3rd order in a row wrong again to be told I didn’t order it no I did you just didn’t write it down properly 😡 been coming here since they opened not a happy customer

first time we have used it for years we had a set meal for 2 nothing special they need to do something with there sweet and sour source tiny container also nothing like it should be tasted awful

We had an excellent take away! Food was very tasty and fresh, lovely! Highly recommended, and we would use it again. Service is friendly and fast, too.

Cancelled order after waiting for 2 hours for a 45 min delivery, start of the season so just looking after holiday makers not the people who live here.

This restaurant is the best Chinese restaurant that I have ever had the service is always quick and great, the food there was amazing. Very good quality and friendly staff.

We ordered food for delivery about 5pm and were informed it would be delivered by 6:15pm. I thought this was a long time but made allowances because it was a Saturday. When the food hadn't arrived an hour and a half later I tried calling the shop. Tge first few time I got a busy tone, the it connected and a recorded messaged informed me the person I was calling knew I was waiting, after waiting paitently for several minutes, they hung up without talking to me I then had to go through the whole process of trying to get through again. When my call was finally taken I was informed my order was on its way and would be five minutes, no apology ir explanation given. When the food finally arrived at 10 minutes to 7 it was cold. Jades Garden is a 3 to 4 minute drive from our house so goodness knows how it took so long to be delivered that it was cold. The order came to nearly £60 so it's a disgrace to be served cold congealed food.

I always have chicken chow mein from here. It is the best chow mein i’ve had from the area, not sitting in liquid, no soggy veg, always hot and plenty of it. reasonably priced too. My partner always has the yung chow and he can’t fault it. Wish they still did the sweet & sour though, because that was also super tasty!

The food is not good i order a veg biryani and its taste is very very bad its to smelly and dont order in next time plz dont give a bad for coustmer 👎👎👎👎👎

An amazing place to get a Chinese meal from. The staff are wonderful and the food is delicious and quick to collect. They've now become our new go-to Chinese takeaway! Thank you and see you all soon.

Gluten free Tuesday is amazing. My partner can have fish and chips and eat the same take out as everyone else for a change. Treatment of allergy was exceptional, food delicious

Unfortunately the taste and food quality has gone down hill. This used to be our favourite Chinese takeaway in Bideford. The chicken curry was watery and lemon flavoured with no mushrooms or peas just chicken and onion, it was just about edible but not a nice taste, the other dishes were satisfactory, overall its definitely not as tasty as it used to be. It was reasonably priced however but we will try elsewhere next time

See picture for the cold rubber things that should be fishcakes horrid burnt flat spring rolls. Chicken satay along with everything was cold. £40 for takeaway for 2 expect much more.

Was good until ordering for delivery. Never delivered and then tried to sort it out but they were very rude and put the phone down. Rang again to sort it out but they put the phone down again. Pity as the the food is good but don’t order when busy as you may be disappointed

Since change of chef it’s terrible. From being my regular to becoming the worst Chinese in Ayrshire is no exaggeration. That’s not curry sauce!! Their chicken is so dry and stringy. Their soup is like dishwater. Avoid at all costs.

Our favourite Chinese in Clacks. The salt and chilli chicken is perfectly crispy and delicious. Their BBQ gravy is very tasty as is the fried rice. Husband was a big fan of the salt and chilli pizza! Only drawback being that they are cash only, but there is a cash machine at the wee Morrisons shop next door so that's handy. Highly recommend if you've never tried before.
