Attended an event in Hounslow for a few days and got a number of takeaways from here. The food was fresh, and tasty; and the people were very friendly. They have a great selection of Indo Chinese dishes. I wouldn’t really recommend sitting down and eating there as the seating tables and floor were a bit dirty, and needed a good clean. In summary, a good place for quality Indo-Chinese food

I bought veg Manchurian and the Manchurian balls were not cooked properly. I felt like I am eating dough dipped in schezwan chilli sauce. The Manchurian balls were only fried from outside but the chef didn’t make sure that it should cook properly from inside too.

Worst biryani ever, full of chilly powder and tasteless . Few years back biryani tasted so good and now no, will not visit again.

The restaurant offered rude and bad customer service. The food was cooked early within five minutes, but the food(biryani) had a weird smell and tasted strange, didn't taste like a true Hyderabadi biryani, and couldn't really meet my expectations.

Great choice of a wide range of foods (Indian, Chinese, Fast Food etc). I'm a fan of the Chinese menu and I really loved it. The food is prepared fresh and served brilliantly and is definitely worth the price. Had a go at trying the (I selected the chicken Lollypop ) and they're definitely the most unique ones I've tasted, definitely on my top 5. As for the Chinese Food, definitely top on my list. Staff were very nice and patient and the restaurant itself is quite clean. Would highly recommend!

I finished a hard day shift at T2 Heathrow On the 23rd Dec.On my way home I stopped at Americano takeaway shop to treat myself for some fresh chicken. This was the worse purchase I have made in 2020. It's was not until I got home I saw the 3 pieces of Dryed up chicken I was given.This chicken must off been sitting in the warm food cabinet all day.Its was dry and tasteless. Avoid this shop at all costs.

Ordered Triple Shezwan fried rice, Lollypops, Chicken chilly dry, Chicken manchurian, Chicken fried noodles and Egg fried rice,. Really felt like was eating food from Mumbai. The taste was exactly the same and with the right amount of spice( extra hot) as we like it. The salt was a little less, but i guess its good for us in the long run. The shezwan chutney was the best, sweet spicy mix(like the shezwan chutney in mumbai). I have had a lot of takeaways in the UK, but this is as close as it gets to Mumbai Chinese.....Keep up the good work guys.

Here's a free suggestion: the burgers and pizzas might be great but i wouldn't reckon buying combo meals ever (again)! Seriously!!! The noodles was literally swimming in puddle of oil. There was no fragrance to the food nor any taste. I would rather starve than have that illness inviting combo meal. Try it at your own risk.

Food here, when correct is brilliant however this can be inconsistent. Staff are friendly and serve and greet fairly well, but there are only a select few that understand what I want at times.

Being a regular visitor to Hounslow, I never fail to taste 2 of their dishes: the chicken biryani at £3.50 (previously £2.50) and the Chicken Curry at £5.50 (previously £4.50).So I would be able to tell the difference during my last visit in May 2019. Whilst d biryani still tastes good and value for money, I cant say the same for the Chicken Curry. It lacks punch and the spicy richness I was so accustomed to previously. Overall, Americano is still worthy of visit as its only 60m or so from Travelodge and Ramada where I frequently stay.

I never fail to grab their signature dish at a whopping good value. For £3.50 their chicken biryani comes with whole boiled eggs some onions and green chilli. Their other dish as my favourite is their rich and creamy chicken curry for £5.50. Every person I recommended these two dishes never fail to thank me. They also have other dishes on the menu:chinese, fusion, fried chicken and pizza for choice.Take my word for it chaps, you wont regret.

Americano is one of my favourite fast food restaurant. They serve a selection of foods from burgers, pizzas, great chicken and of course Indo-Asian dishes. The staff are always pleasant.

The Pizza is freshly made and really nice. They also do some really nice Indian and Indo-Chinese dishes.

Initially had my suspicion on the name and the menu they served. However this year was my first visit to Hounslow Durga Puja. These guys gave a stall selling Bengali vegetable chops , beguni and ghugni. It was really good. That clicked my interest. Then the next morning had luchi and aloo dum from the same stall. It was really tasty and closest to real bong taste compared to pretentious bong food of other places. Evening while returning home, decided to take the famed chicken biriyani for dinner. Boy it was a right decision. With two pieces of chicken and egg ( did not have potatoes but) and lots of zafraan mixed rice, it was a real treat. Would surely come back and hog more. Next time the indo-Chinese in menu .

This place is close by which has a wide range of foods from burgers to Chinese food. Its definitely value for money but could have slight better customer service which was a let down. Never the less i'll still go back but please to take this into consideration.

Comida fresca y sabrosa en la ciudad. Buena velocidad de servicio en llevar. Arroz frito con pollo y pollo biryani. . . . Es mejor. 100% lo recomendaría. No te olvides de bocado de pollo Lollipop cuando estás en la ciudad. Pop en Americano y tomar lollipop. Disfrute de chicos. Comer fresco y saludable.

