Horrible customer service. This is not the way to treat your customers. Kept me hanging for a week, without confirming or properly responding to whether or not my order has been replaced. I was given the impression that my order was being processed, but in reality, I was being ignored. They could have been upfront if they did not want to take my order. Really obnoxious and disrespectful honestly.

Went here with my family a couple of days ago, my server hope was the sweetest made sure everything was okay and was so polite, the environment was lovely and welcoming, my family loved it.100% coming back.

Brinklow RoadVine aquí como el restaurante de mi hotel había cerrado. Pedí un cóctel de gambas. Después de 15 minutos no había llegado así que fui a la carvery. Solo 2 opciones de carne. Tomé pavo. Se cortaron 3 rodajas pequeñas del ave. Fue de mal gusto. A mitad de mi comida llegó el cóctel de gambas, que envié lejos ya que no iba a tener esto a mitad de mi comida. Encontré la comida insípida. Tardé mucho en recibir la factura.
