This is one of my best coffee places in Brighton but something went wrong recently. Staff used to whip up a superb coffee, without fail, but the new person is not exactly a coffee person. She also looks as if she is there under duress, not because she wants to serve coffee. A smile and a little welcoming vibe would help. And also, if your coffee goes wrong, which can happen to anybody, maybe make a decent new one.

Excellent fish, excellent chips, and the nicest and most helpful card. I’ll definitely buy here next time I’m in Brighton.

El asado del domingo fue perfecto. Porciones muy grandes y perfectamente cocidas. Las patatas asadas eran preciosas y crujientes. El pudín de toffee pegajoso era precioso. Gran servicio también. Lo recomendaría 100% a cualquiera.

Disappointing portions and flavour for the price compared to other local places

Un pub en quiebra. Excelente gama de cervezas y personal amable y eficiente. Un gran ambiente con numerosas zonas. Y como si eso no fuera suficiente un lugar de música acogedor arriba.

Had a lovely breakfast with my family here. We had the full English breakfasts and they were perfect! Everyone was very nice and welcoming!

El mejor asado de pub que he tenido. La carne estaba muy tierna y jugosa, patatas asadas perfectas y buena selección de verduras. También muy buenos pudines. Muy buen servicio con personal muy amable. Definitivamente volveré por más.

Usual range of breakfast and British fare. All cooked well with indoor or outdoor seating. Beware the resident seagull who stares at your food through the window, he hasn't worked out how to open it yet, but give him time......

Another fantastic meal. Reasonably priced. Always pleasure eating here. Always clean always friendly.be back again soon.
