Cross Cafe in Sheffield

Had the mega breakfast and it was beautiful.

Very nice And well priced will call again

Now called ' Cobs and crumbs'. Food enjoyable and cafe was clean and had nice decor. Portions very good value. Would definitely recommend here.

We visit this cafe on a regular basis. We generally have a breakfast and are never disappointed. The lady in the kitchen is chatty, friendly and has high expectations from her kitchen. Always worth a visit..

the cross cafe is the best place to go if you want to get a bite to eat or a drink they are completely amazing they provide a good top quality service and all of the staff are kind and polite

Went in with my daughter.the owner was cleaning the cooker.i was asked what I wanted and ordered the next minute the owner was shouting and being very rude towards us as she was mid way cleaning.she carried on for about 10 minutes huffing and complaining.to the point me and my daughter said we would have cold sandwiches if that made it easier.to then get a mouth full back that she had rushed to put the cooker back together.by which point my teenage daughter was mortified and just wanted to leave.our food arrived and was good food.but upon paying she started again shaking her head at another customer who asked for a coffee without milk.never have I been some where.where the customer service was so bad.that woman should not be allowed near customers

Me gustó mucho el café. Tenía una agradable atmósfera y el dueño y el personal era muy agradable cuando sirve mi comida. La ubicación es conveniente para mí porque vivo cerca y es fácil de tener acceso. El espacio de aparcamiento es más grande que el espacio normal.

Absolutely vile customer service and the cooks language was appalling, I was with my young children and she was swearing at customers and staff and as for the food! I had a chicken salad and the salad was off, it smelt like my wheelie bin and it was all slimy and the cheese sandwiches my kids had was the same, I'm just glad I got to them before they took a bite, when.I confronted the cook she told me to stop moaning so when I refused to pay she told me I better f@@#$$@ pay, she is very lucky I had my children with me or I would have shoved the gone off food along with my fist down her throat!!!

Absolutely disgusting place. Never have I experienced staff as rude, arrogant and foul mouthed as I did today. Very, very dirty and unhygienic, will certainly not be returning and an official complaint being made. 100% recommend AGAINST visiting this place.

Today I took my 2 children into this cafe for lunch. My son 3yrs old very politely asked for a bacon sarni but could she please cut the fat off, when the cook/owner (I think) came right in his face and said "you will get it how it comes lad" I then got told to "sit darn then I can't work miracles' quite angry I did. My children decided to play with the toys situated in the corner of the cafe where they were told "for God sake don't get them out again I'm sick of bloody tidying them up today" making me angry again. A young girl also came into the shop asking for a pork sandwich when she was very nastily answered with "pork days f$%#@$% Friday so I don't think so" or something along those lines I can't quite remember the exact words The food came the bacon was riddled in fat my son's ham was off (out of date) and smelt awful the breadcake was hard too, my children's drinks were dated to sell by June 2012. In the meantime the lady who worked there got lots of abuse from the cook/chef who I'm guessing is the owner. Obviously we didn't eat anything and I refused to pay she literally chased me out of the shop. Safe to say we won't be going back there in a hurry!!!!!! Absolutely vile service and standards.

Esto no es (en mi opinión) su spoon café típico de grasienta. La comida es muy buena, abundante y buena relación calidad-precio. Amplia selección de desayunos completos inglés (incluyendo opciones vegetarianas); junto con sándwiches fríos y calientes. También hacer opciones calientes de la cena también, y tienen una gran variedad de pasteles, bollos y galletas si tienes golosos. personal muy amable. Hay la opción para llevar o si prefiere comer en casa, hay un montón de espacio para comer. bonito lugar, sin duda una que es recomendable.
