Got to say been over a year since been in morpeth. Last burger was the best for miles Take 2 OK bun was fresh, plain burger 3 slices cheese and chips and onions rings No finesse and tasteless Please revise the burger as for £7 it should be much more

We always try to support local independent businesses and Micahs is definitely worth supporting. Great food and great service is always on offer and the bonus there is always great welcome for our dog Orla.

We went for a family dinner, our first since the pub’s kitchen has reopened. Excellent food. We had a tapas selection starter and then had a variety of main courses (lobster, burgers and burritos). Really tasty. generous portions and great service. Would highly recommend and look forward to going again soo.

Me mam brought me here for coffee. It’s up one of Morpeth’s many narrow lanes and isn’t immediately obvious but you’ll see the helpful neon sign at the end to guide you. Friendly staff. Good coffee. Me and mam split a cheese and ham toastie which was exceptional. Homemade bread. Wonderful Red Leicester cheese and a thick, quality ham. Mam said toilet was in great shape. Why four stars not five? The toastie arrived quite a time after the coffees. But, four stars means ‘very good’ and it is. And we tipped the staff. And we’ll be back.

Absolutely outstanding establishment. Amazing friendly staff with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It is also dog friendly to be honest with you that is an major plus aswell for me. Also the toilets are immaculately clean. Can't recommend Martino lounge enough. We will be back.

Get what you pay for in any Spoons. Cheap, fast. The waitress was lovely and helpful.

Oh dear! Big mistake to call at this cafe for a cup of afternoon tea and a scone. Very quiet at 3.15pm as only one table occupied, no staff in sight but soon one of them turned round and seemed less than pleased to see a customer interrupting what she was doing. I had been looking forward to a scone and jam, but there were only 2 left and looked as though they had been twice-baked. I asked for tea with semi-skimmed milk, to be told we only have full fat milk. I determined to make the best of what was supposed to be a treat, and retreated to a table. The cup of tea tasted awful but I was thirsty, and the scone crumbled to bits when I tried to cut it and had obviously had the life cooked out of it. Does M&S actually read any of the feedback on here? Standards are clearly not being met and the shop manager clearly needs to be made aware.
