Came to bills for dinner, the food was lovely and very quick service. Me and my colleagues were served by Gracie and Millie they were very considerate and made our evening very special.

Charlotte was amazing, Thankyou for looking after us and the pup! X

Extra syrup needed for the pancakes, service was brilliant by Carrie. Very friendly but also professional. Atmosphere was a little hectic, being asked the same questions a couple of times, prehaps understaffed? Appriciate it was Saturday breakfast time.

My husband and I each enjoyed a full breakfast at Bill’s in Horsham this morning, The meals were delicious. Sophie and her colleague made sure we had everything we needed. I ordered English breakfast tea as well. My husband had fried eggs mine were poached…everything on plate was freshly cooked. We sat downstairs. It was fairly busy, but this venue is well spaced out. My only criticism, which is a personal preference…the music choice and sound system quality used. Both were annoying at times when trying to hear anyone talking. Otherwise a superb place to eat. Excellent service, quality food, reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

We were served by Antal. Exceptional service. We asked for something off the menu and he couldn’t have been more helpful. A model example of how to do “hospitality” well. Thank you.

Another great experience. Gracie was a really nice girl, a real credit to your team. Nothing was too much trouble. We all had a real nice breakfast, my only negative would be that a tropical juice was £5.65 which considering it was a kids drink is very expensive.

Great place to eat with family and your pet.

It's the 3rd time if not more we've sent food back. Scrambled eggs came out as a hard pancake. Sausages undercooked. Manager very uninterested or caring when fed back - chefs also have off days including staff who should take responsibility for not coming up to standard. Reducing the bill doesn't solve anything if nothing improves.

We called in here on our way home from Gatwick Airport on the off chance. Good location and atmosphere and friendly waitress Sophie. Would recommend as a pre or post flight stop. Easy parking at back of high street and a short walk through the alleyways.

All food and drinks were lovely. Many kind staff made my visit very enjoyable. A special thank you to Ellen, what a lovely warmth to that girl! Overall great experience will be returning.

Amazing experience at Bill's! The menu had so many great options that I asked my server, Carrie, for a recommendation — something I love doing at new restaurants.
