New cafe in town so just had to try it, I wasn't disappointed, best breakfast I've had in a very long time. 2 bacon, 2 sausages, 2 eggs, mushrooms, tomatoe, fried bread, beans and toast plus coffee or tea for just £9.95! Top quality bacon and sausages and the coffee they serve free with breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Thoroughly reccomended.

We visited this restaurant whilst in town for a few days, it’s a small place so make sure you book. The food was very good, well presented and perfectly seasoned. The service too was attentive and friendly. We would happily come here again, it’s a very good and well ran place.

Grew up in Ilfracombe and was always our favourite chip shop. Came back for a visit so decided to pop in and get some dinner. Arrived just before closing and ordered fish and chips. They gave us lots of free food as they had plenty left over. Tasted great! Lovely staff and will definitely come back again next time we come.

Nice little spot to stop and have lunch. Dog friendly and homely feel in the garden. There are plenty of small cheeky birds looking for crumbs and just a nice atmosphere all around. The menu is basic and affordable, and the welcome was a warm one. Overall, a nice spot for lunch.

Stumbled across the cafe when we arrived in Ilfracombe and needed coffee. Quaint and characterful and clearly has it's regular customers. Coffee was good and hot but the homemade Eccles cake was amazing! The other treats looked good too. Coming across The Naked Cake cafe was the best thing about Ilfracombe which was otherwise, tatty and very down at heel.

I am coeliac and have to eat gluten free so I had looked online to find the Pasty Bakehouse. My pasty was lovely and the pastry was amazing.

Visited for a friend birthday party, what a fabulous welcome we received. The bar staff were chatty, friendly and welcoming. Large selection of drinks.

Came in as a family of 10, with 3 children. One of our party had 1 cider and then proceeded to tell us he was too drunk and not allowed service which was completely false. Also considering there was many drunk people in the building not to mention the kids on drugs. Anyway ordered our average food which was very basic considering the prices they now charge and mid way through our family dinner was interrupted by a member of staff insistent a member of our party was too drunk falling asleep at the bar which was not the case at all as he was sat eating his food. Not sure if a case of mistaken identity but the lack of care from the staff and the poor food just made this experience terrible for our whole family. Will never return.

We enjoyed a quick light lunch in here, food was nice and tasty, nice and friendly staff, the lady running the place was great, lovely and chatty. Gluten free options available and it was also dog friendly. Fresh fish daily specials available. Can imagine it being very busy in here in the summer.
