Fantastic roast beef dinner I had today after I finished work I shall be back again soon I always find the food really good quality.

Fabulous food, so delicious and all cooked freshly everyday. Excellent value and wonderful, friendly service. My favourite deli ever. All my family love their meals.

I bought lovely fresh bread and organic butter however there are also health products, fresh vegetables etc.

Excellent food, went there for my brother in-laws birthday for a lovely meal, starter plus main course and even squeezed in a pudding, all fantastic , service was great, would go there again.

First visit. Impressive building and site. Extremely clean, welcoming, and very friendly service. Quick drink to sus out the menu and booked for evening meal. Beautiful lamb shank, and a Chicken curry. Excellent service. Shame we didn't find you earlier!

We hired the beautiful upstairs bar at Waterloo House for a 50th birthday party and we were looked after extremely well by Christo and Georgia and their team. The venue is very comfortable and stylish and has a fantastic atmosphere and a wide range of drinks including cocktails. We were very pleased to have had such polite, efficient and professional help in making our party a huge success. FIVE STARS only because we can't give SIX******

Every time we visit, it's BRILLIANT. If you appreciate good beer, you HAVE to visit. Great food and friendly staff. Free car park across the road. And it's on the Cotswold Way.

15th March 2025 just after midday. Just two elderly people who for once decided to have a fish and chip dinner takeaway on our way back home from Gloucestershire. My wife purchased them by card and would not tell me how much they cost us until we were back home. Although hinted that we, for an extra fiver each could have had a sit down two course restaurant meal. But that was not the problem. To be fair when the boxes were opened there was a half lemon plus a savoury dip. And—although there was a ton of chips, ( almost enough for two maybe three servings in each box) the majority of them were hard and sharp with many black marks on the actual chips. Also rather dry. The fish was plentiful and well battered but was very dry also and not absolutely certain if it was ‘cod’ or not!! Really not sure if the chips had been cooked before but had to leave most of mine as did my wife. A shame really as this was our first fish and chip dinner for ages. Just to mention we are not trouble causing people but would definitely have expected better considering the price. Although the price was not the problem. But the chips did not get wasted as the resident seagulls were not bothered whether they were hard or not!! So, do not think we will be risking a fish and chip takeaway again. Sorry but feel that this needs to be addressed as neither of us was very happy and just could not be bothered to drive all the way back to the fish and chip shop or contact by phone to point this out! For the price paid we would have expected something that we could have actually eaten and enjoyed! Regards — Jonathan W.

Really tasty food and very friendly, helpful staff. Chips were especially amazing. Can get busy at peak times but worth the wait.

This was an unplanned stop off, but what a revelation! This is how service stations should be: local produce, gorgeous food. I’d take a detour just to go to this service station. Beautifully landscaped, too.
