The most tasteless Chinese take away we've ever had. Everything was bland. Very expensive compared to other takeaways in the area. Wont be using again.

Highly recommend this place. Service was great and the portions & quality of it all were very impressive. Will definitely be going back here.

We faithfully use the Hong Kong in Windsor which is a 10/10 take away. Came here as we with friends nearby. Some dishes really hit mark like the salt and chilli chicken and the peeking duck. Other dishes were a little tasteless and watery.

Good food and big point not greasy service spot on and very portions very good served and variety will be back again soon. Tony

The sauce on both mains was watery, it looked like dishwater in consistency and the taste was poor. This is much different to how it was in earlier times, not sure what's gone wrong but this was my last visit.

My family finds this the best Chinese food in Windsor - best tasting and best quality. We love the fact that it’s non-GMO and use reduced salt in all their dishes. Everything is freshly made in the kitchen where you can see the food being cooked through the internal glass panel. We have been going there for a decade now and absolutely love it!

Best Chinese in Windsor. No frills just great food and a good menu. Been visiting here for at least 20 odd years. Must visit.

We have a takeaway from here maybe 1x a month and have done for 5 years now. They have never got an order wrong. They are fast and efficient on the phone. Super polite. Friendly. And sooo tasty ! Our favourite.

We use Blossoms regularly. They have our favourite dishes and they are good quality. Strangely, we tried calling several times today from 1.15pm onwards to place our order and the phone is not being answered. Never had this before. I hope that all is well with our takeaway!

Well to be honest was expecting run of the mill Chinese food. However this was really tasty so was pleasantly surprised. All the food we ordered was really individual. I loved the way the pork balls arrived, not sat in space but with the sauce in a container so you can add as much as you would like. The salt, pepper and chilli ribs were great. All in all, been in windsor 30 years, people have recommended blossoms but some how never got round to ordering from there. Our loss. Will order from there again soon. Well done Blossoms x

One of the best Chinese takeaways I have had. Friendly staff. Quick cooking times and free prawn crackers! Genuinely couldn't recommend more.

We used to use Blossoms regularly but the quality of the food is not what it used to be. The food despite being ordered in advance for a set time is either not ready or cold and on the last two occasions we had the main item missing. We were told that they would make up for it the. Exit time and to mention it. They play dumb as if they don’t remember or understand and offer a menial gesture. Very poor customer service, no apology and we will not be using them again

We’ve enjoyed takeaway from Blossoms for over a decade but tonight was the best we’ve ever had. All seemed so fresh and delicious. The prawn crackers were thinner and crispier, the chow mein and chicken Hong Kong tastier than ever before and the family loved the sauce in the ribs. All felt ‘cleaner’ and fresher. Everyone commented on how nice it was. Has it changed ownership?

Sadly, the last few takeaways we've had from Blossoms have been a disappointment, so we're giving it a miss for while. It just doesn't seem the same and the dishes lack a depth of flavour - stir fry veg was just bland!

We have had from here before sometime ago and thought it was good. The Food was good quality a little cold though this time.

Visité por primera vez durante siglos.Nos recibió una señora amable pero un poco acosada que tomó nuestro pedido y pago. La comida era rápida y recién preparada, caliente y bien embalada en buenos recipientes.Cuando llegamos a casa disfrutamos de los panecillos y los fideos de fideos de Shanghai con salsa agridulce, pero quedé muy decepcionado con el pollo con salsa de ajo. Era ajoso pero la salsa era muy suave y parecía no sazonada como un sabor sin sabor a harina de maíz.Una verdadera pena, ya que estamos buscando encontrar un buen chino local para llevar.

El pato estaba seco y no tenía el habitual sabor o calidad suculenta, bastante amaderado. El pollo en salsa de limón estaba tibio y no mucha salsa. En cuanto a las Langostinos en Salsa de Ajo, el plato estaba cubierto de tanto ajo que no era comestible, las gambas estaban secas y ennegrecidas en los extremos, sin salsa. El arroz era como piedras pequeñas, duras y secas. El estilo de Hong Kong de pollo agridulce, no está a la altura de lo habitual. El estilo de Hong Kong de pollo agridulce también era tibio. Los cuatro comensales estuvimos de acuerdo, no el mejor. Terminamos descartando la mayor parte de la comida, ya que teníamos cuidado de no tener malestares estomacales, ya que era más que obvio que la comida había sido precocinada y calentada rápidamente en un microondas, o en caja y sentada en un horno caliente listo para pedidos. Soy un buen cocinero y de vez en cuando nos damos un gusto para llevar. Esto no fue un placer.En el futuro, utilizaremos Hong Kong o The Ghurka para llevar, cuyos estándares son mucho mejores y los ingredientes de calidad recién cocinados.

