Sent rice instead of noodles! What are we supposed to do, send them back after eating the starters and wait another hour for them to get it right?! Very poor, sort it out!

Rubbish customer service. 3rd time in a row items I’ve ordered haven’t been delivered. Tonight was advised sorry your items are missing but can’t bring them as no resources. Had to go get them myself- when I had already paid for delivery!

Just on time but the food was horrible and half the order was wrong!

Quick delivery, food was hot and delicious. Drivers/restaurant don't read the additions though. Good experience .

Meat was like rubber and could not chew it and the chicken seemed a bit undercooked. It mostly went in the bin.

Specifically asked for no prawns an when I got to the bottom I found 3 prawns. Very lucky I'm not allergic as this could have resulted in a law suit . Always read special notes.

For the first time I am disappointed with this takeaway, order received was wrong, I ordered Chicken fried rice and got special fried rice with beef and prawns, my kids do not eat fish or red meat. Never had any problems in the past though.

Food was bland won’t order from here again 2.80 for a tray of chips n onion and a few green peppers I would t call them salt n pepper chips

Very disappointed that the food was so late, after waiting an hour from ordering. When I phoned the restaurant to find out where the food was the girl that answered said, "I can't hear you" and hung up the phone, not very good customer service. I will not be ordering from you again.

Very fast delivery - excellent food.

The beef and pork in my special chow mein were gristle and tasted odd. And there was far too much sauce on it. It was delivered far too quickly for it to have been made fresh. Not impressed, very disappointed and won't be ordering again. ☹️

Don't waste your money absolutely rubbish, everything was so over cooked it was rock hard... It's not cooked fresh it went straight in the bin..

Extremely rude staff and once I had got home and put kids to bed noticed not all my order there! Can not believe how rude the woman on the counter is!

The curry was a bit spicy so I couldn't eat it in one go. Apart from that everything was okay.

The chips were disgusting, the satay sauce was like water and no flavour, and the only thing my son ate was the prawn crackers. I called up to tell them I wasn’t happy with food, and was offered a refund. I said yes I want refund and you can come collect food. She said she can’t refund as it would cost the another £5 for driver to come back and collect. I paid for delivery and was delivered this rubbish. Me and my son don’t have food and no refund. Don’t waste your money

Delivery on time but sweet and sour chicken balls were pink in the middle and dripping with grease, straight in the bin!! The rest off order was ok but the chicken balls put everyone off. They would have to send a replacement meal out and to apologise before I order again as it spoilt a friends gathering:(

So after a long day at work, I decided to order a Chinese from this restaurant, worst mistake imaginable. The order was so late, that my partner had ordered another takeaway and it arrived within the time I was waiting. When I called up to see where my order was the lady on the phone couldn't find what she had done with the order. I asked as it was late could I have a can of coke and she ignored me and hung the phone up. It finally arrived, the gent who delieved was lovely, and took the money (which I excluded delivery fee due to lateness). Finally sat down to enjoy a well deserved meal, then there was more disaster. My noodles were dry and my duck fatty. I will not be ordering from here again. If you want slow service, bad customer service and food which is to DIE for. Then this place is for yourself. Only respect is towards the driver.

We regularly order from Fairfield House, says a lot since there are so many other Chinese restaurants round here. Great tasting food and lots of options.

Food was Luke warm when it got here and took 30 mins from leaving shop to getting here. Not nice today.

Ordered food at 17.30 on a Sunday evening thinking it wouldn't be too busy then, but get an estimated delivery time of 18.50 but then have to ring up at 19.15 to see where food was, I use these all the time and never had a wait that long before.

food arrived cold and 40 minutes late, used many times before but won’t be using them again, rang them and offered a refund if they got the food back, don’t the think the driver could find the house the first time so what’s the point.

Have ordered from here before but today it has taken them nearly two hours to deliver cold food. Won't be ordering again.

The food was burnt beyond eating there was not onion in the onion rings as they had been over fried and chow me in was burnt too

Yummy pancake rolls, delivery guy was kind & polite I always tip them. Too much food will share next time. Dog enjoyed a prawn cracker or 2 as free with orders over £10, great job

After waiting an hour and a half for our delivery the food arrived cold. On one of the meals we put in a special request due to an allergy however they still sent the food without the special request. I called the restaurant to let them know and they told me that they didn’t have the time to resend the correct order due to being busy. This is very poor service and very dangerous! I will not be using them again!!

Food was lovely in spite of taking 2hrs from initial order to arrive. Rang takeaway to see how long and was told cudnt tell ya. Very disappointed in the service tonight and it's a shame as we were regular customers

turned up 30 mins late and tasted like wallpaper paste. the only good thing was the politeness of the delivery driver

I usually buy my Chinese food once a week in a "job lot" from Fairfield House as the quality and recipes are brilliant. 2 portions each of Chicken with Szechaun Sauce, Chinese chicken curry, and Chicken Chow Mein (without mushrooms as requested), with a specified free gift of a large bottle of Diet Coke. I can't recommend them too highly.

food came nice and hot and it was lovely too the chicken, onion and cheese rolls are just delicious. will defo be ordering from here again :)

Normally order from here but probably will not again. Food was freezing cold by time it got to us. Plastic in our prawn crackers and I mean cooked into them. Disgusting.

Terrible food, cold stale chips and sweet and sour that tasted like it was off. 45 mins late and when questioning on telephone after 25 mins rude response from girl in the shop. Not sure where all positive reviews came from.

Food inedible and cold. The SPECIAL chow mein came in a polysterene kebab box that had leaked all over the other food. Not happy at all and £21 for the privilege.

Worst customer service ever. Order was sooooooo late. Forgot my drink. Was told the next time I order they would do something for me. I rang to order and was told I would get the free coke.... What free coke? You mean the coke I bought and paid for that didn't arrive last time. So the free coke is actually the coke I've already paid for. Last time I waited over 2 hours for a kids meal and chicken balls. This restaurant is not interested in keeping their regular customers happy so I won't order from them again.

Got a text at 7.25 to say food was on way, arrived at 8pm cold. Sent back with the driver, waited another 40 mins which then arrived with no sauce for spring rolls. Used to use all the time but will be finding a new Chinese

The salt and pepper chicken fillet was lovely, however the salt and pepper chips were literally just standard chips with onion and chilli thrown on and the chicken in black bean was just bland. Absolutely no flavour.

the WORST Chinese I’ve ever tasted in my life honestly don’t order from here everything was hard dry and stale 😷

Both had special foo yung. I had a portion of sweet and sour sauce, he had black bean. Foo yung was great. Sweet and sour sauce was perfect, black bean was very strong, almost like it was too concentrated, very overpowering. Will go there again though.

Food was tasteless and overly sweet, which was a shame because it was hot (temperature wise) and delivered within a good time. Portion size was really good but I didn't eat it as it really wasn't very nice..

I am a fat man. Rare is the day, i bin food. But please trust me when i say this microwaved mush was completely inedible. The delivery time was pushed back 20 mins.. on the order status the order dispatched 40 minutes before this time. So i thought ok, its coming early. It arrived 40 minutes later, flat cold. A conjealed mess. Please don't make the same mistake i made.

Excellent food delivered early and freshly cooked. Massive portions of chips and lots of 'proper' food in the Chow Mein.
