Very good meal served by Gracie. Whole family were very happy with the service and food. It was an enjoyable night out and we will certainly be back

I came in during valentines weekend and I was blown away with how great the experience was even though it was so busy! The food was splendid and service superb! I would highly recommend the burger...I know crazy. But the burger tasted so fresh. It had pickled cucumbers and a sauce that just enriched the food!

We were served by Gracie. She was a lovely girl and very helpful with helping us choose our meal. Food was also amazing, great experience !

Decent if not spectacular food at reasonable prices . Now part of a chain, and obviously not as good as the " original" Bills. Service was slow, hence overall 3 stars instead of 4.

Fantastic building, environment and ambiance. Staff are incredibly friendly. Breakfast was spot on, they even trim the fat out of the bacon. The eggs were perfect lovely colour and perfect circle. Difficult to fault, particularly Carrie who is extremely customer focused and genuinely caring. They even have a separate menu for Gluten free diet, the content of which is on a par with the "normal" menu. Colour coding is very smart too.

Appreciate that Bills acts as a cafe as well, allowing people to use laptops. It's a beautiful building with a lot of history. The waiting staff are always very nice and friendly. We've been served by Hannah a couple of times and she is really nice, very welcoming and good sense of humour.

I went to Bill's to celebrate my birthday with some friends. It's a great looking place and had a real rustic feel to it. It was a shame there were only a couple of tables occupied as I imagine it has a great atmosphere when it's busier. Charlotte was our server and she was very friendly, helpful and attentive, coming straight over with water for the table and getting me a drink while I waited for my friends. The downside was that the largest wine serving was 175ml and it would have been nice to have the option of a 250ml serving to nurse throughout the evening as a driver who's only having one drink. Despite that, we had a great evening and would go back.

We visited Bill’s in Horsham for lunch and ended up staying for the Bottomless Pancakes at 3pm. We started with the Bill’s Big Brunch (for one hungry teenager) and buttermilk chicken burgers for everyone else, followed by stacks of biscoff and vanilla ice cream pancakes. A huge thank you to Carrie for giving us such a warm welcome and being a fantastic host today! We were defeated by the pancakes in the end (so delicious but so filling!) but we’ll be back again soon.

Popped in with friends for Breakfast the food was amazing, our server Carrie was lovely, very polite and friendly.Lovely restaurant will definitely be back for more.

we organised to host a baby shower here yesterday ((18.01.25)) and everything about the experience was 10/10. the communication from Natalie, prior to the booking & through out was second to none. it was everything we could have dreamed of. food was incredible to add. thank you so much, Natalie, and the rest of the gang :)))

Carrie served us and, honestly, made our evening. She was super friendly and attentive, making sure we had what we needed and basically just making sure we had a great time. The food was good too, very tasty and good portion sizes. The restaurant was fairly busy but we didn’t have to wait too long for our food or service.

Went here for Christmas eve brekkie. Seated very quickly and order taken by pleasant staff. Coffee and tea arrived prompt and hot. Unfortunately it seems we were then forgot about. 40 minutes later, after enquiring, our food arrived which was good and tasty. By now our hot drinks had been consumed due to the length of wait. No offer of a refill or discount. Not been here for a while and in no hurry to return unfortunately.

We were served by Carrie this evening. She was super friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. I have various allergies and she helped me select the right food for me. Thank you for a lovely meal 🍔🍺

My family and I frequently visit this Bills. Food is always delicious, restaurant is always clean and the staff are consistently superb. During our most recent visit we had the pleasure of being served by Mona, for the second time. What a gem! So friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about her job.

Nothing was too much for her, and she approached everything with a smile and a sunny disposition. Her attention to detail and friendly nature were outstanding, making us feel so well looked after. Very good service on Wednesday evening. Mona was very helpful and very friendly - as always. 2 for 1 burger was a good deal and the burgers were very tasty. I had buttermilk chicken and my husband had the bourbon burger - both were delicious. Will possibly take of advantage the offer again before it ends

We went in , we're seated by a nice member of staff . Ordered our breakfasts , which took ages to come considering at that time it wasn't busy . The breakfasts were very poor quality for the price . One of the breakfasts had no black pudding although it should have done . We pointed it out & the waitress went off to sort some . We never did get it ! ! . A very disappointing experience . Certainly won't be going there again.

Unfortunately we had a poor experience of food and service at what was meant to be a celebratory family meal for my daughter's new job. There were three adults and a four year old child in our group. The first issue was that two of the three main meals we ordered were not available. The waitress, who was very helpful, obviously did not know and was understandably embarrassed when she returned some time after placing the order to tell us we would have to choose something else. The second issue was that the sausage we ordered for the child was inedible. The skin was thick and hard and appeared to be a one that had been cooked much earlier in the day and probably reheated. Our granddaughter announced after chewing for a few minutes that she could not eat it. We asked for a freshly cooked sausage. The waitress was apologetic but by the time the new ones arrived, we had almost finished our mains and because we had given our grandaughter some of our meal to keep her going, she did not want to eat anything else. Although, the waitress offered to not charge us for our (soft) drinks, we were then asked if they could add a 12.5% service charge to the bill!! At this point we just wanted to pay up and get out asap to not further spoil what was meant to be a celebration by having further difficult discussions with staff.
