Excellent Sunday lunch. After trying many restaurants in pembrokshire this is by far the best Sunday lunch in the area we have had.

We visited today for the first time since it's been under new management, and it was truly fantastic! We had a delicious, well presented and very generous Sunday lunch. It's such a cosy pub, the new owners are very welcoming and the place has a lovely atmosphere. We can't wait to go back!

Edit: New owners have since taken the helm. I wish them all the best in their new venture. Hopefully we will come and give the pub another chance in future. Very disappointing experience, I had fairly high hopes from feedback and the overall branding. The food was lack lustre, which would be expected in a regular pub, but the website hype was ‘over promised and under delivered’. Overall presentation was poor. I was a bit embarrassed because I’d chosen this place for a birthday meal and felt bad that it was such a lack lustre experience. I’ve had better at service stations! Service was friendly on surface level, with an underlying ‘checked out’ tone. It all felt very robotic service based over customer experience, with a distinct lack of pleasure in the job. No service check was made. The restaurant was very clean and so was the glassware etc. It was a birthday booking, but nothing was even mentioned. The desserts were pretty heavy going and the menu needed something lighter, such as Creme Brûlée, Lemon Tarte, Syllabub etc. We would usually have more of a lengthy receipt, but I was pleased to just get out of the place. The energy felt very flat so we made up for it at the Stackpole Inn with an incredible meal and genuinely friendly vibe to make up for it.

Going on the reviews for this village pub I was not disappointed. Fantastic Sunday lunch, wish I lived closer. Best roast I've had in years. Well worth a visit while on a weekend break in Bluestone.

Odd place - on the one hand staff were friendly, but also made us (and others) feel awkward - more interesting in controlling the seating arrangements than making customers feel relaxed. If staff could take this feedback on board they could really improve the experience - especially for visitors - may well feel different for locals. Also, whilst my wife said her food was really good, my steak and ale pie was substandard compared to other pubs - very little meat.

Hugely unfriendly, unprofessional, and awful experience. We were on a journey from St. David's to Cardiff and took a 40 minute each way detour to visit this pub for some food after looking at their website and checking their menu options and serving times, listed as 12:000 until 15:00. We arrived at 14:00 and upon entry, politely asked if they were still serving, expecting them to say "yes", based what was on their website, menu, and even on a poster in the pub window. However, the staff member was very rude and unprofessional and simply told us "no". I then asked how come as it says differently on their website and in the window. The staff member then talked condascendingly to us like we were idiots, claiming they only allow people to eat until 15:00 and they wouldn't take our order as it was 14:00 and they can't be expected to cook and serve it to us by 15:00, making us feel like we must be idiots to be expecting to be able to order at 14:00. I asked how come as it says differently on their poster in the window. We were then told they only take orders until 13:15. This is either admittance of shockingly poor service or that they are hugely unprofessional, that is do they therefore take 1+ hours to serve you your food or do they just put false information on their website and window? Therefore, after an almost 1.5 hour detour specifically to visit this place based on the information they publish, it wasn't with the expectation to be treated so dismiasively and like idiots for expecting them to still be taking a food order a14:00 when their own information says they serve food 12:00 until 15:00 with the last orders taken 15 minutes before the end of service, which would be 14:45. On this basis, I would hugely recommend to avoid and instead visit somewhere more reliable and professional nearby, such as the Jolly Sailor or Milton Brewery Inn. Brief yet awful experience!

Just everything you want in a pub. Traditional decor, a wonderfully welcoming team, lots of different beers and dog friendly. We had a tasty Sunday roast and everything hit the spot. Well priced with good food.

It’s important for me to review The Brewery Inn because I was so impressed by the whole experience. The staff and service was lovely, very kind and friendly. The Sunday lunch was extremely good quality, each of us had a different meat choice and tried each others. The lamb was delicious, perfectly cooked and not fatty at all, the beef was tender and the chicken was succulent and flavoursome. It’s priced fairly too! We don’t live locally, if we did - I would make it a regular place to eat. Thank you to the owners for providing such a wonderful place to eat.

