The best restaurants serving British food in Westerleigh South Gloucestershire South West

Setting is lovely and the Sunday roast we had was very good. My elderly mum had the children 's portion of sea bass which was sufficient for her. The banana banoffee pie was amazing but the Eton mess was underwhelming Waiting staff were not as attentive as I would have liked. We were there early so it was not busy but I struggled to get their attention at times

The food was nice, good-sized portions with good pricing. We had a large group booking and were accommodated nicely. We were pre warned that they only had a small kitchen, but they did a good job getting the food out efficiently. People commented on how lovely the ham was, great fish and chips and nice pork belly. I had the goat curry, it was ok.

We enjoyed our lunch time meal, the service and food were very good, choice of menus, we will definitely be going back.....

Lovely little cafe. Very reasonable prices. Very friendly service. Ideal stop on journey off M4. Will return. My son loved the food.

Now called ACORN WESTERLEIGH. Namek and Richard have done a great job with completely changing this establishment. Now an Italian restaurant open from 0830 - 230pm and 5-10pm in the evenings with a great menu! A must try for everyone!

Lovely play area for kids, highly recommend

Curry and a pint night on a Wednesday, curry is served with rice, if you ask for chips instead of rice the offer dosent stand !! Be warned. Prawn cocktail was served without a lemon slice and no butter on the bread .

A very well run location with a happy and welcoming staff very picturesque decor family friendly and dog friendly the food was excellent and served promptly
