New cafe in town so just had to try it, I wasn't disappointed, best breakfast I've had in a very long time. 2 bacon, 2 sausages, 2 eggs, mushrooms, tomatoe, fried bread, beans and toast plus coffee or tea for just £9.95! Top quality bacon and sausages and the coffee they serve free with breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Thoroughly reccomended.

I am coeliac and have to eat gluten free so I had looked online to find the Pasty Bakehouse. My pasty was lovely and the pastry was amazing.

Fantastic food as always and friendly service. Reasonably priced for the quality of food. It's nice to have something a bit more interesting to eat.

Grew up in Ilfracombe and was always our favourite chip shop. Came back for a visit so decided to pop in and get some dinner. Arrived just before closing and ordered fish and chips. They gave us lots of free food as they had plenty left over. Tasted great! Lovely staff and will definitely come back again next time we come.

Well the coffee was great, went back again and it was still great. The cinnamon swirl was great how do you choose with so much lovely cakes on offer, Missed out on the Victorian sponge wonder if they could post me a few slices.

Stumbled across the cafe when we arrived in Ilfracombe and needed coffee. Quaint and characterful and clearly has it's regular customers. Coffee was good and hot but the homemade Eccles cake was amazing! The other treats looked good too. Coming across The Naked Cake cafe was the best thing about Ilfracombe which was otherwise, tatty and very down at heel.

So, Saturday evening walk in, place was busy but comfortable with full on smugglers cave decor. Had to wait about an hour for a table - no worries as we went and got a drink and looked at the pretty little harbour. Service was efficient and polite and the food, well ‘chefs kiss’, was excellent! I had the surf and turf - the steak was medium rare perfect, prawns were fat and juicy and the garlic butter was amazing - it was that good that I kinda didn’t want the meal to end!! All in all a very nice experience which I would recommend 😊

Nice little spot to stop and have lunch. Dog friendly and homely feel in the garden. There are plenty of small cheeky birds looking for crumbs and just a nice atmosphere all around. The menu is basic and affordable, and the welcome was a warm one. Overall, a nice spot for lunch.

Time and time again always has the best fish n chips and importantly the best Gluten Free fish n chips in Ilfracombe lovely location. Food cooked to order. With our daughter being celiac we have to be careful. Here it's perfect for all the family regardless of being gluten free. Always been extremely pleased but never taken any pictures of the food and that's because it all tastes so good we don't want to mess around taking pictures. Staff are always polite and friendly whatever the season. Fresh fish caught by local fisherman, potatoes from local farmers and cooked by local people.

Ate here our first night in Ilfracombe on a sunny Sunday night ~6pm. It was very roudy and loud in the garden and felt a bit rough. I also had the cod burger. The batter on the fish was anemic, soggy and tasteless. Wouldn't visit again
