Shame they are always running out , of something or other , nice seating area outside

Award winning service - really needs be reviewed again. 0/10 customer service skills, we requested for the table to cleaned 3 times as the table was covered in spices and vinegar but they paid no attention. We finally chose to get takeaway - we weren’t even asked of why we changed our mind rather told to be emptying the table. We are shouted from afar of the till to be asked whether we were paying separately or together in front of the other customers we found this to be very humiliating. We then walked up to the till to pay. We refused to pay and had to leave as who likes to eat in a disrespectful place.

This place has bags of potential but after many changes of management and lack of investment is a shadow of what it could be. Staff training is hopeless - bar staff amateurish - scruffy garden I truly hope it pulls its socks up to be a real gem. I didn't dare order food so I'm not able to review that

10 of us arrived to watch the rugby. We had booked a table. What a great decision. The manager was outstanding as well as the staff , the food was great , all brought out together , sorted all the drinks out with different payments, great atmosphere and great screens for the sorts. Would 100% recomend . Thank you

The worse place to go if you think that you are in a safe place. The security are just there to ensure that they ruin your experience. I have reported them to the police.

Lovely menu and great food and wine. This was my third visit, I try and go each time I’m in Cheltenham. Disappointingly the service was really slow this time. It wouldn’t put me off going back though

Spoons breakfast is always worth it

Didn't hold up much hope, and must say it was as bad as I'd thought. Only good thing was that I got served super quickly
