Nuevos dueños, pero el mismo amable conocer y saludar, todavía excelente café, excelentes sándwiches y croissant de almendras, volveremos.

Visitamos para el almuerzo y tuvimos un poco de pasta genial. El café era fantástico. ¡No pude resistir irme con un poco de panettone también! Todo a un precio muy razonable.

The Sunday roasts at Loxleys are the best in town!

Great place for lunch. A lot on the menu could be adapted to be GF. Please note it is a shared fryer - so if you are coeliac then you can’t have fried items. Plenty of filling in the sandwiches & I was offered salad or new potatoes instead of chips with the sandwich

La primera vez que visitamos este pub disfrutamos mucho de nuestro tiempo, sin embargo, después de regresar al pub 2 meses después nos quedamos muy decepcionados de haber experimentado todo lo contrario. Había un joven que parecía haber estado más o menos solo en un viernes por la noche relativamente ocupado cubriendo el servicio de bar, restaurante y apoyando al chef en la cocina. Había 2 mujeres que parecían ser personal, pero todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí simplemente estaban parados hablando y constantemente caminando de un lado a otro desde la cocina hasta el bar, pero no parecían estar haciendo nada, ni una sola vez tomaron un vaso. Nos hizo sentir muy incómodos mientras comíamos nuestra cena viendo a estas dos damas caminando de un lado a otro durante más de una hora. También notamos que su chef no estaba en uniforme y en su lugar llevaba una sudadera con capucha!

Restaurant was very nice and loved being sat by the open kitchen. Nice little experience. I went for two things I’ve always wanted to try, rabbit and venison. Unfortunately I didn’t think the rabbit dish had much flavour except for the delightful little Caesar salad on the side. And the venison dish seemed very over powered with cinnamon, but maybe that’s just my taste. Just not quite the food I was hoping for. Very good location, very central. If I could I would give 3.5 stars.

A pesar de no poder navegar debido a la tormenta Daraugh todavía fuimos por nuestra comida. Tuvimos una comunicación brillante, informando que no navegaríamos y dando la opción de cancelar pero decidimos continuar... y gracias a Dios. Una deliciosa comida, cena de alta calidad, buenas porciones y personal muy amable y acogedor. Sin duda volvería y recomendaría encarecidamente ... la próxima vez que esperamos navegar!

We came to The Bell for an early Valentine’s Meal as my husband was away for the actual day. We had a fantastic meal in lovely surroundings. The staff could not have been more helpful. Food was amazing especially The Eton Mess. Would definitely return. Many thanks to Sam and Gareth.

Looking at properties in old town Stratford-upon-Avon and popped into this apparently recently reopened pub. Very pleasant staff and great atmosphere. Sure the new owners will make a success of the place and hope they do.

Evening meal with 6 colleagues. Service exceptional, paced to the table - which appears to be a rarity these days. Advise and guidance on food and drink when requested. Variety of options from each course taken across the table and every plate was of high quality, fair portions and piping hot. Left feeling that our custom was valued and to deliver service to such a standard that we would have no choice but to return if we are in the area again - which of course we will!

Entré para el almuerzo del domingo, tenía dos entrantes solo dos rebanadas muy pequeñas de pan con el entrante de mi esposa, ella pidió un poco más de pan se le dijo que costaría un extra de £ 2. 50 La mesa de al lado los escuché quejándose de su comida del plato principal, lo que no me llenó de confianza. Nuestro plato fuerte llegó pero hacía frío de piedra, hablé con el gerente del restaurante para quejarme cuya respuesta fue “No es mi problema” No podía creer lo que había escuchado a lo que respondí “¿quién es la culpa entonces?” respondió con “No se me puede culpar” Le dije que solo quería la cuenta de los entrantes que había comido y las dos bebidas que tomamos £ 36. 98 Ni siquiera una disculpa del gerente Nunca volvería de nuevo a este establecimiento el servicio fue totalmente terrible y el gerente del restaurante grosero

Great food and brilliant service with a smile from Lucas. We were welcomed with a smile, table was cleaned for us and we were checked on throughout our meal

Food very tasty and extremely hot.....plates and food.....that's great. Good choice and was able to swop chips for a salad..so that's good Think everyone tried hard and chef and waitresses very good.

A great pub for a drink, we sat in the actors bar 🍸 😀
