Servicio encantador, muy atento y que admite perros. Nos cuidaron por Christian que era educado y amable, y se ocupó de nuestro perro, así como nosotros! Hermoso y acogedor interior también, perfecto para un invierno más cálido en un día frío borroso.

Un gran restaurante. Desde el momento en el que entras hasta el momento en el que dejar el servicio y la comida son excepcionales. Tuvimos un cóctel en el bar y fue genial poder ver el cóctel y aquí todos los ingredientes que fuimos. El menú de degustación fue una gran elección del menú y la mina mesero, de adaptarse, así que podría tener el menú vegetariano de degustación, pero incluyen los platos de pescado, la carne sí. El plato de kale quemada fue mi favorito. Y el budín dejaron babear durante días.

He hecho todas las clases de Bread Ahead en la Tea House en Chelsea y no puedo esperar a que agreguen más clases para poder ir. Excelente enseñanza por Ope y asistencia por James. Si quieres una experiencia que se acerque lo más posible a un libro de enseñanza aquí. Máximo cuatro personas a una clase. Las recetas están bien elaboradas, son fáciles de seguir cuando estás en casa y totalmente deliciosas. Ope y James aportan humor y disfrute a la clase, sea cual sea tu nivel de conocimiento. Super nice and charming place. Food is on good quality, Service is at the spot and knows their business, while being discrete. Atmosphere is very nice, as you can feel and see that visitors are coming regularly. A bit too pricy for a resto w/o a star. But definitely a recommendation.

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday on December 19th at 7:30 PM, ordering the 80 set menu with lobster and duck, totaling $232.75. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet my expectations. While I won’t judge the taste or portion sizes, the service was disappointing. Throughout the meal, no one cleaned the crumbs from our table, even though I saw the staff cleaning neighboring tables. I didn’t realize this was part of the service until I noticed it at the table next to ours. I understand one waiter may have had health issues, but the overall service didn’t justify the price. Although I was dissatisfied, I paid the full bill to avoid disrupting the atmosphere, but I feel the experience was not worth the cost. For this price, there are many other places that offer much better value,Because you will only get two dishes a few centimeters in size, like eating nothing.

Our stay at Egerton House Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we checked in, and our room was spotless with luxurious bedding. Angel W. (Concierge) assisted me in every aspect of my stay. She arranged tours, made theater, and restaurant reservations. She arranged car pick-ups and drop-offs for me. Angel arranged to have a breakfast care package along with coffee ready for us when we departed for a very early excursion. She placed my dinner order and arranged to have it delivered to my room, and it was ready for us when we arrived. She absolutely was amazing and truly made The Egerton House Hotel my home away from home. Her attention to detail was impecabble. The hotel's location in the heart of the city made it easy to explore everything on foot, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, as well as a la carte menu. I especially appreciated the personalized welcome note in my room - it really made me feel valued as a guest. A lit votive candle and bath salt were waiting for us after each turn-down service. I requested a fresh pot of coffee each morning at 5 a.m. and it was delivered to my room along with a smile. We will most definitely return to the Egerton House Hotel again!!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London, England.

The perfect tea room, delicious sandwiches and scones are amazing!! Price is very good, perfect choice for afternoon tea😍 And also thank you for the perfect service 🫶🏼

I had dinner here ordering their prix fixe menu with my partner. The wait staff are very nice and the food is tasty (though not extraordinary) and beautifully presented. In addition, there are a number of "free" amuse bouche items provided. However, the portion sizes from this menu are tiny. I'd say the portions are like tapas rather than a meal that will satisfy your hunger. But what really burnt my bunions was that when the bill arrived, it included a £1 charge for charity. I choose my own charities voluntarily and do not expect to be pickpocketed in a fancy, overpriced restaurant. If the owners want, they can donate to charity out of their pockets without imposing this on me with a sneaky addition to the bill. I believe it's inappropriate for a restaurant to sneak this on the bill, which would result in an embarrassing confrontation with the wait staff over it. I want to be asked to optoin rather than requiring me to opt-out. In addition, the bill had a 15% service charge, which, on top of their inflated prices and their £1 charity addition, really dented my wallet. A 12.5% service charge is the norm in London. 15% is ridiculous. There was no mention of the charity extortion or inflated service charge up front. No wonder they're closing the restaurant down. Even if they stayed open I'd never go back.

The hotel is fabulous in its decor and service. A stunning place to spend time. Enjoyed a great lunch with very friendly & attentive staff.

The prawn salad was phenomenal and well presented. The beef was has an enormous serving portion, cooked to order and perfectly juicy. The atmosphere was very posh- there was live jazz music and a singer

Great service. Our waitress was very polite and helpful. Coffee was nice, food was ok. I ordered a full English and it was served cold. Cold scrambled eggs, beans, etc. plates were cold too. It’s a small thing but could have changed that breakfast around just to warm the plates before serving up.

Si pudiera darle al equipo de Cheneston 10 estrellas lo haría. De alguna manera 5 estrellas se siente como un flaco favor. La comida estaba absolutamente deliciosa, yo había pedido el filete (medio raro) y mi compañero el risotto de setas que se cocinaron a la perfección. Nuestros platos principales fueron acompañados por tres lados, incluyendo papas Jersey Royal, espinacas crema y ensalada Ceaser, todos los cuales fueron de nuevo increíbles.
