Fantastic food and service every time I go here, have been using Sakura for 4 years and is hands down, one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been to. The lady on the front always knows what I’m ordering and ensures it’s made perfect for me every time 20/10 rating from us

Down hill unfortunately, Ribs are now Tiny but same price and chopped up onions so ting not spring onions to mention, Mains more onions than actual chicken! If i want to order an onion curry I would be 90% onions and 10% chicken is ridiculous . We wont be ordering again until I see your reviews improving and customers being more positive

This was the first time we’ve bought from here. It was the best Chinese we’ve tasted in a long while. Quality and quantity were excellent. Texture of the chicken was perfect, not rubbery like so many Chinese takeaways. Thank you. We’ll be back.

This was my first time of ordering from here but won’t be my last. The food tasted great and was if a good quality. I felt the pricing was fair and the service was very good - a friendly welcome and goodbye made me feel very welcome. In my view the food was better than the average Chinese takeaway. The taste was good and I honestly have nothing to fault. I look forward to returning!

Had a cheeky Friday night take away from here yesterday, ordered via the web. The food turned up really quickly, piping hot, well packed. Everything was absolutely delicious. Good choices on menu. The price was quite high but think that's just a sign of the times. Thoroughly recommend

Always really yummy food every time! Collection orders are ready SO fast, delivery is also speedy too. We recommend to friends near by 😊

Food was of very poor quality, Flavourless, overcooked and generally unpleasant; probably one of the worst Chinese takeaways I have ever had. Best bit was that I have now replenished some plastic tubs to use in the freezer!

I really enjoyed the take-aways I have had here, although I have only had a couple of meals. I am not a big fan of talking on the phone, but I was able to order without being asked to repeat myself. It did not take an overly long amount of time to prepare. The vegetarian items were clearly labelled, which was great.

Fresh tasty food! I pick it up at the shop. Wonderful every single time. Spring rolls are so fresh! Singapore noodles to die for. Smoked chicken is a dream!! Never had a bad dish.

The food is ok but the delivery time is ridiculous. We've been told 1.5 hours on 2 occasions when booking but the food doesn't arrive until over 2 hours and is cold.

due to covid-19, sakura has been difficult to order from. i therefore tried 2 different asian restaurants in my local area, both of which didn’t even compare to the amazing food i get from here. it always tastes fresh, well prepared and authentic. the food is always correct, never late and the service is top notch. wouldn’t go anywhere else in my area again

Food was luke warm. Not very tasty. Chilli beef was cold, as if out of the fridge. Meat was good quality. Not to our taste. Won’t use again

Really below average Chinese. Missing a few items but couldn't get through to restaurant (after waiting an hour and a half for delivery). Id probably order my food anywhere other than this place. For the items that arrived- chow mein was completely bland, rice tasted old, prawn crackers were stale, one item was totally wrong (ordered something different). And it was barely warm on arrival. Very very disappointing for the money I spent.

Tried here for the first time tonight as ordering online is so easy and convenient. Only checked reviews and scores on the doors after, but scored too marks! Agree with a previous comment that the chow mein was salty, but I still loved it. Hubby commented it's probably the best chow mein he's had. Was nearly all lovely, only critcism would be that the veggie spring rolls were soggy inside with not much filling. Delivery was super quick, will definitely order again.

Staff are friendly. Service is quick. The food tastes great. Even willing to make adjustments, eg. noodles without the legumes.

There was so much oil, even the rice tasted of oil! And the batter on the squid was flour tasting!

I wish I loved the chinese food served here as we live close by. Unfortunately, we find it so salty that we end up drinking glasses and glasses of water afterwards! Crispy duck was delicious but the chow mein was a bit slimy and...very salty.

Had a lovely meal last night. Seaweed and Chicken Satay to Start, Quarter duck and Nasi goren with Curry sauce. Delicious, not a grain of rice was wasted!

Not only did our order take almost 2 hours to arrive,l after paying for delivery but one item was missing!! we ordered the duck chow mein and it was all fat, barely any duck. ordered before with no issue but this time was so awful we will not be ordering again.

Nice food, good menu choice however asked for chow mein to be made spicy and that request was completely ignored so not impressed with that. Also £30 worth of food ordered and they don’t even chuck in prawn crackers! And the portions were tiny. However hot and sour soup was lovely.

Favourite Chinese in aldershot. Only place local I can get pad Thai! Smoked chicken and the duck rolls are also winners 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Very nice food with (duck, chilli beef, chow mein) duck was lovely and came shredded like I asked, chilli beef was more chewy beef but had a kick to it. Chow mein was spot on. They were late in delivering by 15min but the taste certainly made up for it.

Very good food and they texted me to say it would be ready in 10 mins.

All good accept timing site said 1 time confirmation email said 5 mins later and when arrived at shop still had to wait a good 10 mins

Mixed starter not good however mushroom udon and Pham Thai very good and Pam choi excellent

A clearer description of the Mayoni Chicken would be helpful. I enjoyed it but my partner doesn't like pineapple. The rest was spot on.

Delivered within 5 minutes of the time I ordered for. Food was hot and DELICIOUS. PhadThai was best I've had in a long time - including Wagamama! Katsu Curry was yummy, but doesn't come with rice, just an FYI. Really impressed, would always order here now!

Fast delivery, food nice and hot and tasty. Only slight improvement meant would be on the BBQ ribs, the sauce was very runny than it usually is and watery tasting.

Sorry this take away has gone downhill. We used to use Sakura often but the food quality has declined and the cost has increased.

I ordered the mixed chow mein and I found beef in it, eventho on the menu it's mentioned it contains chicken, pork and shrimps 👎🏻

Love the gyoza but for some reason they don't come with the same dip as steamed ones. That needs changing. Best Chinese food around.

Ordered at 7.30pm for a 45-60 minute delivery. When they accepted the order, they added on time so gave me 8.45pm as a delivery time. My food arrived at 9.05. The chips were wooden and chewy, as if they had been reheated. The chicken balls were undercooked on the batter. The bean sprouts tastes medicinal, and the sweet and sour sauce was half empty. So disappointed
