Our experience at Bills Horsham was truly exceptional, thanks to the remarkable service provided by Carriex. From the moment we arrived, Carriex was incredibly attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was well taken care of. They went above and beyond to cater to not just us adults, but also to my 4-year-old and 9-month-old sons. In fact, my little one couldn’t stop talking about how lovely Carriex was, highlighting their kindness and warmth. Carriex’s efficiency and genuine care made a significant difference in our dining experience. It’s not often that you encounter someone who puts so much thought into making sure families feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you, Carriex, for turning an nice eating experience into a truly memorable one!

Robert was really nice and food was amazing

We had lunch here and the wait time was astronomical, we believe our main server forgot to put our order through. It took an hour and 20 minutes to receive my dish. Having said this, Carrie, another server, was absolutely AMAZING. Full of energy, so polite and friendly and very apologetic for the wait, she was an absolute star in compensating us. I hope she’s here next time I come, or I may not come back. She gave the best service I’ve ever had.

Poppy our waitress was lovely the food was greatly disappointing cold mushrooms and cold eggs., pancakes were tasteless and cold as-well.. very disappointing thought we would give Bills another try but food has not improved at all !! What a shame..

First time visiting Bill’s this evening, impressive building pleasantly decorated with great ambience Our server Sophie, very nice and friendly. Restaurant quite busy, but didn’t have to wait that long for our food which was delicious. Nothing negative to say, Definitely will be going back.

not impressed by the standard of food served today at Bills Horsham to serve fries that have been cooked , and then reheated again once cold is not acceptable in any food environ ment. We will not be returning.

Perfect lunch! 7 of us walked in in half term and got a table, 3 adults 4 kids. Natalie was super friendly, got us a fab table and was the best waitress. All food was delicious, quick and the all you can eat pancakes were a hit with one of the teenagers. Thank you Natalie for looking after us!

Girls night out , delicious food nice to see such a verity of meal options , anyone will find something on the menu they like , my friend was gluten free and she was impressed with so many options on the menu , staff is good and bubbly .

I have been here twice now and both times the service was so slow! Waiting over an hour for food and had to ask twice for the drinks - getting them after 40mins. When food does arrive it’s cold and the server couldn’t care less when I complained. Only saving grace was our main waitress who was so lovely and tried her best! Will not be returning there!

Lovely good. Hannah was lovely and really friendly made the experience a lot better.

I came in hoping for a decent English breakfast, but it was a letdown from start to finish. The eggs were overcooked, the bacon was rubbery, and everything just tasted like it had been sitting out for too long. On top of that, the waitress was rude and clearly not interested in serving us. She barely acknowledged us and acted like we were an inconvenience. Definitely not coming back.
