Couldn’t even get served. I had my tiny dog which I tied up in the doorway. I was told she can’t even wait there. So I politely asked if she could watch her outside for 2 mins and I was told NO. She lady was short and stocky and really didn’t want me to buy anything clearly. It was 18:45 so they probably wanted rid of some things and it was empty. The abrupt rudeness and lack of hospitality was a disgrace to what is normally a great company. When all you want is a sandwich after a long shift or a pasty it’s pretty disgusting behaviour

Pub hopping around this part of town my twin brother Stephen and I decided to drop into this Greggs outlet along Fargate . Typical Greggs ,neat and tidy, a glass fronted serving bar showcases the goodies on offer and staff who are super friendly. I went in and purchased 4 sausage rolls, £3 for 4 sausage rolls, great value for money, we munched on these delicious sausage rolls outside, in my opinion the best sausage rolls in the United Kingdom. This Greggs outlet is easy to locate on Fargate, most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.

This review is for all Gregg's, please open your seating areas and toilets and stop making excuses!! Most cafes are doing it. I am someone who uses greggs at least 5 times a week, it puts me off knowing I cant use the toilet before I go to my next job. It puts me off knowing I cant sit inside when my car isn't conducive to hv my lunch. Everyone else is making it work, why cant you? We are all in the same situation.

Great tasting fish and generous portions. My first visit was good, I'll be back when I'm next up.

Went for a pub lunch. The gentleman behind the bar was very helpful with my partner who is gluten intolerant, she had steak and chips, and asked for a sauce to go with it. Not being sure whether the peppercorn sauce had gluten he looked online for us, sadly it had, but he offered red wine sauce or port and Stilton sauce, she opted for the red wine sauce which was lovely. I had fish and chips, which was a lovely big portion, and our son had the beef and red wine lasagne with garlic bread which also looked delicious. Big kudos to the bar staff for their patience and understanding. 14/4/25 at 2.30pm
