It was the best curry I’ve had in a long time

1 and half hours late but the was beautiful and apart from the delivery would highly recommend

Excellent, speedy delivery - great food

Order was 10 mins late but the driver was stuck in traffic and had called to say he was going to be late which I thought was a nice touch. Food was piping hot still anyway and delicious as always. One of the best bhunas I've had in a while.

They forgot sauce so my girlfriend rang within 5 mins it arrived u can’t say better than that

Actual delivery times are at least an hour later than those advertised. Food has started to come with items missing, or stone cold.

Had the Nirali good taste especially with the onions and cashews nuts on top really enjoyed it

Very good service and food was immaculate. Service was 10/10 our waiter safina had the biggest smile and was very helpful definitely would recommend. She deserves a pay rise 😉. Definitely will be coming back.

I always ask for mild curries as i have a physical allergy to chillies. Why advertise mild curries when theyre spicier than the surface of the sun? Straight into the bin. They used to make them really nice, but maybe the chef has changed? Theyre not even medium hot now. Theyre very hot. To top it off, the delivery driver gave me attitude when i asked him nicely to not park his car on my driveway next time. I called the restaurant to speak to a manager about it, still waiting for a callback.

Late and cold what can you say? Phoned on two occasions because it said it had been delivered when it hadn’t?

ordered it at 6.30pm delivery was 45mins to 1 hr, immediately after accepting the order it changed to delivery 1 hr 10 mins to 1hr 30 mins... got here at 8.20pm! this is due to Ramadan

Terrible service only 3 people working & the lady was very rude & didn’t even understand English i told her I wanted to pack my food at the end 5/6 times she went to the counter and sat there looking at us even tho she knew was was waiting to get our food packed but she never gave us containers so it came to a stage we’re we left the left-over food & it went to waste because we finished our food 10/15 mins ago & she still hasn’t even brang a container to pack it instead she was sat at the till staring at us, my drinks came after we ate our starters wen drinks are suppose to be severed first… food was on point but service was absolutely terrible.. they need better & qualifed staff! Would I go there again? Definitely not.

Had the Nirali a chef recommendation always a delicious dish if you like a creamy consistency, it’s definitely one of my favourites. Delivery always comes with a smile and a chat

Only giving it 1 stars becuase i cant give it zero. Went here with my family and was honestly shocked when I walked in. As we got there and were waiting for someone to see us to a table, someone told us to go and ask because they were waiting for half an hour before someone came to see them. The place was disgustingly messy with food all over the floor and on some of the tables. The waitresses struggled to understand the order even though I repeated it at least 5 times. We asked for everything together and they brought the food at least 30 minutes apart, even after asking them to bring it out. The staff were very lazy and had no urgency, sitting around and even huffing and puffing. I saw one of them vaping behind the counter too. One of the staff also butted into conversations which I found very rude. The food was average at best and was overpriced so it wasn't even value for money. I was going to say something but didn't want to ruin, the already dead, environment.

Ordered at 19:55pm, due for delivery between 20:55-21:15pm. Three phone calls later, finally arrived at 22:10. Customer service and delivery times need improving.

Normally love this place but tonight waited nearly 2 hours for delivery and when it arrived the food was freezing cold. Really disappointing from a normally really good take away.

delivery was supposed to be 8:00 to 8:20,its now 8:45 and still no delivery. Phoned resturant and they were absolutely no help at all, could'nt tell anything other than its left the kitchen. What a waste of an evening - loooks like we won't be eating tonight!

Ordered 19:27, stated estimated delivery time 20:20 to 20:40, actually delivered at 21:27 (2 hours after ordering on JustEat app, 47 mins after latest stated time and certainly not at 20:25 as appeared on app significantly after actual delivery was made - chased twice, - once at 1 hour 40 mins when told it would be 10 to 15 mins and second at exactly 2 hours, at which point the food arrived - response and service unsatisfactory, particularly being cut off on second phone call, not the first time we have experienced a similar issue with this outlet.

Changed my review to 3 stars because the service isn't as good as it was supposed to be. Went on a Friday night and it was teallu bust which is fine so didn't minf waiting half an hour for the table. Then waited another 25 minutes and asking the staff memeber twice to take our order. When the guy came i politely asked him to change my starter plate as it had curry/oil marks on it. He came back with plates and asked me to show him the dirty plate saying where is it dirty from. I found that a bit rude then the lady asked my brother if he needs his plate swapping to which he said if you don't mind as it is a bit dirty. She started telling him how its not dirty and all plates are like that, he got embarrassed and asked her to leave it. Food was decent priced and tasty so I'll give it that. Wouldn't return.

Very loud music and difficult to hear conversation although it was turned down during our visit. Good quality food and reasonably priced. Would improve by having warm plates and dishes as these were cold making food go cold quickly. Had to ask for cutlery. Some staff made no attempt to speak.