This is such a lovely place to go for food absolutely devine! The staff are so attentive . The prices are reasonable & menu is a good selection 👌 You will need to book in advance!! Always busy don't miss out on a lovely night there. Will be returning very soon we are locals & still have to be quick for a booking . We had the lamb shanks wow ! Plentiful & tasty highly recommended.

Lovely pub with great food. We visited with a family of 6 and a dog. Staff extremely friendly. I had the chicken burger which was delicious. Good range of dishes to choose from, my daughter is vegetarian and said the veggie burger was really good. Would definitely recommend and visit again next time we come to Pembrokeshire.

Service was fantastic, so welcoming and attentive. Food, just wow. If you can get a table here, you won’t regret it. Only thing I’d personally say is they need a better selection of real ales but it was such a lovely meal. The owners were great with the kids too. Value for money.

We pre booked a family of 12 meal and the food was fabulous! The service was so hospitable from booking with John to the lovely service on the day. We arrived a little early and they opened the doors for us! The kids meals came out at the same time as the starters so perfect. Honestly every course was amazing ! Cannot recommend enough thank you for making us so welcome x

Had the Special from the Blackboard , Sea Bass and special chips 10/10, my wife had steak pie and special chips , we both thoroughly enjoyed.

Friendly and warm welcome from the whole team; and that was just the start of a wonderful evening. We had a superb meal of homemade steak and ale pie, battered cod, and lamb shank, all of which were delicious. Clean plates all round. There’s a gentle buzz of conversation and quiet background music which only add to the experience. Definitely a 6 star evening out.

Booked for an evening meal. Upon arriving my wife and I were seated. The staff were really pleasant. After deciding what to eat we placed our order. The food was nice and the atmosphere relaxed and we felt we had made the right decision to eat there.

Very friendly and welcoming staff with a good range of choices on the menu and specials. The pub/restaurant welcomes dinners with dogs, which is great if you have a dog but may not be welcome to everyone. We booked quite late and I think we were the last couple that evening, we enjoyed the experience so much we booked to go back so we could order the meals that were our second choice on the night. The next night they were full and the following evening we were offered one choice of when we could eat. The food was a high standard and there was plenty of it, I didn't have a starter and I almost didn't finish my main course, something that never happens!

A very efficiently run pub. Incredible food (large portions) and friendly staff. I wanted so many things from the menu we had to return for a second visit.

My husband and I visited recently with our cavapoo pup for lunch and for dinner while on a short break to Pembrokeshire. The pub has a great atmosphere and we were made to feel extremely welcome by all staff. The doggie treats were a great touch! The service was excellent and the food was wonderful. Everything was freshly cooked and served hot. The king prawn mac and cheese was amazing and all the meals we had were perfectly cooked. We would highly recommend a visit to the pub if you are in the area but make sure to book a table if you’d like to eat as it’s very popular.

Best ribs I've had in the UK. (Am from a meat country) the chips in garlic butter with parmesan cheese are divine. I had half ribs and still took a few home for supper. My partner had pie of the day and nearly ate the plate..!!. Can't wait to go back x

Horrible food. We went for the Sunday lunch and that was the worst food We had from years. Overcooked vegetables, full of water. We wasn't even able to eat the meat.

Had lunch here today with my wife & sister in law. Staff were welcoming, polite, friendly and couldn't have done any more to ensure we had a great meal. Steaks were cooked to perfection and all at what I would consider very reasonable prices. Will definitely be visiting again and couldn't recommend The Brewery Inn enough. Well done the staff, you're a credit to your employer.

Had an amazing time at the Brewery Inn! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. My husband ordered the pork ribs, which were so massive we had to move to another table just to accommodate them! They were absolutely delicious, fall-off-the-bone tender, and packed with flavor. As for me, I tried the mac and cheese with prawns, it was a cheese-lover's dream come true—oozing with cheese and packed with succulent prawns.

Went for MIL 85th birthday when on holiday in Saundersfoot. The owners made a fuss of her which she loved 😊 Great food and service, big portions.

