Every time I order the quality is always consistent. Particularly recommend the cookie doughs. Why go to a sloppy chain when you can support a fantastic independent!

My friend and I called in here whilst shopping round town, had a coffee and a slice of one of their cakes which was delicious, the portions are also very big! Really cute cafe overlooking the park.

Popped in to have a pint or two whilst the wife was shopping. Super friendly service provided by the bar staff. Luke I think his name was. Perfect pint no need for a flake!

I haven’t been to a wimpy bar for years. This place was magic. I have worked in customer service for over 40 years. I have been to some of the best restaurants and hotels across the world. But must say how shocked and surprised how great the customer service was. The young lady’s were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. They made us feel very special and welcomed. They let us move three times until we got the Red Booth. Table 10 . Then we ordered the food. My guests wanted something different from the menu and wanted the food mixed up for different people. That was no problem. Drinks came in china cups and glasses not horrible plastic cups. The food came quickly but tasted great and hot . I ordered a thing called a Grill house stack . It was the best burger I can remember having. I spoke to the supervisor who was amazing. She was so busy working behind the counter but stopped as soon as I asked to speak to her. She was lovely. I then spoke to the manager. Again stopped what he was doing to talk to me. Again a busy Saturday lunchtime. They really made me feel that I was not a problem. Great place to eat . All these burger places where you press buttons and don’t speak to a human being. Give wimpy a try and see what going for a treat lunch use to be like. Well done. And we will be back!!!!!!!!!!!

Sunday lunch......... Hmmm not great, aunt Bessie's style roast potatoes and only 3 small pieces (not crispy but leathery) weird texture Yorkie, very thick and gloopy packet gravy, beef was rare & tender but unfortunately tasteless, lamb shoulder overcooked so it had lost its succulence and was very stringy again bland. Roast carrots and parsnips ok but only other veg was red cabbage which I don't like so had to ask for something green. The waiter was happy to bring me tenderstem brocoli which came halfway into the already stone cold meal. no cauli cheese until we asked, again arrived halfway into the meal, they wasn't even busy. One individual gravy jug for two so had to ask for more. Service..... The guy was happy to help but no check back on how our meal was and ever so slow, this could be the kitchen not him. The only good part of the meal was the broccoli, hot and al dente, if the chefs had taken as much care over the rest of the meal as the broccoli then it would of been excellent. Yet another sub standard restaurant on Horsham's ever growing list of poor eateries. What is it with this town. Won't be going back. I will just add we could of complained yes and I'm sure they would of been happy to try and rectify things but with what? It was all so sub standard. We where in a hurry and starving hungry so just got it down. Not after a refund not after a complimentary meal. Just pre warming people to not expect to much from this one.
