Intenté contactarme vía tantas rutas sin éxito. Personal no parece en absoluto molesta, pero también parecen ser incapaces de contactar con el director o saber donde él o cuando la siguiente. Ya encontré un anuncio para la venta de la propiedad.

It was busy, which we get, and we appreciated getting a table. However the bar person when we reached the front of the bar, started talking to the person behind me (who she knew). After she finished serving her other customer, she then served him, even though he was stood behind me. I pointed out that she was serving the person behind me, which she clearly didn't appreciate. She then gave him 2 free drink tokens as he said his friends were in the Great Run. She then served me, clearly unhappy with my comment, and when we asked abut the free drink for the half marathon runners (1 person out of the 5 drinks we ordered), she said "we're not doing that any more". Very poor service to treat customers like this, she could have just said, sorry, it's really busy and I'm trying to keep up, rather than sulk at customers. Good beer, bad service.

He estado viniendo aquí por algún tiempo con mi mejor amiga, y me he convertido en una criatura de hábito eligiendo el mismo desayuno! Sus hongos sobre pan tostado (masa madre generalmente) cubierto con huevos escalfados absolutamente perfectos es sublime. El personal es amable y el servicio es rápido. El único inconveniente y esto es menor... es el aparcamiento... pero afortunadamente solemos coger un sitio en la carretera y caminar... Creo que el hecho de que a menudo es bullicioso muestra que a la gente no le importa el estacionamiento. Es una joya local realmente encantadora.

A unique little cafe in the heart of erdington inside a beautiful furniture shop, a lovely hidden gem. The staff a young girl i believed was called Natasha was an absolute treat she went above and beyond with excellent service and manners and nothing was to much for her a real credit to Cookes and to Edwards, myself and other members of my group would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

I booked Edwards for my mums 80th Birthday and can honestly say it was amazing. I pre ordered afternoon tea. Nothing was too much bother for them they sorted a table for 8 in the corner which we were allowed to decorate. My mum thoroughly enjoyed it along with friends and family. A big shout out to Natasha who was backwards and forwards with refills and anything else we needed Thank YOU.

A great menu and good service from the staff. Primarily a restaurant if you are staying in the Hotel but could be good even if you are not staying. Expensive, as it is a hotel, but would recommend.

I attended with my daughter, her boyfriend and friends. The manager was DJing, I requested some tunes a couple of times. He didn’t take lightly to this. As a result he barred me Peggy Mitchell style! 😂

Locals pub. They seemed friendly enough, drinks OK. Some bald guy called Carl was hogging the pool table and never bought a drink all night while I was there!

What an afternoon, it could have been 1am in a Club the atmosphere was rocking... well worth the money....

Been twice in September and each time there was am item missing off my sandwich despite having paid for it. Won't be going again

The customer service here is second to none! There are lots of different choices for the pies, including several vegetarian options. You really are supporting someone's dream which is always wonderful, especially in these times. Thank you for your service, we will be back for more pies!

Their Sunday roast food is top tier 👌 only downside is that the price is just rocket up too high! It used to be our Sunday choice place to go, but we now think it's time to change since last time. Our bill for two was almost £70 with a juice and half pint.
