Food arrived cold, delivery took over 2hrs

I ordered 6:09pm i shows that it will be deliver in 45-55 minutes but then they give time between 6:55 to 7:15 but its delivered after 7:30 because i sent reminder.

I was really unhappy with this service

Food took 2 n a half hrs 2 be delivered, was stone cold were it finally arrived,very poor costumer service had 2 ring restaurant 10 times?totally spoilt my enjoyment of the food also missed a item off the order very very disappointed

Delivered hours late. When I called to see where our food was I was informed the "steamers" had broken down. The delivery driver informed the food was late because of Ramadan

Arrived almost 3 hours late and was freezing cold. Ordered pakoras, got chicken tikka. Ordered a masala and a bhuna and both were too hot to eat, despite supposing to be mild.

Naans burnt meat in the curry was chewy and did not even touch starters as the seekh kebabs had a very smelly smell to them as if they were off so couldn’t not take the risk. Only decent thing was the plain pilau rice.

be honest they started out decent very hit + miss this is last time i order from them curry was like a uncle benns jar curry flat cold all starters cold a scabby portion of rice enougths enougth wont use them again had mabye a dozen take aways from them probaly 6 of em was decent straight up honesty here

This is the 3rd time in a row that our order has been late. On 1 occasion it took over 2 hours to deliver. The food was also cold and we had to reheat it ourselves. Not good at all

Absolutely flat cold work all week for a nice meal you don’t have to cook and everything cold can understand being a little late but this was completely unacceptable can’t warm up fish and honestly the only way I could describe this is disgustingly

Order late but app said it had been delivered once the ETA had passed. Naan bread was hard. Small bhaji portion

2 hours 20 mins delivery time, food cold, not great either. curry's were way too spicy and both the same in taste even though they were 2 different curry's. avoid!!!

1 hour and 40 minutes late so i did refused the delivery no doubt it would be clap cold

The food was late and cold. We called the restaurant and they said they’d come back to me once speaking to the driver. They didn’t come back to me. I called twice more, and they didn’t answer. The food wasn’t great on arrival either besides it being cold.

Food was cold when delivered had to reheat

Ordered food which should have been delivered 7.55pm arrived 8.45pm. No vegetable pakoras, hot seekh kebabs instead of shami kebabs and very cold food - fries were inedible. Really disappointing and also communication was very poor - said food was delivered and wasn’t. Not impressed. When asked for money back told driver stuck in heavy traffic so no money back, it’s Sunday evening! Sorry won’t be reordering.

Some people on this review site slightly annoy me surely u realise food doesn’t come directly from the kitchen to your table it’s called takeaway for a reason it’s not going to b piping hot however these guys try there best n even if it’s not burning your upper lip there is a thing called a microwave/conventional oven the food here is fantastic value n nearly always A1 cheers boys thanks

Lovely food but very late on delivery

naan was quite small for price, no corn on the cob as advertised in mix grill only 2 pieces of fish masala starter not impressed food was just ok

The food was disappointing. Ordered korma for the kids and butter chicken for me, both were identical, tasteless and bland. Ordered at 5.30pm, arrived at 7.30pm after an est delivery time of 6.45. First time trying Nawaab, never again!

Order arrived with things missing, we ring and they said they’d send it out 2hrs later and it’s still not turned up…very disappointed

Absolutely delicious food. Says delivered at 8:40pm but actually knocked at door at 9:30pm. Rang Nawaab, Tong at 9:02pm to see where order was & was told to try other branch. The branch says Tong on order. Too late to eat, but plenty of leftovers for tomorrow. We just need to order alot earlier. we ordered at 7:33pm.

korma was very creamy and tasty, biriani was very nice

Order took 2 and half hours to get delivered, curry had no flavour whatsoever. Chips were flat cold only thing half decent was the garlic naan. Delivery driver was rude! “Sorry about late we were too busy” well cancel the order next time then!

Wen food arrived I was taken back to the 70s n Cornwall holidays as I wandered along country roads glancing at the farmers taking a swig of cider n leaning on there pitchforks taking a well earned rest overhead a lark twitters but then back to reality good food great price thanks 👍

Food was spot on. Really enjoyed it, decent portions. Delivery was slightly late but the did apologise and were really polite about it. They were busy due to it being Valentine’s Day which is understandable

Food was nice (After being warmed in the oven) but the delivery was poor. Had to call twice to chase the order and in the end was delivered over an hour late.

