were rock hard, curry sauce was just flavoured water and did not taste anything like curry, and left a nasty after taste that made me sick, after just 2 mouthfuls had to throw away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, that's if you have any sense.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I had to wait 57 mins for my food. When arrived it was stone cold! • shrimp was undercooked • Rice hard • noodles were stale • chicken balls were rock solid I had asked for a refund and the lady had to me to come in the shop and hung up on me. I went into the shop and she asked me to leave. Never go here !!! Staff are rude !!!
