Food was lovely I had a full English everything was cooked perfect and hot.. I would recommend and definitely go again

Ordered a latté and a egg mayo sandwich (X2) Latté: coffee was NOT a latté and cup hadn't been washed from a previous customer as there was still a recent coffee rim mark inside the cup, tasted like cheap instant coffee which when served was cold. Egg mayo sandwich: sandwich tasted like it was old eggs, shells were in the sandwich as well as the white film off the eggs (from not peeling correctly) tiny hairs were also in the sauce on the sandwich. Customer observation: 'cook' was sat down in the serving area to put it bluntly scratching his balls, he was then sneezing without handwashing before resuming to cook food...... Customer base seems to be the elderly which to be honest I can now see why as an older person may struggle to see the tiny hairs. Food hygiene rating as of July 2020 was an appalling 2.... With the current climate I hate to leave a bad review as I believe local independent shops are better but in this case it was such a let down.

stayed three nights dinner b & B Excellent...very personally run by proprietor and guests benefit from their local kno wledge ...lovely food and very comfortable bedroom with our dogs who were made very welcome we will be back

This cafe is in a lovely setting, close to Otley Chevin and Woods. There are places to sit outside and also inside, but it can get very busy. We ordered lattes and cake. The lattes were ok, but the cake was a very small piece for the price and also very dry. We did get a refund on the cakes as the quality was poor, but as we do not consider this place value for money, due to small portions, we would not return.

Absoloutky awful I asked for a steak bake they looked at me weird and gave me tea so then I got a sausage roll and it was cold

Was poor when ownership changed and then improved in the second half of 2023 however went downhill again just before Christmas and just tried again today for 4th time and no better, cheap sausage and spam used. Sausage, Spam and Tom sauce consisted of 2 sausage, 2 slices of tinned oblong spam and a smidge of tom sauce, £3.90!!! A spam on it's with 2 small slices of spam £3.10!!! You mainly tasted bread. No point mentioning the other disappointing butties the team had. Time to change again.

Such a shame the food is quite nice but the customer service here is truly awful ....it really truly does let them down beyond belief.....we have on 2 occasions ordered food with a lady over the phone ( she doesnt write things down) and I even repeated over again what we ordered ...she replied ' we are 'really busy at the moment ' so your food will be there in around an hour' - to which we said ok that is great ....we placed our order 2 hours later still no food - we rang them ' oh sorry we are closed' we have no trace of your order - truly hopeless!! - they have lost a good customer here and as I work in customer services I will also make sure to tell at least 10 of my friends family & neighbours of my experience ....... what a shame.

So i go to Costco because you can buy in bulk and its cheaper BUT ... ive never tasted pizza like it its cheap and its huge and it is delicious honestly and we always get a big chocolate cake for like £15 and it feeds us all for like 3 days its so bug you cant go wrong

I think price wise, this is a good fish and chip shop, also offer a good delivery fee compared to other takeaways in the area. Food is good, portion sizes are big and not a bad selection. To get a delivery from anywhere around, this village is getting extremely pricey, I dont feel trawlers are taking advantage like others. I will definitely continue to use.

Friendly staff, very inadequate sandwich filling! Paid £3.95 for an egg mayo sandwich, there was a very small blob in the centre of the t cake none around the edges and the bread took over the taste, I did ask the waitress if they had forgotten the filling, she replied no she made you an egg mayo. No attempt to rectify, also my grandson got a child’s lunch box, his sandwich was adequate but the orange was very old no flavour and extremely tough a dry. On the plus side my daughter said her pie and peas was nice. Afraid we will not be retuning.

Title may be harsh but i think it somes it up. We couldnt even unwrap the food it was so wet and the fish just disintegrated into mush. Completely tasteless. Shame because portion size was spot on. A few teaspoons of scraps were thrown on at best and these were pale and again soggy. The chips were basically inedible with the amount of grease. They looked so under cooked i can safely say i have never had them so poor and i have experienced a few bad ones. The curry sauce was nothing to write home about either. Maybe the rest of the food give me this impression but i have been very very honest. The food was not placed in a carrier bag to sweat and we drove only for a few mins home. Tried others in the area and totally different experiences. Felt so bloated and greased up we managed about half before skipping the rest.
