Seems like trip advisor is being used more to give bad reviews these days so here is a good oneā¦ā¦Red Naga is by miles best Indian in the areaā¦..period. Taxa and team go above and beyond to deliver great food and customer service. I have been a loyal customer since they opened and can say I have never once had a bad experience. Last nights food was fresh, piping hot, super tasty and fabulous value for money. Trust me order from here and you will not be disappointed. All the best David

Although we don't go here very often, we have been going for years. Sadly, on this occasion, we were put off going back. There was a sports channel playing on a huge tv in the restaurant which the staff were watching (the volume was on but not loudly). I had the chicken tikka korma with pilau rice (can'trememberwhich one), and to be honest, it was a bit bland, certainly not as flavoursome as I've enjoyed in the past.

From the phone call to book the table to entering the restaurant we were made to feel very welcome. The restaurant was very clean, and nicely laid out. The staff were friendly, professional, polite & helpful. The service was perfect, but the food............. OMG!!!! some of the best food I've had. So vibrant and full of flavour. I had the butter chicken with vegetable pilau. The chicken melted in the mouth the rice was cooked perfectly, everything was without fault. I would highly recommend this restaurant if your in the area. Well worth a visit.

Had my first delivery from delval tandoori. Went for the set meal which included a lamb balti, a masala, with rice nan bread, poppadoms. Got to say the food was delivered on time nice and hot and it was the best Indians I have ever eating. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

We had a takeaway delivered from here via Cramlington Eats. I went out of my comfort zone (usually order dupiaza or rogan josh) and ordered paneer shashlick. It was served with a yoghurt dip and a fresh salad. It was one of the best dishes I've had from an Indian takeaway. Everything was cooked perfectly and the salad was fresh and crispy.

They selling spoiled poppadoms, seems which prepared weeks ago, Poppadom was smelly, for that reason as i rang them, they been told i was late for 20mins for collection, that's why the poppadom was smelly. How crazy the answer by themš. So, it means for collection we should on time and eat with in 5-10mins, So food will be good and nice, especially there will be no smell of poppadom if we consume it in time. We used to use this place regularly and had no issues. Today I collected a lamb curry which was un eatable. The lamb was chewy and the chips had changed since previously using this take away, they were hard and more like kabab chips. It was cold, the staff took 10 mins to sort the bill and couldnāt figure out the amount to charge. Clearly changed hands. Donāt waste your money use the Damaka around the corner, quality food.

Absolutely avoid luke the plague! We booked this hotel as it said it was pet friendly and after a phone call to the hotel confirming that there was no extra charge for my 2 dogs . After a 3 hour drive we arrived and went to check in and was "greeted " by a very aggressive Asian man shouting that he was busy and i would have to wait. After a few minutes he slammed a pen and a form on the counter and simply said complete this. I filled in the form biting my tongue more for my wife's sake. I handed him the forms back and he demanded £120 which i questioned as we had already payed for our stay with booking.com. For the dogs he shouted and i explained that I had already confirmed with the hotel that there wouldn't be a charge for this. £120 must be paid for the dogs he demanded in a very aggressive manner to which i replied who do you think you are talking to? He turned away and disappeared! I spoke to another member of staff after waiting 10 minutes and he told me that the man i was speaking to was the manager and he had left the hotel and didn't know when he would be back. We had to book another hotel at short notice and eventually got our money back through our credit card as both the hotel and booking.com refused a refund.
