We booked the kitchen and bar restaurant a couple of weeks in advance notifying them that we would be using our Jumeirah One £100 voucher that we exchanged with our points. We were warmly greeted and sat straight away. Service was very good, though empty inside. We ordered the salt and pepper squid to start which was very nice. Then for mains we had the king prawn linguine which was very nice though lacked any real flavour. Maybe a touch of chilli or something to give it a slight kick. We also had the mixed grill with lamb kofta, chicken skewers and diced lamb. Unfortunately the diced lamb was tough. Surely use lamb neck fillet. Chewy as stewing lamb. Shame. Rest was very nice. Then we came to pay. I said we were paying with a Jumeirah One voucher. My phone was taken to prove the code, we never saw the bill! Then there were a total of four people trying to sort it. Eventually I was told that the voucher couldn’t be found and could I email an address to prove the code. Really. Finally I said I would give it 5 more minutes or walk out. Had enough. Finally I was given the thumbs up that it had been accepted. Still no bill!! And I have now found out that they have deducted not only one voucher but also another £100 voucher without my consent (and I believe the bill was about £90). All in all an embarrassment of an ending. Shame. I await an apology, my second £100 back and maybe some kind of reimbursement too for the problems!!!

¡Una velada fantástica de principio a fin! Tuvimos una habitación privada arriba para una gallina, y toda la experiencia fue absolutamente increíble. La comida era deliciosa, el servicio era impecable, y el ambiente hacía la noche aún más especial. Un gran saludo a nuestro servidor, Bayden, que fue más allá para garantizar que todo era perfecto. Él era increíblemente atento, educado, e hizo que todos se sintieran tan bienvenidos, especialmente las madres, que apreciaban su amabilidad y calidez! Nada era demasiado problema para él, y su servicio excepcional realmente hizo nuestra noche inolvidable. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar para cualquier ocasión especial!

Beautiful pub, very good food And a cherry cider bot

¡Qué joyita! Llegué de Portsmouth y encontré este lugar el propietario y el barman eran muy serviciales. Encantador ambiente agradable me gustó tanto. Volví el domingo con algunos amigos una vez más la misma bienvenida muy cálida. El propietario es muy ingenioso que es encantador de ver. Volveré en enero, espero volver a verte de nuevo y de paso la cerveza fue fantástica. Nick el hombre con las gafas grandes LOL

Tried the Iftar Menu at this branch of Cafe Concerto. We started off with Dates, water, a jallab drink, salad and the soup of the day. The jallab drink was very sweet and Lentil soup was below OK. I've had better. For mains there was a variety of options. We chose Lamb Shank. It had to be sent back as it was cold in the middle. Unfortunately the flavour was missing. We had to add a lot of salt and pepper. For dessert we got the Saffron Milk cake and Chocolate Fondant with Ice cream. The Fondant was nice, however the Saffron was over powering. You get a choice of a juice that's included in the menu. Overall the menu needs working on. Apart from the food being below ok, the service was excellent especially the manage Adela who was very attentive. She also have us an extra drink on the house.

Good selection of beers, bit quiet when I visited, not much atmosphere

¡Tuvimos el té de la tarde más agradable de la historia! Desde los sándwiches hasta los pasteles y los tés delicados más deliciosos que he probado. Nunca habíamos probado algo así, Té de Terciopelo Rojo... Me encanta tanto que lo he recomendado a toda mi familia y amigos. Todos han reservado para febrero y marzo. La única queja que tengo es la vajilla gotea por todas partes, si yo fuera tú necesitas invertir en otra cosa, ha hecho nuestra mesa muy desordenada y pude ver lo mismo en otras mesas.

Waitress Teresa was very friendly and helpful food came up quickly and was well cooked and good quality we had ribs, haddock and chips and half rotisserie chicken

No fue una buena experiencia tener que pedir sal y pimienta y leche caliente y azúcar morena y cucharas de té chef cocinó el salmón ahumado

It was a lovely treat I was joined by my colleague and had an overall pleasant experience. I went for the chicken tikka masala and It was delightful and to top it off I had a sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Two of my favourites and motcomb did its job.
