I've been coming here for takeaways for many years as the food was always great and cheaper than a takeaway, sadly that's no longer the case, the prices have been creeping up over the last 2 or 3 aways, granted after the pandemic many places are increasing their prices a bit but in my opinion many are using it as an opportunity to take the Mickey out of their customers, I'll be going to my local takeaway's from now on.

I placed an order for chicken liver tikka and lamb karahi and paid 17 pounds. They sent me wrong curry (a normal chicken tikka masala) and when I rang them they said we didn't have liver. I had rang them half an hour before receiving my order and they didn't tell me this then and when I asked why they didn't tell me I didn't get no answer. They said you have to drive back with the curry to get something else. I paid for delivery as well. The curries taste was pathetic! Please don't buy! nothing was fresh and it was like done in a rush....

Been here a few times now the food is beautiful really carnt falt it.the food arrived pipping hot we got 2 currys 3 starters a wrap meal with chips and a drink. Rice and 3 chappaties £26 that included a 20% discount. The orded came early too. A lovely experience for our sunday tea.

Advertised as 'eat out to help out' but then inflated the prices on the meals! I ended up paying almost full price but then they will obviously claim the same value from the HMRC. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.. tempted to take this to the local papers too.

Terrible service. Ordered a takeaway to collect. They got the order wrong. When I complained they sent out another order which they got wrong again. When I spoke to manager he was rude and put the phone down as I was speaking. will not use again. Avoid this place if you can.

Great friendly welcome on entering. The restaurant is very clean. You have a choice of around 20 curry’s. It’s has veggie options. It is used by the locals which shows how good it is. Service was very quick. The food was delicious. I would recommend a visit - sit in or take away.

I love the fish Karahi - just like grandma make!!!! It is spicy, juicy, made with top quality haddock, with lashings of garlicky oniony oils perfect for bread dipping and rice mixing. Thank you for all the good times xxx

I've been going to Food2Go since it opened and whilst I've always found the manager to be quite miserable, most of the staff is quite pleasant. I've generally found the food to be alright, its consistently average and I'm OK with that when we haven't cooked at home. They've often made mistakes with orders but you just write that off as human error and just politely highlight it next time you go in (not that the manager is ever apologetic). His response is generally “ah right.”On Tuesday this week, I went and asked for three naan to accompany the food I'd made at home. It's the month of Ramadhan so to avoid the queues in the evening I popped in at 6ish to collect the naans which I would reheat later on at home when breaking our fast. I dealt with a member of staff I hadn’t seen before so I assumed he was new. I paid, was handed a bag and left.Around 8, my wife who was not fasting went to eat a naan to find there was no naan but two tandoori roti (not what I ordered). My wife called and asked to speak to the manager who insisted that the mistake was ours because he always repeats the order to the customer after he takes it. Overhearing his rude tone and efforts to blame us I interjected and explained that the new member of staff did not repeat my order and I know that I had not made a mistake. In a childlike “I’m having a strop” kind of way he was forced in to admitting fault and said “I’ll get the naan to you” proceeded to take my address and warned me (lol) that It’d take 40 minutes. I had an hourish until my fast broke so I wasn’t too concerned. An hour passed, two hours passed and then I went to bed. No naan. No communication. Nothing.Funny thing is, I could have rung up and made a complaint but frankly I don’t think it would have made a difference so I thought I’d take my rant to the web.What a dishonest set up.So here’s the advice, if you don’t mind handing over your hard earned cash to a person who’s got the people skills of a brick and integrity of a crook for pretty average food go ahead.

Called today after some time last time i visited was ok. Today feb2nd 2019 the food was fantastic price well £10 for 2 samosas 2 kebabs1 large curry and 3 chappaties great value so nice will be back next week well done guys and gals

Since my last visit here a few changes have been made they now have a warm seating area as previous was quite cold and can’t enjoy a meal wearing big coats sat in cold had a grilled fish on naan was very nice with salad and sauce nice and fresh

Picked some food up and don't know why restaurants charge top dollar for underfilled Samosas and overfilled kebabs but not with meat. If only you would understand that this makes no sense.

Visited this place again after they refurbished well just painted it really tried their shawarma I must say the only thing that was nice was the salad and souce the meat tasted bland as if it was microwaved the bread it came with was so thick I culdent bite into it more like a roti and a old one out of the fridge by the look and taste of it I didn't bother with the cold currys they display I'd tired them before to expensive for something you need to take home and warm up again in my case I had to add more spice the last time..car park was full of broken glass and rubbish as usual and a health hazzard as it's uneven half concreated and patched up weed growing everywer

very good as you would expect from Pakeezah - clean, fresh, and tasty. portions slightly smaller than some other places but you getting high quality food. i certainly wasnt hungry afterwards and will try something else from here again soon

A samosa was missing in my order, but the food is tasty

Prices are not cheap, given this place has a sort of pile it high sell it cheap approach - nothing is really cooked and served relatively freshly as it is in a restaurant but it's all in containers under a glass container. A lot of places do that, but they do it much better in terms of the quality of the food, the price and they do it without being rude or arrogant. I had a complaint about a dish/item that was just plain wrong: asking for a veg samosa and getting a meat samosa is not my fault. More to the point, I don't really care if it's 'happened before but 'people don't mind'. Condescending and unwilling to accept responsibility. Also tried some curry/masala dishes but they were either extremely hot or very very bland. As for the prices: you can have better quality food, for more or less similar prices, at some restaurants in Bradford and you don't have the hassle of doing the washing up or paying over the top even for sauces; I'm surprised there isn't an entry fee.

