Lovely pub, with character and friendly,helpful staff. We parked in a car park about 5/10 mins walk away. Family get together with 9 of us meeting up. Our group had 1 with gluten free requirements and a 92 year old who likes basic, classic food and all catered for with such a great choice of food. The service was seamless, the atmosphere relaxed. Would definitely go back if in the area again.

Popped in for a burger with friends. Burgers were nice and of good quality, banoffee pie was good too 👌🏻 We were sat in the bar, it was very quiet so there wasn’t much atmosphere.

Such a shame! One of the nicest pubs in the town ruined by the landlord…a simple smile and hello would take you a bit feather. We so wish Andrew Crompton was the one who runs our beautiful pub.

Service was friendly and efficient but food disappointing. Sunday roast had some good points- decent fresh vegetables and cauliflower cheese but roast beef could only be served “well done “ and the duck breast was not edible since I couldn’t saw through it even with a steak knife! The waitress didn’t comment!

Not only was the food amazing but the attention In the service we received was second to none. The young lady Grace that was serving our table could not have done any more to have made us feel welcome. She was friendly kind and made sure we were looked after from start to finished. Wow what a find, came for wknd in Horsham with family. Book for dinner , great venue out the back, with great food and staff in dining area and bar staff. Top the evening 80's Tripicana nite and had good boogie till midnight. Absolute find, best evening for a very long time. A couple gave up there seats for our mum's. Who had a ball. Thk u to everyone for a great evening we will be back.

Had a reservation for 8 last Sunday for a birthday lunch. The Olive Branch is a lovely pub, warm and inviting and the staff are attentive and friendly. Most of us decided to go for the Sunday Roast. Unfortunately,we had not seen the size of these before we ordered starters and mains and I think only 1 person managed to eat everything. The portion sizes are big!! That is not a complaint but a compliment, we just struggled when we got to the desserts lol!! All in all the food was lovely. The main courses could've been a little hotter, they were not stone cold just not piping hot but the pub was busy so it's to be expected. We all went away happy and overfed!

Delightful old bar with a large open fireplace and a lovely fire, which was great, especially on a cold December night when we were there for a few drinks on the Saturday before Christmas. Was busy which added to the atmostphere, service was good as well. Didn't try any food, might do so next time we are down in Horsham.

A nice cosy pub with a crackling fireplace. Drinks a little pricey but maybe on a par with most. The decor is nice. I gavent eaten here but seen the roasts which look delicous.

We were a party of about 20, with food orders given in advance. Food appeared on time, and was delivered to the table by name as they used the list we had provided. Excellent food, excellent service. The beer I had was great too!

This pub is perfect for a group meal. We went here yesterday for our tennis club Christmas lunch and the whole event ran like clockwork. The food was plentiful, hot ( if applicable) and good quality. The staff were brilliant, the venue comfortable and everyone enjoyed themselves. They all said how good it was afterwards. We’ll now doubt be back next year!

Have been here a few times for food and just for drinks. Always great there. Food is good and they have kept it normal and not gone for the posh nosh! The staff are always friendly, if I knew their names I would mention them!

Went to the Olive Branch for their newly launched steak night. My meal was superb, outstanding, delicious steak, best I’ve had in quite awhile, peppercorn sauce fries and broccoli were delicious too!

Wonderful Sunday lunch was had by eighteen of us. The food was excellent and the meat locally sourced which is a big plus. Considering our large party everything ran smoothly and the staff were lovely. I’ve never had a bad meal at the Olive so going by my own experience I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I popped in for a after work drink and noticed that they had just launched a New Tapas menu which is served between 4pm & 7pm every Friday - 3 bowls for £15 or £6 each. It was absolutely exceptional, the Garlic Prawns with crusty bread, served with a herb and oil dip that really complimented the whole dish. The Sherry glazed ribs just fell of the bone and the Chorizo & Cheese Croquettes were to die for. I will definitely be coming back with all the family to sample more of the 10 options available. A very well organized and professional team. Now just waiting for the evening entertainment

Another fabulous Sunday lunch. Roast beef was perfect, but a lot of it. Not a problem there though. I had the cod which was brilliant as I’m not a lover at all of a roast dinner. Even better was that as it was Father’s Day there was no set menu. Thanks again Dave, Fi, Mel and the other guys. 10/10 as always.

I just had my 50th Birthday party at the Olive Branch, Horsham. Right from first contact they couldn't be more helpful. We booked the "Olive Room" which gave us privacy and a lovely area for the party with a great atmosphere, plenty of seating, and a private bar. The menus on offer were really good and we selected the BBQ menu, which went down a storm with everyone, there was loads of food and everyone commented how great it was. The staff on the night were superb, really attentive and helpful and provided an excellent standard of service. I'm so glad we had my party there, everyone had a great time, and I would not hesitate to recommend the Olive Branch to anyone.

A freind recommended the burger shack to me and i was not disappointed. I ordered the chicken curry burger and my wife ordered the daffy duck. We both agreed that the burgers are some of the best we have ever tried. Good portion sizes and excellent service. The ordering system was fantastic. We were able to have our delivered at a set time. This was great as we could sit down and enjoy coronation street with out being disturbed and enjoy some delicious food. We had the best takeaway we’ve had all lockdown from the Olive Branch Burger Shack. We had burgers, ribs, wings and veggie options - couldn’t fault any of it. Even the chips tasted like proper, freshly cooked pub chips. Delivered bang on time too. We’ll definitely be back for more.

We’ve just had a takeaway which was absolutely the best, I’ve never put a review on meals before but just had to this time. Everything was cooked to perfection and delivered exactly on time. My husband had the cheese burger, I had the grilled chicken burger - delicious.

Brilliant food and service. Three of us had burgers, asked for them to cook them a little more as they came out a bit pink; we got a round of free drinks and discount off the food bill AND whole new plateful of food; we kept our original chips to nibble on while we waited! - so 2 portions of chips each! Everyone makes mistakes, and they dealt with this so well and professionally. The burgers were great. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend a visit there after lockdown.

Visited here with my partner and 5 year old daughter spur of the moment at 1pm on a Sunday after another place we had planned to visit for lunch turned out to be closed.The pub was clearly busy with diners but the staff set about making a table available for us within minutes which I thought was very good considering the crazy times we currently live in.Very efficient and friendly service (there seemed to be more than adequate staff numbers which is refreshing to see in a sector which has clearly been affected hard by COVID). We each had the Roast Beef and Roast Lamb and my daughter the £5 plate of Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and carrots with a side bowl of gravy (a huge portion that would easily satisfy your average adult). She loved tucking in with her hands. Meat was very well cooked, excellent Yorkshire puddings and a substantial vegetable portion made what I thought was an excellent Sunday roast and good value for money in a town centre setting. We couldn't manage a pudding but our daughter was given a massive bowl of ice cream to keep her quiet! Altogether I reckon we were in and out in maximum 1 hour 15 mins.I've eaten here before when the pub was under different ownership and wasn't overly impressed but this roast dinner plus a lunchtime burger back in September have been very satisfying. Good honest pub food with good quality ingredients, served by friendly staff at reasonable prices. I'll definitely be ordering a lockdown burger over November !
