If you like to walk, then you will like the location. We had to do an overnight and stayed here. It’s a 15 minute walk from the Luton Airport. The path is lighted up and easy to do at any time of the day. However, if you are carrying lots of luggage, the walk can be terrible. A taxi from the airport to the hotel is 20 pounds and the hotel does not offer shuttle which is odd for an airport hotel. Staff at the hotel were welcoming and check-in was easy. The hotel is outdated with old rugs and lighting. The room is mini. Like when I walked in, I felt I was in a Barbie doll house but without the colors. Super small with two super small beds stuck together in a space that you can barely move. For an overnight I would do it again since the price was low but for an extended stay it would be a terrible idea. Also, if you are a light sleeper just be aware that you hear many airplanes ✈️

I was in this pub this evening, where, to my and everyone else's surprise, the power suddenly went out, and instead of having a backup plan in place, the staff and bouncers promptly kicked everyone out. It was quite shocking that they didn’t seem prepared for an emergency like this. There was no provision for continuing to serve food or drinks, and customers had no option to purchase refreshments. The lack of lighting or any form of heating added to the discomfort, making the situation even worse. It’s really disappointing to see a place with no contingency plan for such situations, especially when they rely on providing good customer service and hospitality. The staff also locked the front doors and gave a 15 minute warning before everyone got kick out.

As a party of 6, we had a lovely meal and a warm welcome from the staff. One of our party was very old and on occasion came across rude. Your member of staff called” Chloe ” was amazing with her. Chloe was helpful and always pleasant. We will definitely be returning. A*

· This establishment is nothing more than a low key dowdy motel. It should not be listed on such sites as booking.com. The rooms were shabby , my first offering with no room lighting or curtains. My second a extremely sub standard offering. Shower head hanging from the wall. A dirty bath with no plug and a rotten side panel. The table lamp nothing more than a glass unit balanced on the table. The curtains were disgusting covered in white stains. The carpet stained and dirty. Emergency exit signs ripped from the door. No kettle or cups on allocation. The clientele appeared on face value to be the local homeless. Stale bread from local bakers offered in reception from a sack for the needy! The worst establishment I have ever stayed in

Sadly this cafe did not reopen after Covid. A lot of people used to meet up there and there is no similar venue within a mile.