I called in for a couple of vegetarian samosas to take on a walk. The assistant said he'd have to fry a couple. He handed me a brown paper bag which I took away. Later on and peckish I opened the bag and the samosas were fried to death...burnt...and we're meat.

Nothing special about this place went in as very hungry and couldn’t be bothered travelling average food and no service at all overpriced not a place I would go again unless everything is closed just bang average

We popped in for a quick curry. Lovely chk tikka masala - best I’ve had in a long time. The meat karahi was very very nice too as were the naans. Got a couple of curries to take away, the koftay were nice but very very saucy ie too much masala. It was like a tasty masala curry with the odd meatball thrown in. Took ras malai home too that was nice too. Friendly staff. Reasonable for the price - but not cheap

Driving past thought I would get a quick bite to eat for family decided to take away a grilled fish in naan , chicken pakoras kids like them and some mango lassi ordered and taken food away all in 10-12 mins good service plenty of choice for food

I could write a short novel on how bad this place was! The second branch shutting down should have been a massive warning sign, not long till this place shuts down too I bet! Avoid at all costs. Don’t say I didn’t warn you

I've ordered food before but this time round it has been really bad. ordered the food I wanted they didn't have it so I I decided on somthing else. It shows on just eat it has been delivered but still waiting for delivery. it has been more than half hour waiting for food.

Sweet rice were like stones. I guess they forgot one thing before adding the sugar to it that it must be boiled as well.

The quality of the food was satisfactory but the portion sizes were very small for the price and also the delivery charge was much more than other restaurants. I wouldn't order again for the sheer expense of the food and delivery not worth it👎

This curry here is really nice flavoursome! I’ve order a couple of times before now and the curry always come quite late however it’s good quality when it arrive! The side aren’t the best and slightly let down the curry itself but, over all this a good reliable place to eat!

Waited more than 2 hours! Utter time wasters!

Can't fault the food from here, as usual. But delivery times are slacking off massively now! Last meal I ordered was 45mins late, this time it was 1hr late. Good food, just don't expect it on time!

Food was decent but ordered my food at about 9.10 and estimated delivery was for 10.00 which wad delayed by 10 minutes to 10.10, I was expecting this due to Ramadan but it ended up being delivered past 10.30 even though it showed as delivered on the just eat app at 10.10 which was not the case. Attempted to contact the number provided just incessant ringing for a few minutes without an answer. Would be pleased if it wasn't for the poor delivery or non service without answering their phone when I tried to call for an update.

That Arabic bread was like u dept it in cooking oil was soaking sorry and the lamb shawarma is way to strong and really really dry the lamp chops not to bad on the taste but not worth its money for the amount of meat u get the lamp chop couldn't get any thinner then this and the delivery man needs to learn couple of words like thank you and welcome specially when u get tipped rating 3/10

Ordered food at at 7.35pm and it is now 9.20pm and no food has arrived. They won't answer phone when you call. Won't be ordering again very bad customer service!

Very bad service, i know their is one staff member slim with small beard is very stupid, dont have manners to provide service and i am sure the managment knows about this frustrated man. I would request to the Managment to arrange a psychiatrist for him. No complaint about food,

Evidentemente muy popular - coches aparcados son normalmente todo el pavimento (que es un fastidio si son discapacitados o ancianos). Una maravillosa variedad de platos para comer en el restaurante o para llevar. Por desgracia mi curry era mediocre y mi estómago. Mucha variedad en Bradford, así que no volveré hasta las críticas de aquí mejorar. Quizás una mala elección o un día? Los precios son buenos, así que no salir perdiendo de dar una prueba.

Got a nice chicken steak with rice today they made the chicken steak fresh sliced up in pieces with salad and sauce was a good lunch something nice and different to eat I would recommend it .

Me dijeron que no iba a ser entregado por 5. 15:00 h. Venga 5. 30 nada tan sonó el restaurante y la persona que me atendió fue inútil y desagradable. Venga 5. 50:00 todavía nada y luego en el 5. 5:00 Llega más de 40 minutos tarde. La comida era sosa, frío y sin sabor. It necesita repasar tratar mejor a sus clientes y con respeto.

Horrendous delivery, 2 hours to get a simple order delivered, especially considering that they are only 5 minutes away. I could have picked it up myself if it wasn't for their misleading "he's on his way". After promising that they would offer a discount at the next order, surprise, surprise they turned around and claimed that they didn't know anything of the offer and could not reach the manager. Very weak, disgraceful service. I have been let down twice, needless to say that I won't be going back.

Nice. Masala fish woz off the hook and the chapal kebab nice n spicy. Only issue I had was the delivery took over an hour and a half. Got the apology for the late delivery so thank you.

I ordered my food for 7:05 , I received a call around 6:45 saying it was ready. I explained I couldn't collect the early and was told "but it's ready". I was then told it would be kept in the oven. If it was kept in the oven I can only assume the oven wasn't on as the food was cold. First time for terrible service from here.

We called in for a bite to eat before a Bradford city game. The counter was full of amazing looking curries but I went for the meal deal of a kebab in Arabian bread. I got my choice of salad fillings and sauces. It came with a drink and a choice of curried potatoes or chips. It was so tasty but enough to feed two people.

Food was excellent. However, despite my order being above 10GBP, I was still charged delivery fee of 1.50GBP!

Very disappointed with this evenings order from food 2 go Totally messed up my order which was almost £20.in value. The first bag of food contained only part of our order and we had to phone the shop to ask where lout main meals were. By the time we received the rest of our order the first half had become cold and inedible . We are four very disappointed regular customers . Shame .

Although the food was nice the service was terrible. I asked for some sauces at the start of my meal. I'd nearly finished it before they arrived. The shoo was empty and the staff apologised and said they had forgot.