Excelente servicio, buena comida y un personal amable. Dormí toda la noche sin despertar muriendo de sed. Algunas de las críticas negativas son absolutamente patéticas, ciertamente no racistas. ¿Otros estados disgustados porque se olvidó una orden pero se usaron durante 14 años? Poco realista. . . Revisiones patéticas. Así que ignoré esas críticas y seguí las críticas positivas y estoy seguro de haberlo hecho.Mucho mejor que otras comidas para llevar en Windsor y Maidenhead.

Do not use this place. It is a rip off and the food is not good. They serve the soup in the same size as the curry sauce and think customers like it. Avoid. I will not eat here again. Yuk!

He estado yendo a Blossoms por más de 14 años, pero ya no. Casi media hora después de haber pedido cerdo foo yung y pollo con chile descubrí que la orden había sido olvidada. El propietario me dijo "no importa si se olvida o no, ahora empiezan a cocinarlo". Ni siquiera dijo que lo siento! Dijo que no era su culpa que él no fuera responsable por el personal de la cocina. ¡Tan grosero! ! Hong Kong es de ahora en adelante, a pesar de que está más lejos.

Why in Britain do we have such high standards of Indian and even Italian restaurants but we struggle with a decent Chinese takeaway. 3* would have been generous and would reflect the fact that my expectation is so low for Chinese takeaways. The place was busy even at 5.30 which is a good sign, but the food was mixed. I will unlikely return; if this food is high calorie and not even that good then why bother? Plus not even that cheap, but portion size was fine. Let's do the detail; duck pancakes very good, prawn chow mein had lots of prawn, chicken with cashews ok actually (crunchy veg, though not very tasty), so far so good, then chicken wings very average (not crispy), chicken with ginger was really not great (huge chunks of ginger inedible), but the worst was the crispy chili beef, it actually contained no beef, it should have been called crispy chill coating. Very mixed as I say. Kids were not very impressed, they enjoyed the duck pancakes, the noodles and the prawn crackers, that's about it. We really seem to have low standards for this stuff, us Brits will clearly eat anything. When did this become acceptable? A high 2* or low 3*, the crispy beef drags this down for me. I would need to be pretty desperate to come back, better off sticking with a Waitrose (yes Waitrose sorry) Chinese ready meal. Much nicer, even though not freshly prepared. Crazy.

We have been going here for around 3 years now and this is just the nicest place! They are consistently well cooked and very tasty meals and we always have enough left over for the next morning! Couldnt recommend enough and completely disagree with most negative comments about them, they have never failed to deliver (they dont do delivery!) an amazing set of dishes for us and if they have ever made any mistakes or not been 100% - then I actually like that as it proves they are human (unlike me who never makes mistaeks!). Overall they are a very reliable and tasty little place and definitely worth a try if you have never been and are considering a try-out! :) Thank you Blossoms!

Yo uso Blossoms una buena cantidad y es una buena comida para llevar, la comida es siempre de la misma calidad y está recién hecha. Siempre disfruto la comida y es la mejor comida china en esta área, la comida siempre está caliente y sabrosa. He tenido algunos platos que estaban bien, pero esto es probablemente debido a mi elección y gustos, la comida regular que tengo allí es muy buena.

Most of the dishes were OK, but all lacked flavour. The waiting time was quite long. The chicken chow mein was not edible.

Great food and great service at Blossoms. Food always consistent and always hot and great quality and taste. If you ring your order through it is usually ready for you when you get there.

Alojarse en Windsor nos enfrentamos a un chino, así que probamos este lugar. La comida se cocinaba fresca rápidamente (se puede ver a través de la ventana de cocina, que es agradable). Me quedé muy impresionado con el pato aromático, ya que obtuvimos una gran porción de carne por medio pato, suficiente para que la disfrutemos durante dos comidas. El plato de fideos también es particularmente bueno.

The best Chinese takeaway ever. Very welcoming and friendly, delicious and fresh food. Not greasy. The place was so busy and is really popular. I will definitely return. Only drawback is that the do not deliver, however it doesn't seem like they need to.

Yo, de origen asiático junto con un colega de origen negro fuimos a almorzar hoy. Pedí específicamente del menú vegetariano una tortilla española mientras le decía a mi colega que no podía comer la carne, ya que no es halal. ¡Para mi disgusto pusieron pedazos de JAMÓN dentro de mi comida! ! que encontré cuando estaba a punto de comer! ! Habíamos pedido sentarnos y comer ya que había sillas disponibles y la respuesta fue '¡No, puedes ir a comer a tu trabajo! 'Nos fuimos diciendo que no volveremos y él dijo:' ¡Bien, no! '. Nipped in for a takeaway today for the family. Everything was good, nothing outstanding but the same can be said for 99% of Chinese takeaways. Decent size portions and good value for money

on holiday so looked on ta for good Chinese. shame they don't offer delivery. but we collected our food. I must say my starter was amazing. but my main was not quite in the same league. kung po king prawns were in batter which made for a vary heavy meal. my wife enjoyed her meal as did my son. so although I have had better I would use again. the food was very tasty and you can see the chefs in action whilst waiting.

