Wished to book some rooms here for family upcoming visit but the receptionist was so rude it was actually shocking. What a shame. Will not return. If the face of the hotel is like this then I’d hate to think about the service. Best western was happy to greet me and take my money

really disappointing. i ordered the chili fries and there was no sour cream on them and they were soggy with vinegar. definitely won’t come here again

Lovely 2nd stay at the Lamphey. Our room was comfortable and clean. Dinner at the restaurant was really good. The sea bass was perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool was great, wish the sauna and steam room was available at the same time though. We'll be back for sure
