We were looking for a non pub meal early evening. Went here at 18:30 , board outside offering meals, no-one inside, told we are fully booked. More like we were wearing shorts - tailored I might add. Pretentious little place that does not deserve to survive

Stopped for doughnuts and drinks staff pleasant and helpful everything tasted great so no complaints from me today :-)

1 Royal Thoroughfare6 of us dropped in for a drink after the cinema at 22.05 today . Totally deserted except for one customer at the bar. Waited over 5 minutes before the customer offered to find the bar staff. Empty glasses on bar and tables so obviously work to do but no staff. Young lady eventually appeared and promptly said we've finished serving. No apology. I am amazed bars can afford to turn away 6 customers let alone without an apology. Also strange on 2nd July to read Christmas menus displayed around the walls. No idea if these are very early for this year or left up from last year? I've worked in hospitality much of my life and the golden rule is 'never turn away a paying customer' Unfortunately a no stars review wasn't an option. Very disappointing.