I was delighted to find that Blossoms use a rice flour instead of wheat so my son is able to have a tasty sweet n sour chicken Hong Kong style without repercussions! They are very good a adjusting their food according to your tastes too.

Love, love, LOVE this take away - they are fast and excellent on every level! The food is yummy and always made freshly - it is a real treat to have a "blossoms" as our kids call it. Bit of a problem if the greed for Chinese food strikes you on a Tuesday as it is shut on Tuesdays though.

Good local take out Chinese. Food is made without MSG and you can taste the difference. Well worth going too. THey also use healther options such as bown rice

This place was highly recommended to us as we are new to area.Couldn't fault the food at all. Delicious well cooked and above all it tasted so fresh!!My family are very fussy when it comes to takeaways but this was definitely above average!!It is obviously a very popular takeaway as the place was packed and ques out the door. I liked the fact you can see the kitchen and watch the food being prepared. The kitchen looked very efficiently run by several chefs.The crispy chilli beef was to die for!!

The food now is just normal Chinese no special dishes It was defiantly better a few years ago when u new it was a step up on normal shame

Had many delicious meals cooked at blossoms Chinese. They will gladly leave ingredients out of the cooking process on request and have a great variety on the menu including plenty of tofu dishes for the vegetarian/vegan. Loving the bean curd in black bean sauce and my husband always polishes off the sweet and source chicken and fried rice. There are no MSG's and they make an effort to make Chinese as healthy as possible. It's opposite Tesco so you can nip over the road to buy a nice bottle of Tsingtsao beer to complement the meal while you wait for it to be prepared! Wish Blossoms delivered their food though!

Bought a set meal for 4 (my son was here from Australia + relation from Iceland) so thought we would have something special - the worst meal ever! even our dogs refused to eat it !! The duck was cremated as was the rest of it all overcooked and yet full of hard green peppers. in addition to the meal we had ordered spare ribs these were black, hard and uneatable. A total embarrassment for us plus a complete waste of the £48.50 that we paid. We shall never go there again. 13/6/15

We order from here regularly as we're never disappointed! A definite family favourite. The portions are huge and fairly priced. The sweet and sour balls (pork, chicken and beef) are never too greasy like others I've tried and the chow mein is so tasty.

I'd heard many good things about Blossoms before but had never tried it until tonight! One question now comes to mind, why did I wait? The food was excellent and the service was super quick. Definitely going back again.

Pleasant enough. Was much better a couple of years ago. Not too expensive. The wanton soup now has meat in it, no longer just prawns. Not ordering from them so much any more.

Popped in recently after the theatre for a take away on the way home expecting the normal gloppy sweet and sour. Not at all, this 'healthy' Chinese is fantastic, not gloppy like many others, recommended!

We happened upon this amazing Chinese by accident after agreeing to an evening takeaway with friends (they have been fans of this restaurant for some time) This is, and I say with a straight face the best Chinese food I have ever had. The pak choi was delicious, the seaweed crisp and light, and the chicken in black bean... heavenly! Every dish had it's own quite distinct and lovely flavour - something that any decent takeaway consumer will agree is difficult to find, when most Chinese food can slip into all tasting the same. Their claim for 'healthy' Chinese food is most definitely observed. To top it all they are great value for money with our order coming in 10 dishes for under £50! You won't be disappointed

Great fast service, food beautifully cooked with all substitutions observed, staff kind to four year old son and let him feed the carp! Will visit again.

The food here is second to non. Fresh , clean and value for money, and allways ready in ten to fifteen minutes!

Blossoms is an absolutely brilliant Chinese takeaway. The crispy pancake roll and shredded chicken chili are absolutely essential starters while lots of main courses are great too. Try the Hong Kong chicken balls, beef with ginger or the crispy shredded beef. No overly seasoned dishes here so you shouldn't get that MSG aftertaste. The staff are all unfailingly nice and the service is always almost instant but any time you do spend there can be happily whiled away looking at the big koi carp. If you have a child and ask nicely you may also be allowed to feed them. Great place - highly recommended.

Found this place via TripAdvisor after a hectic day at LegoLand and we were all exhausted. Food was made fresh, super quick and just delicious! Exactly what we needed. I had the Kung Po chicken and it was awesome.

This is our Chinese takeaway of choice,the food is plentiful,delicious and freshly cooked. The people who work here are so friendly and make you feel so welcome. Possibly a little pricier than other Chinese restaurants in the area but definitely worth it.

I can't believe no one has reviewed this place as its been round for ages?! A friend told me a long time ago about this place and only now have we tried it having moved back to Windsor. They don't deliver and my laziness prevented a previous sampling. It purports to be 'healthy Chinese' and we have had it twice now, and it's easily amongst the best takeaway Chinese we have ever had. And my wife doesnt like takeaways :-( I really liked my previous local Top One in slough but this is a few steps up. Light, flavoursome and seemingly excellent quality. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
