ordered a flake and coockie dough milshake, got flake milkshake but no cookie dough milkshake just cookie dough, and wondering when the milkshake gunna turn up.

Great experience went with family to celebrate 40th birthday dinner at the restaurant Sufyan was our waiter for the night, was very polite and friendly and recommended products to us and helped us with the menu and also explained each dish and we followed his recommendations and enjoy the whole experience honestly he deserves credit, the food was 10/10 but what stood out was the service honestly such a humble soul.

I ordered a takeaway from Balti House. The flavors are amazing. Chicken Jalfrezzi an Chicken Vindaloo. My friend also loved it. Great food! Thank you.

Can't really rate the service as I had a take way, but this place has gone downhill. From wrong items to bland flavours, it isn't the same.

Mediocre food and bad service like waiter pushing himself through guests or making fun of customers. The overall experience was very bad, not worth it and rather uncomfortable. Everything you are not looking out for when dining out.

Ordered a cake asking specifically for fresh cream cake not the new cheaper cream used, the girls at the counter said don’t worry it would be fresh sweet cream. Family collected the cake and it was not fresh cream at all. The cream used is obviously longer lasting which can be decorated quickly but if customers are asking for fresh cream why can’t they be made?

Was thinking why is everybody at the place next door.and not here. I KNOW.WHY.NOW. CHARGED US £38 FOR 2 SMALL CURRIES 3 ROTIS AND 2 DRINKS LOL. IT said £8 a curry. I've just seen some of the reviews and I don't know which nawaabs some of them went to but my family and friends go every year on my brothers anniversary of his death and every time we have great service, great food, and extremely great value for money. We go to the buffet, take our own drinks, and even one of my family members doesn't eat curry but they still allow him to sit and drink with us and don't charge him anything at all. How many restaurants do you know that allow you to sit in and not eat? This place has become a very special place for us and I'd recommend it to anyone. Thank-you
