The food is terrible, a LARGE kebab, £9 salad in a tiny container, aswell as the sauce I ordered on the kebab, burnt burger bun, MELTED stylophone and raw chicken! This is no kebab shop never use again just an overall horrible experience ! Definitely do not recommend! Awful!

Rude management , obviously no clue Placed an order , went over the instructed time, called to ask how long and said 15 mins. Went past this time bordering 30 mins. Called again asking where is my order. Manager was extremely rude only to find out my order was cancelled because I requested how long it will be. SIPUP seems to be the most reliable right now. This place is shameful

Ordered hot chocolate and a tea. No gluten free sandwiches, apparently ran out. Ask to have teabag separate because I don’t like stewed tea. Was informed by a young lad that I must pay for extra cup for the teabag. I was surprised, I was happy to hold my teabag and did not require it in a separate cup. I told him so and he said those are the rules. We decided to forgo our order

Got a takeaway on the way home, pretty sub-standard, overcooked (burnt) fish, chips (some, a small number admittedly) completely dry and stale, mixed in with fresh chips. Fresh chips were fine. Went back and complained to "The Manager" who said that there was nothing wrong, "the fish is perfectly cooked on the inside" was his response. Obviously, it did not matter to him that the fish was burnt on the outside. No offer of any compensation or apology. Bad products, bad service. A fish and chips shop that can't cook fish, give it a miss.

Went in on Saturday night for drinks. Sat by the fire and started to chat. Bar lady came over and said all customers had to move to the snug as the pub had been booked for a party. The snug is the size of a very small living room and they put 20 people in it. We couldn’t move, it’s was crammed and noisy and some people had to stand. When we asked could we just stay in the bar area was told they would ask the birthday girl if she minded but then never came back to us. We finished our drink quickly and left. Might be useful to tell your paying customers there is a party booked before they order drinks so they can check there’s going to be room to enjoy the drink first. Won’t be going back which is a shame because it’s my friends local and she wanted to try it out to be her regular place. Bar staff also need some customer service skills after spilling a pint into a babies pram her reaction was to shout ‘oh Ffs’ and roll her eyes.