Food good, the lady that took the order was nice, The sever that brought the food did not seen to care and just put the food where ever, Plates colds and the serving dishes cold others places i have been they have been hot, Food was hot but cooled fast Would i go again maybe

Could be so much better, if just arrived warm or hot, but quite a few delivery's are taking a long time to come and food is always cold. Cold food isn't enjoyable. Going to find somewhere else now due to this.

Late. Cold. Korma was far too spicy (they're typically hit and miss with the heat level - sometimes perfect and sometimes my bland pallet gets set on fire 🔥 😅) not been able to afford a Nawaab for a while so this was a treat. Pretty gutted, to be fair. Usually top-notch from you guys. I appreciate it's busy on a Saturday night and the wait wouldn't have been an issue if it had been warm (temperature) and not hot (spice) 😁

DISAPPOINTED!! App said it had been delivered- it hadn’t , I rang Nawaab to be told that it’s on its way- 30mins later it turned up- The food arrived, it was cold, the biriyani came with no sauce - the food was just poor! Unsure what’s happened as this used to be our fave takeout!

Absolutely fuming I order 2x lamb chops chips pickle tray poppadoms and a naan to only receive cold chips cold naan and no chops phoned 5 times to no answer Absolutely disgusted last time I come here ever

We got take out delivery from here. Chicken tikka masala. It was disgusting. It was chicken cooked on a skewer thrown into a sauce that tasted of nothing but tomato paste. The curry never saw an onion, garlic, spices, a real tomato. It was like thick tomato paste soup. The samosa was anaemic and clearly fried in dirty oil. The roti and naan were good if a little floury. The rice was old and hard. Spend a bit more and go somewhere decent. This place is not worth it.

Nawaabs has been one of my go too favourite currie houses for a long while I couldn’t recommend it enough. But something has changed. The staff arnt as friendly as they previously have been, the variation of beverages have gone downhill massively, the size of chapatis are nowhere near what they were. The overall mural of the place just isn’t what it was. I would no longer recommend and I will no longer be returning

Ordered 3 of the same curries, but wanted 2 mild of what's supposed to be a mild type curry anyway. What came was 3 extremely spicy curries. Very disappointed. It's so hit-and-miss when you order from here. You never know what you'll get.

Takeaway was disgusting.Horrible food,ordered chicken tikka masala a mixed grill 2 nans and paneer tikka.Paneer tikka was tasteless,just 4 blocks of paneer grilled no taste of spices.Chicken tikka masala was tasteless and greasy.Mixed drill was also bland and Mainly fish.Seekh kebabs tasted of fat.Even sauces were disgusting.A waste of £40.....Gourmet my ar#e.😡

ordered the Gobi Mutter it tasted awful I'm so disappointed

I was very disappointed with my visit. Starters were warm up’s understaffed with very limited English speaking and understanding. Specifically asked for main dish not to be spicy and it came spicy with added raw chillis in. Manager/owner walking around with his big belly hanging out front house staff looked underdressed (trainers and jeans). Wouldn’t recommend to anyone and will not be going back.

Very inconsistent with food. Can order a curry one day and it be beautiful, order the same curry the following week and it tastes completely different........ delivery time always changes....... my last order was clap cold and you could tell the chapatis had been reheated as they were rock hard and "broke". Won't be returning

Appreciate it was NYE, but service was terrible. Advertised delivery time was less than an hour, but received an update saying would be 1 hr 20mins. When foof failed to arrive, requested an update, and this then became 2 hours. 2 hours and still no food, then updated to say another 45 mins. Finally arrives cold. A request for a refund (in part, not full), also rejected. Portions smaller than usual as well. Very disappointed.

I was given a VIP table in the window on Christmas day and really looked after as a lone diner. The food was lovely and the service impeccable. Many thanks to all the staff.

As always the food is delicious, cooked to perfection and packed with flavourful ingredients. One gripe is I think the pickle tray was forgotten. Unless a pot of yoghurt and sweet chilli is the content.

Most of food was good but 1 star for the keema madras. It was the worst i have had no flavour or colour not 1 chill in the dish. Tasted like oily tomato sauce, food is normally good but that was the worse dish i have had, really poor flavourless dish

The meal didn’t turn up, tired calling and was told I was contacted. I was not and the app was showing it was still being delivered. Called the restaurant who said that the guy delivering tried to deliver but no one was there. That’s a joke since the app didn’t notify me it was there and no one got in contact

Disappointed! My first and last time going here. Understaffed and microwaved food just barely edible. the only things that felt fresh were the poppadoms and the coke (both externally sourced). There were multiple complaints from other customers at the same time, not sure if they were just having a bad day or if it was a standard.

Disgraceful. We ordered a takeaway via Just Eat at 7pm. It was meant to arrive by 8pm. We tried ringing several times at 8:30pm. No answer. It was my dads birthday and we’re we’re looking forward to a quiet family night in. Absolutely ruined our night.

We ordered for delivery after 2 hours I tried to call to chase up delivery, went to voicemail. Went to the restaurant to find out what was going on. They said they had never received by order through Uber Eats. Eventually found my order but accused me of giving the wrong name which I didn’t, got home and the food arrived it was cold, not very good service.
