The best restaurants in Lamphey Pembrokeshire West Wales

Lovely place, friendly staff and nice food. I think it's geared more to vegetarians and vegans. Food was well cooked and there seemed to be a mix or locals and people staying onsite. Only downside is we seemed to wait ages. A few tables around us were getting restless but I guess we came at a busy time. Would definitely come back and was reasonably priced.

Visitamos varias veces mientras estábamos allí para unas vacaciones cortas. Pizza casera, deliciosas ensaladas y helados igualmente bueno. La comida era excelente, el servicio es amable y rápido y los precios eran muy razonables. La comida y el ambiente era muy bueno y era complementado por unas vistas estupendas del mar, a sólo 40 metros de distancia.

Very accommodating for a group of 12. We went for Easter Sunday dinner. The dinner was delicious. With a good choice of meats, lots of vegetables. Good choice for vegetarian and vegan. We had children, someone who was gluten free and a vegetarian. Met all our needs with ease.

It was an ok hotel. No evening meal on the first two nights and when I went out one evening a member of staff promised the bar would be open when I returned at 9pm the whole place was in virtual darkness! I booked out the following day and stayed in the Old Kings Alms instead. Much better service!

Well what can I say! Ordered cheese toasties but what we got was nothing like a cheese toastie, it was two slices of really crispy toast with barely any butter or cheese inside!!! Love Freshwater East and nice place Jacks have got there but steer clear of their ‘toasties’ 🫣

We stumbled across this place on our walks. We thought it looked like a lovely place with good views. However the staff were very unwelcoming from the beginning, we can’t comment on the food as we didn’t have food. But we felt as if the staff just wanted us to leave. Wouldn’t recommend if you want a nice atmosphere and welcoming.

Popped in for a quick bite and wasnt disappointed. Fantastic service and great food. Excellent wheelchair friendly facilities.

Brilliant two night stay! So from the moment we arrived we were blown away by how picturesque it was! Literally in the middle of no where surrounded by sheep which is perfect for us. We got a free upgrade on our room too which was perfect, the room was really clean and comfy beds and lovely view too! Not to forget the spa which was sooo relaxing and just perfect again really good value to say you get to use the spa facilities too in your stay. The only two things letting this stay down is we had REALLY noisy neighbours from upstairs playing loud music till 11 but we did phone reception and complained as it was annoying after a while and we wouldn’t hear the tv! It did quieten down but not much and you could hear every single footstep they made. Also the food is really really overpriced I mean £20 for burger and chips or fish and chips is ridiculous! We just did a just eat order to the hotel in the end. Apart from that it was a lovely stay and would come again. Apologies for the lack of pictures we took mainly videos of our room
