Outstanding independent coffee/doughnut/hog roast takeaway. Welcoming people (thanks Joey & Bailey!) who were friendly and happy to chat. Coffee was delicious (freshly brewed filter), and the hog roast roll was the best I’ve had - complete with crackling. Don’t get me started on the doughnuts.

Great new owners, NOTE telephone number on trip advisor is for the old owner so please don’t call it.. Shop is based conveniently in the car park with easy access. Serving hot and cold snacks drinks and must have beach essentials. Enjoy a stroll down to the town or a stroll to the beach, great location for exploring the local area.

Nestled among the kiosks, restaurants and pubs this little gem is a must for ice cream lovers. Selling some of the nicest ice cream I have had - Marshfield Farm. I opted for a waffle cone with 2 scoops, mint choc chip and honeycomb. I even shared it with my husband who loves mint choc chip! Well worth a visit, just be wary of the seagulls!

Nice relaxed atmosphere ( it is off season) so not rushed. Professional, friendly staff were most accommodating to us requesting a 'mezze' range of starters which were all excellent, complemented with recommendations for wine paring. Had an excellent brandy to go along with end of dinner coffee.. highly recommended...thanks Millside :)

Used to be really good, but been in a few times recently and found the food has become very average. It's by no means bad it just lacks that special something that you pay for by eating out. Staff remain super friendly and helpful though.

We visit the tea room and restaurant multiple times a year throughout high and low season & each time we visit, we’re never let down. This cosy and unique restaurant just a stones throw from the beach is a very lovely place to stop as opposed to the highly touristy spot of the promenade. The staff are friendly, attentive & accommodating. The place is warm & well situated, with a lovely selection of local eats, you’ll be wanting more. It’s suitable for breakfast, a cream tea & lunches I would recommend after a lovely walk around the bay and try the selection of cream teas and cakes. They are incredibly accommodating for dogs also and will even treat them to a complimentary treat bowl which is a lovely touch. The staff are fantastic and it’s reasonably priced which makes coming back all the more easier decision. Merry Christmas to everyone at the Bell Cliff Restaurant we shall see you in the near year. P.S thank you Caz for the sausages, the dogs were loving that warm treat after a cold walk along the beach.

Chicken Roast was good, nice to see chicken offered and well presented served with not the usual boring veg, however yorkshire pudding inedible and burger was a bit of an anti-climax. French fries pretty naff. Nice decor, could be a bit cleaner. Blonde lady who waited on us at first was great but other staff didnt seem interested or very happy! Bit pricey for the above reasons. Always greet with a smile, and say goodbye with a thanks! You never know when the big tippers are hiding in plain sight!

Lovingly handmade baguettes/sandwiches, made to order, great range of fillings, including vegetarian options, tasty coffee, quirky wooden spoon numbered collection service, blankets outside to sit on, prices very reasonable compared to the extortionate menu at the nearby ‘Swim’ cafe. Highly recommended.

after a wind blown swim in the sea we decided we wanted some comforting food and hot drinks - initially sat right on the front of the patio and the lady in charge was there in a mo with menus and a brush to wipe sand off the table top - we decided it was still to windy there, so moved back against cafe wall. Orders quickly taken - food wasn't fast, but my golly when it came it was fresh and delicious - from bacon sandwiches to american pancakes and bacon - all piping hot and full of flavour.

I recently had a sausage bap from here and I couldn't even eat it, took one bite and had to throw it away, it was disgusting, the sausages were undercooked and the bread was dry, overall it had no flavour and the sausage had some weird hard bits inside which made me feel sick, for the price that they charged for it, you'd expect something a lot better quality. Really disappointing experience, definitely won't be going there again