Another fabulous culinary experience! Came here today with my family and 2 small well behaved dogs. Lovely warm welcome, staff are friendly and efficient without being pressing. We came for Sunday lunch, the rest of my party had lamb, beef or chicken with a very generous bowl of green beans, carrots and swede and another of cauliflower cheese. They do offer a coeliac friendly Sunday lunch, however, I love fish so opted for their cod loin and caper, new potatoes and green beans alternative. We couldn't have been happier. Meats were melt in the mouth, fish was so well cooked. We had some beautiful deserts, cheese cakes, the apple crumble, and cherry frangipani (GF) So much choice for all. Our dogs weren't left out either as the staff were very dog friendly and the management team brought out little cuts of meat as treats for them. Everyone is made to feel valued here. Love it! Haven't found anywhere better down here for a roast!

An absolutely fantastic afternoon with a fabulous Sunday lunch. Food was great, staff are so lovely and a very warm atmosphere. Extremely dog friendly and even gave our Springer Nellie a little doggie bag of meat to take home. Could not recommend enough! Cannot wait to come back next time we’re in the area. Thank you all!

Everything was exceptional, cosy place with fire place, dog friendly. Place was fully booked for food however John offered us Sunday roast baguettes and they were absolutely delicious! Pub is full of locals. I would highly recommend this place they also looked after my dog and she got some goodies too 😋 🦃

Visited for a family member's birthday on a Monday at 6pm, at the start of opening. Service was friendly and attentive, all food is home cooked, fresh and locally sourced where possible (very lovely and not easy to find). December menu is festive themed and reasonably priced (choice of 2 or 3 courses). In addition, the pub's dog-friendly - hugely valuable to my folks. Everyone had a lovely time, would highly recommend for anyone travelling through Pembrokeshire.

Really lovely food, although Chef is tiny, very small. Suprised she can reach the countertops. Nice ambiance for small people in particular.

Visited for lunch on Friday. Log fire lit and staff very friendly - all very welcoming and hospitable. Good selection of drinks and food, including a great value specials menu. Meal was nicely presented, tasty and more than we could manage. There was no rush for us to vacate our table once we had finished our meal, so all really relaxing. The inn opening times are limited and tables need to be booked, so it's well worth planning well ahead. Great venue for a Christmas catch-up with friends.

First time visiting last night for my birthday meal. We had such a great night, gorgeous setting and lovely atmosphere, excellent food, tasty with large portions and very well presented. Service was spot on, the staff were very friendly and we didn't have to ask for a thing, our glasses were never empty and they even came out to sing happy birthday. I had THE MOST FABULOUS meal at the Brewery Inn. It came very highly recommended by a friend. The pub has been beautifully decorated and it gave me some good new ideas for our own house. There is a friendly welcome for the people and an even friendlier welcome for the dogs. Good to know the proprietors are getting their priorities right for the important visitors. I had the most delicious salmon recipe in a home made lobster sauce with fresh pasta and mountains of vegetables. Everything was cooked to perfection and utterly delicious. John and Steven are the warmest, friendliest, most charming people and they make everyone feel most welcome and at home. I enjoyed my food and the good company tremendously and I can’t wait to go back again.

Living in Pembroke why have we never been to this amazing pub before. Just had Sunday lunch and I have to say it was stunning.Wonderful atmosphere and everyone so friendly . Well done to you all.

Sunday lunch here is the best we have ever had .Meat was cooked to perfection as were vegetables .Staff are so friendly and treated our dog really well with treats of roast beef . Note to ourselves book in about 3 weeks before you get here it is so popular .

I booked for Sunday Lunch at the Brewery Inn as we were on holiday in Pembrokeshire. What an amazing find. The Sunday Lunch was delicious, melt in your mouth beef and lamb, all the food is of the highest quality. The staff are just lovely, always smiling and nothing too much trouble. We went with our Golden Retriever (a rescue) who has a bit of an issue with dogs she doesn't know. Everyone was extremely kind and caring towards her, and she loved the doggie treats. We enjoyed our Sunday lunch so much we booked for our last night of our holiday; again delicious food, I especially enjoyed my Pie! I wish we had such a wonderful place to eat near us! Congratulations to you all at the Brewery Inn - your food and service is just amazing. If we visit Pembrokeshire again we will definitely be back to sample more of your culinary delights. Thank you.

