Had a carvery on the Sunday with family. The meat and vegetables were excellent and hot and the service and friendliness of the staff second to none. Well worth another visit. Recommend anyone else to visit.

Just had our weekly dose, as it were. Sometimes we have to drop in between Saturdays because we get withdrawal symptoms it's so good. Today we had cod and chips as usual but today it was more than the usual excellent. it was the best piece of fish I have ever had in a chip shop. The chips were to die for as usual and the chicken chunks were spot on too.

Hidden gem above Warrens Bakery, easily missed when walking along St Ives Harbor. The views from the outside terrace are gorgeous, overlooking the sea and people walking from the balcony. Food was delicious. They had a lunch deal on which was a small glass of wine/prosecco and a choice of either mussels, fish & chips or caesar salad for £20. I went for the mussels and they didn't disappoint. The sauce was amazing. The two ladies working were so kind and attentive. Service was great. I wish I lived closer because this would become my new lunch spot.

Unexpectedly stopped for a roast, very pleasently suprised. Really generous portions of well cooked meat. Nice selection of Veg. Perfectly cooked yorkshire and delicious thick, meaty gravy. Overall good value for money. Would definitely go again.

Went for takeaway around 8pm 280425 and ordered 2 x fish and chips and a bottle of coke. Cost me £25 and a few pence. Took my food out with serviettes and the most pointless tiny wooden fork (the type a child eats a cone of chips with) with the intention of eating them on the bench outside watching the harbour lights. All sounds great until I opened the food up to be greeted with a greasy fish and what I assume to be chips that had been re-fried as they were Brown in colour, greasy and rather crunchy. I'd asked for salt and vinegar, apart from the first mouthful I didn't taste any after that. Very disappointed it made me feel sickly eating it and I threw half of it away. I expected better of a restaurant that talks so proudly about the quality of it's Cornish local grown potatoes. Not that great quality when they are re fried a second time! Won't be going here again

We came for the Sunday roast menu. The choice offered and the prices seemed reasonable. It turned out that the value offered was very good indeed. The main roast beef dinner amounted to a very substantial meal - lots of beef and a tremendous amount of vegetables. The only fault we found were the roast potatoes, which were not crisp. The starters we had were very good - duck parfait and Korean prawns. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was quite busy for a Sunday evening in November. This showed that the menu was well supported by its clientele.

A lovely tea room with excellent attentive staff with very good memories as welcome and greet visitors from all over the country on holiday that revisited Coasters. Make their customers very welcome new and old from previous summers they recognise on entry. Great coffee and very good food with selection to suit everyone. Wishing you all the very best, you deserve it.

I ordered a too good to go bag from here for £5, so couldn't really complain when we got given about 5 different types of pasties for it. Pasties were ok, tasted nice, but i think having them hot would have been better. But like i said, for £5 for all that we got it wasn't to bad. Would have been nice to have less pasties and some cakes mind.

Went for Sunday lunch, which was excellent. Very good, friendly staff , visit only marred by selfish parents letting a badly behaved toddler bang cutlery on the table, and scream endlessly. Attempts to pacify the horrible creature by playing machine that produced nursery songs, like the wheels on the bus go round and round, at unreasonably high volume only exacerbated the situation.
