The best restaurants serving British food in London

Fantastic brunch with a friend. The portions are so big I had to take some home. The quality is second to none. Definitely recommend

our granddaughter had just moved to the area - we tried the cafe and were very pleasantly surprised - service was friendly - it took a while for food to come but it's made from scratch and that takes time - it was worth the wait - everything was delicious and the coffee was the best I've had in a very long time - will definitely make it a regular stop when we visit the area!

The employee Yolanda, was very rude to me and my partner, not surprised as she seemed annoyed with the customers she served in front of us as well… Really disappointed with the service! My whole family get all our birthday cakes from here… well not anymore

Nice location for drinks but the food and service really let the place down. Beef so overcooked it was inedible so we complained, staff seemed too cool and arrogant to care. Won't be going back.

tasted one of the best salt beef in town.. I am sure will go back soon to have one.. other dishes look tempting.

Usar dos veces mientras estaba abierto - no más pescado y patatas fritas. Se convirtió en un Tailandés, algo más de 3 establecimientos de comida en un corto período de tiempo.Están en servicio, agradable agradable. Dos porciones de pescado, patatas fritas, guisantes blandos y las bebidas estaban a £15. Era agradable comer en un plato.La segunda vez fue menos exitosa como las patatas fritas eran sin cocer... aparentemente diferentes tipos de patatas y el tiempo no se había ajustado... Estos muchachos son una broma. Mi esposa me compró una suscripción de seis meses a su caja de carne mensual. La primera casilla apareció con elementos desactualizados. Luego enviaron algunos de calidad "variable", incluido un bloque de grasa pura. Después de 3 meses, las cajas se detuvieron y después de perseguirlas dijeron que reiniciarían las cajas solo para obtener una más y luego se detuvo nuevamente. Acordaron reembolsar el resto de la suscripción bastante cara a mi esposa; un mes después todavía estoy esperando esto. Claramente luchan con el servicio al cliente y tampoco diría que sus cajas valen nada cerca del precio de 30 cada una.

We had a great lunch here on a very cold day. The chicken hot pot and the pig in blankets on a hot roll are very recommendable.

Went for a retirement party drinks.  Nice location, warm weather.  Seating is limited so best to reserve ahead.  Staff were not that friendly.  We arrived early which was fine so they were still setting up our table but literally didn't do anything nor clean it! We did it ourselves.

Absolute shocker. Staff overwhelmed and chaotic. Given my pastry then got it snatched back,, then returned to me.People being given drinks before me who had paid way after. Staff useless. Worst dump ever. Almost missed my train and had to leave without my drink. THE worst place I've ever been ripped off in. NEVER AGAIN. POOR

Disgusted to have eaten half our food and then find rat droppings in the bottom of the box. Even went back to notify them, and the man behind the counter just smiled “unlucky - buy another one if you like” won’t ever go there again

Cracking bar with 2 cocktails for a tenner early doors. Shame the sour woman who runs it is so rude to her staff!

Amazing food, fresh well prepared, very good portions and excellent service, this is the best fish and chips I've had for a very long time