Basic cafe, with highly recommended spicy Asian options at very reasonable prices. Spicy Asian options are prepared to order by an expert chef.

Somos clientes habituales y nos encanta este restaurante. Estamos amantes de la comida y nos pida comida sabrosa de un menú que tiene una amplia gama de deliciosos alimentos. Esto a partir de un vada pav a deliciosos platos de pollo o pollo chili lollipops, sin olvidar la bolas de pollo. Voy a Americano por unos pocos años, ya que es nuestro local, la comida es increíble y es tan fresco y sabroso, el personal es siempre muy profesional y atento, y si son fan de comida india lo recomiendo encarecidamente. La comida y el servicio del personal. Pero en particular, Cisne sea la mejor, ella es muy atento y muy agradable, siempre amable, educado, y brinda un excelente servicio… sin duda nos alojaremos de nuevo allí! El menú de comida es genial, con un montón de opciones. Recomiendo encarecidamente Americano. Cinco estrellas.

Cada vez que voy por la comida estoy recibieron con sonriente, un verdadero placer de ser servido por ellos y una mención especial a Kamila que trabaja allí siempre educado y sonrisas de gran relación calidad-precio.

What can I say about this place ! Food is made and cooked to perfection! Amazing taste and thoroughly cooked. Me and my girlfriend adore the food here . The chef also caters to our requirements upon request . I recommend this place . Friendly staff and superb service. I would choose this place over restaurants any day . Must try

I ordered the Chickpeas and Rice combo for the dinner. The food was terrible, Chickpeas was not properly cooked. I could hardly eat quarter of the plate then I gave up and came back hungry.

They do about 5 different cuisines and I've tried several of them and they were all yummy. My guilty pleasure is the fried chicken which is just perfect but the pizzas are gaining more momentum with me now ;-)

If your on a budget and after a substantial meal, their chicken biryanis are for you. I've heard they sell hundreds of these a day and there's no wonder why. Customers were grinning as they came in to order their biryanis too.If you takeaway it's only £2.50 for the chicken, which was amazing value and tasty too. Double thumbs up!

as a solo traveller to this place i was a little concerned but this late night takeaway, friendly staff and fresh ingredients put all that out of my mind. great value too

Hello Guy,When ever I pass through Hounslow, I go to this place as its one of the best fast food with quick and friendly service. The food is amazing and it's a fusion of Indian, Chinese and continental. The best what you can have here is Indian delicious Biryani and Indo Chinese which I believe as per the Chef Raju is a Mumbai Style. The best thing about this place is value for money and quality as well as quantity. I tried the Chinese as well which exceptional good and tasty.. I had the triple chicken schazwen friend rice which was amazingly good and new to my palate.. This is a much go place to try some amazing fast food.. I wish chef Raju and his team all the very best.. Will visit you soon...

Amazing food , freshly cooked whilst you wait, they don't hold back on the costs as quality is assured!! I went once and now I simply can't keep myself away from there! Great size portions too ! Would really recommend this place ! You can also ask the chef to prepare you your meal to suite your mood and taste ! Now that's what I call brilliant service !

Americano is a one stop eatarie , for diners in Hounslow. You can have Pizzas , Chicken and Chips , Rice With Curry, Rice with something else,Chinese Dishes Indian Dishes etc. If I went into all the types of dishes they cater for ,I would be here all night So why not give it a try , and see for yourself . I would be surprised if you were disappointed

Nice food, fast, test fantastic, mind blowing like to visit again and again. New type of fusion food, combination of Indian and chines A1 lollipops good combination of Masalas. Noodle awesome

Had the chicken wrap and it was just cartilage and tasted like it had been rubbed in dirt. When the drink came I thought it was a joke cup as it was so small. One sip and it's practically finished! Would not recommend. Horrific

Train was cancelled. Was waiting outside for my husband to pick me, saw the long que at the place.tried the biryani awesome ... Super delicious and good portion for takeaway. Next visit tried Chinese, won't recommend the chicken corn soup, chowmein was good but very spicy and oily. Worth trying depending on your taste

We thought our company credit card had been used fraudulently as the transaction description was AMERICANO HOUNSLOW. Turns out it was an American Airlines charge for booking a seat! I've never visited this restuarant but i'm sure the first few reviews about amazing pizza are very true.

Had money taken out of our account twice on the same day and have NEVER VISITED. No idea how they got our details - STAY AWAY.

I am a regular here for dinner. However tonight i just wanted to have some soup n hit the bed. Ordered the hot n sour soup. It was the best soup i every had. Better than what authentic Chinese restaurants serve. Hats off to Chef Pooja Thapa for that. The Goan lady who took the order was so polite n made sure that Chef Pooja Thapa understood exactly what n how i wanted it. Yet again a very pleasant experience at Americano.

Make a lovely pizza from fresh in a size just right for one. Service quick and there seemed to be a lot of local people eating there.

