Incluso los niños de 3 y 6 años en nuestro grupo eran felices! Very pleased with the food, service and location. Very considerate service by asking me if they could offer my 5 years old a lollypop after the meal privately. Recommend!

When we are down in Sussex visiting our offspring and not rushing off to a race meeting the only way to start Sunday is at Billy’s. Lovely big breakfast, great location and friendly staff - sets us up for the 4.5 hour drive back to Wales…

Asistí al establo ayer para almorzar. La fecha era para honrar a mi marido. Me quedé muy impresionado con el trato que recibí y la amabilidad mostrada conmigo. La comida era excelente y muy bien presentado, todos los elogios al chef. Estaba nervioso de ir a algún lugar para el almuerzo, etc, por mi cuenta, pero inmediatamente se puso a gusto y fue tratado muy amablemente por el propietario. Recomendaría encarecidamente este lugar si estás solo o con amigos, etc.

Great for fish and chips with excellent service and good value for money

I have always found the fish and chips from this shop very good, this evening however, it was as though I had visited a different place altogether. I ordered two medium haddock, but was surprised to see two very small pieces of fish, not what I have experienced in the past. I dread to imagine how small the small fish are. Maybe I was given small by mistake. Sadly the chips were overcooked, which added to my disappointment. So sorry to make such a negative review, but I will try there again as past experiences have been much better.

Food was fab, chips were lush!! Service quick and easy. Two blokes in there were lovely. Saw some bad reviews but we found no faults!!!

Stayed in the dog friendly chalet. Clean, fresh and cosy. Landlord was extremely friendly and helpful, total opposite to his previous reputation. We had a brilliant weekend.