Food took almost 2 hours to arrive and most of it was cold as you can imagine. They refused to offer any sort of refund. Won’t be using again.

Ordered our food at 18.28pm with a delivery time of 19.35pm. Two phone calls later to be delivered by 21.00. Food arrived and was all cold

Alredy said it will take a hour then half hour late on top!

Alway great food always warm & on time

Ordered 3 starters no shami kebab 1 small tub of mint sauce for 3 starters. No salad . This has never happened before from any of my previous takeouts. Always plenty of salad and sauce.The Currys are very nice cannot complain on these very tasty. The big let down is the lack of salad and sauce on the starters which would have made it 5stars.

I thought food was top notch. I got lamb garlic chilli balti, we got a mixed grill starter for 2 (was really good, especially the lamb chops). Mrs complained her butter chicken was too salty, I tried it, it was a bit salty but tbh, if she’s not going to eat it then I am. 4 stars just coz of a whingeing Mrs but otherwise, top notch! Been in the restaurant before and can’t believe they deliver as far as Bramley! 40% off isn’t bad either.

Tenemos nuestros platos favoritos, pero cambiamos de vez en cuando y no importa lo que pidas, es delicioso. Recomendaría las chuletas de cordero como entrante ya que son tan buenas. El servicio es bueno, los precios justos y como he dicho la comida deliciosa. Si me sorprende que el Nawaab gourmet nunca recibe una mención en vacilante "mejor curry... mejor restaurante asiático" como cenamos en muchos pero no se puede vencer al Nawaab. Enjoy.

We've been dining here for a very long time and the quality of the food is consistently superb. We do have our favourite dishes but do switch it up now and again and no matter what you order it is delicious. I would recommend the lamb chops as a starter as they are sooooooo good. Service is good , prices fair and as I've said delicious food. If surprises me that the Nawaab gourmet never gets a mention in vatlrious " best curry.... best Asian restaurant " as we dined in many but you can't beat the Nawaab. Enjoy.

On time, food HOT and tasty! Had a couple of bad experiences last orders but they seem to be back on track now :)

there must be a reason why a supposed decent restaurant is giving 40% discounts .... food was swimming in grease... chicken stringy and cheap feeling... bhajis and kebabs were cold and undercooked and wet due to useless packaging .... just put them im plastic boxes rather than foil lined bags .... best part of meal was the chapatis ... huge portions but quality was appalling.... majority of it innin

first time in a long time that we have had decent takeaway food. everything was hot and tasty. we would highly recommend. We're looking forward to ordering from here again. Butter Chicken was amazing 😋

Food was stone cold. Not a surprise really when order was shown to be out for delivery, but then did not arrive, and when chased up an additional 30 mins or so added to the time. Food arrived cold and late. Service is very hot and miss

delivered 5 mins after latest time, but food was very nice, just bhajis & fish masala was quite cold, approx 3-4 miles away so understandable... recommended for goid quality 👍🏼

Order never received, when I tried to phone on multiple times the phone was put down or straight to answer machine.

2 hours later and food still hasn’t arrived, every time I have called restaurant told driver is on way and will be 15 minutes this has gone on for 70 minutes how cold will my food be if it even arrives??? Will never order again

Excellent as always may I suggest your free starter which is a bargain I might add be optional with a top up fee depending on item just a thought but top quality

Half of our order arrived in half an hour and it was fairly good and then it took a further one and a half hours for the rest to arrive. Poor service, doubt I'm coming back.

Food was ok the fish was a little dry the curry was ok but spicy for a korma

Food was good but VERY spicy, so be warned. Lamb Hyderabadi was very tender. Great peshwari naan.

Great food , great service, will definitely be back. Recommend the mixed grill , Tawa lamb and chicken. Garlic naan was lovely too.

When food came it was cold. Had to wait at least an hour for food to arrive. No taste to the naan or the chicken korma

The food was good. Unlike other restaurants, the chappati, naan, were perfect size and thickness. Nicely cooked. The ambience was good. The price is also very competitive .

I ordered butter chicken and lamb nihari curries.. The taste was no where near that ! The chef doesn't know how to cook. Chicken pakaoras were awful.. Sadly won't be ordering from here again.. What a let down 😕

Food is average nothing spectacular, there are way better places around bradford. Atmosphere is nice. Staff is super friendly & welcoming.