Visited the Inn with friends. Food was amazing and service impeccable. Had the black pudding scotch egg as a starter and as main the pork steak with mashed potato and seasonal vegetables with a mushroom sauce from the specials board. Absolutely outstanding with very large portions so unable to have a dessert !! Reasonably priced too. Lovely ambience and very busy and know I know why !! Highly recommend the food and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Really attentive and will definitely be returning in the near future.

Such a wonderful place, we managed to get the last slot for Sunday lunch and it was all we hoped for after a windy walk on the beach, tasty, well cooked food and one, if not the best cheesecake we’ve ever tried. We tried to get a reservation again later in the week to no avail - these guys are running a great place. Great food, friendly staff, who are all so warm and welcoming - I’d be in here every week if it was my local Dog friendly - they actually mean it… it’s not a lip service comment, dogs are genuinely welcome and not treated as an inconvenience.

We've visited quite a few times over the years, and everything is always spot on, such that the Brewery Inn is always our standard that we measure against when we venture elsewhere (not locally 😉). Delicious food, welcoming staff, good atmosphere. It's justifiably popular, so worth booking in advance.

We visited for a special birthday and chose the Brewery Inn because they had good meat / vegetarian and vegan options. We weren’t disappointed. Every member of staff was delightful. Every one of us enjoyed the food and the dog enjoyed the treat she was given. A free pint was also given to my dad for his birthday which was a lovely touch. Will definitely go back when we visit Pembs again.

We've been eyeing this pub for several years during our stays in Pembrokeshire. However, it's always been fully booked whenever we tried to make a reservation - now we see why! This year, we planned ahead and secured our spot before our holiday, and we were thoroughly impressed. The meal was outstanding, complemented by the attentive and friendly staff. The Panko Prawns were a highlight, and the unique selection of vegetarian mains stood out from the usual offerings. Our young one gave a thumbs up to his fish & chips, and we all indulged in the irresistible sticky toffee pudding with ice cream for dessert. We eagerly anticipate our next visit to Wales, hopefully in a year or two, and a return to this delightful pub is certainly on our itinerary!

What a lovely place to have lunch! A very pretty setting, and a lovely atmosphere inside. The food was superb, and the service was excellent. I opted for calamari to start, plant based burger as a main and cheesecake for dessert. Everything was cooked perfectly. My daughter and partner also thoroughly enjoyed their food. We had never been to the Brewery Inn before, but we will definitely be back!

Best food I have ever tasted we seen the reviews on trip advisor and we thought we would try it out , and I assure you the reviews are true food was excellent we all had lamb shank which was cooked to perfection ,everything on the plate was cooked to perfection,also the staff could not do enough for you, we will definitely be back again

Just back from having dinner at The Brewery Inn & what a lovely experience it was. The food was amazing (I had the Smoked Salmon Salad starter, the Pork Belly main which was melt in the mouth with the most amazing jus & the Caramel & Pecan Brownie with Clotted Cream Ice Cream which is was as good as it sounds) & the whole vibe of the place was lovely.The staff were so lovely & friendly & it made for such a great evening.Plus we had the entertainment of someone’s dog strolling in & not wanting to leave.We know how it felt! Can’t recommend The Brewery Inn highly enough.We will return…..

We were staying in cosheston and had been recommended the brewery inn. It was honestly the best meal I’ve had, the black pudding starter was superb and the lamb main course perfectly cooked. They even managed to sort me a fantastic pudding as I’m lactose...

A quaint pub with a really nice atmosphere. The service was fantastic - all members of staff were really friendly and seemed to genuinely care that their customers had a nice time. The food was some of the best we've ever eaten. Three of us had the lamb shank and the plates were left clean - it was delicious. There were also lots of veggie options and my vegetarian friend had the veggie burger, which he also rated highly. They seemed to put as much effort into the veggie food as the rest of the menu. We would definitely recommend.

Delicious food and generous portions! They have great vegan options. We particularly enjoyed our black pudding scotch egg and sun dried tomato hummus starters. The service was fab, the two gentlemen and younger lady who served us were super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!