My all time favorite Chinese Fast Food center. Prices are very reasonable. Food is cooked to order. attentive staff, tried Biryani & Vada Pav too But this is best place for Chinese food. Highly Recommended...

My favourite fast food place ever. Food is cooked to order. Very friendly staff. Serves the best Chinese food in hounslow however not available throughout the day which is sad. Chef Raj knows Chinese extremely well. I never eat any where else. Highly recommended.

One of the very famous places in houslow central located just opposite to the tube station. You get a high variety of food items like burgers, Indian curries, biriyani, fried rice, pizza etc.Good is cheap but high on fat and oil. So its not a place where you want to eat everyday but once in a while it's good

I have had take out from this hole in the wall place a few times before. My wife is a great fan of the Burgers, I on the other hand love the pizzas. These are tasty, and they allow you to design your own. Very good value too. I have also had a few of the Chinese options which are also tasty. This is a great place for easy cheap eats.

I called into this restaurant with some friends I was treated by happy welcoming staff the choice of food is fantastic and the prices are great value

Usually I go to Zam Zam to have a good Biriyani at a decent price. But to my surprise visited Americano and had one of the best Biriyani's I have had after a longtime. Have not tasted other food but since staying in a hotel in Hounslow would try nearly all the dishes and will soon leave more feedbacks on each items.Thanks for taking time to read

Cheap and quick service, but I thought fried chicken was a really easy dish to get right. It was awful, no seasoning at all, just awful. Wouldn't eat there again. The Indian food looked good though.

Never been to the Americano. I live in the USA. My credit card was charged twice on the same day in the UK while I was in the states. I have no idea how they had my information. They are a credit card fraud and scam ..... so be very careful and tell your bank and everyone you know.

I have never visited this place. But we got our credit card cloned 10 times from this place. So be careful!!!!

Every time we order the food, it's always good. It did slack couple of times before but recently it has been nice. We had guests from states and they wanted to have some indo Chinese food. They loved the food and we're happy with the taste. If u can't have spicy food do make sure to ask for milder taste. The hygiene rating is good as well.

I used to be a regular customer to Americano until I moved bit far but recently I visited the place and I don't think I will ever going to come back. I see different staff who's chatting behind the counter with each other. When they finally acknowledged that I was there no hello, how are you. When I asked about the most standard item I just heard 'we don't have it'. When I was going thru the menu board again the staff started to chat with each other again in their own language! I finally decided to get some chicken wings which were horribly oily and chewy (yes chicken chewy).

As the was just down the road from the Travelodge I thought I would give it a go, as I didn't want to stray too far.Ordered a pizza and a few other bits... Quick service, great food and an absolute bargain price... We don't get those price up north so I was very surprised to get change from a £10 note!Will go here again when next in the area...

What a kip this place is. Pizza has to be worst I've ever eaten. Thickest base I've ever seen on a pizza. Server ignored me for ages talking to other customers. If I ever find myself unfortunate enough to be in honslow, I will cross the road when walking by this place...

This place used to rock before, visited here after a year and now their burger and pizza and etc and gone far below. It is a shame.

It's got to be the best fast food restaurant in Hounslow. Good mix of burgers, pizzas, chinese & indian foods and now they deliver within 1 mile radius, great.

My LAST visit was not a good experience.The pizza looked like it had been dropped on the floor and then thrown in the box.The Burger was nothing like what I asked for. I'm surprised they have any customers left.

Went and order but the girl seem happy!! No smile on face!! Alright no worry!! Ordered chicken fried rice, chicken chilli and chicken lollipop for takeaway!! The order taker advised the type of chicken chilli and lollipop which wasnt that good enough !! Really dont know they do serve these food as always then i didnt find any better taste as its price!! Wont be ordering again!!!

Big improvement on my previous visit, I even got the food I ordered.Service was much better and the inside has improved no end.

Our group frequented this fast food joint. Portion are big, can be shared by two. Favourite was the fried rice,biryani, fried chicken and peri peri! Very reasonably priced. It's one of the few places opened till late night and right in front of Hounslow Central Station.

Avoid this place like the plague.The service is terrible and I very rarely get what I ordered.When I get the correct food it's ok, but I rarely go in there these days.

This is basically a fast food shop, they have dine in and take away option. Opens till 11:00 at night. Wide variety of choice with a very nominal price (compared to any other shop in UK). Their fried chicken is so nice. They have combo meal options as well. Some indian fast foods like : Bhel Puri, Bada Pav etc is good and very less price. I would recommend this shop to others.

We visited here three times in two days. We stayed at the Civic just up the road. The value and food was great. The value is outstanding. Its not flash but we all enjoyed the food we ordered.

Had a Saturday Night pizza from here as we were staying next door at the local Travelodge. 14" for £5 was a bargain. Had to wait 20 mins or so but the in shop entertainment provided by the other customers kept us entertained. The menu was quite diverse to cater for most people's tastes. The meat they served was halal. Our pizzas were generously topped and enough to feed 2 or 1 greedy person like us!
