Lovely food with the family. Staff were lovely and would happily go back again soon. Delivery was quick and food was amazing! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone.

Tough meat served in tomato sauce. Very, very disappointed. Offered 20% off next take away. Safe to say I wont order again.

The original delivery time was 6:40 - 7:10 however it didn't arrive till 7:30pm !

Cartons damaged and carrier soaked with the sauces meal ruined . I’ve used this company plenty of times and always been 100% good. Disappointed with today. Needs more care from the delivery

Dansak had about a centimetre of oil floating on the top. Not many King prawns but plenty of pineapple!! Naan was doughy, undercooked and soggy.

Ordered from brockwell Tandoori tonight, while the food was very nice. The delivery was awful. It was nearly half an hour late went to the wrong house and the food was lukewarm well think again about ordering with Just Eat.

I can’t give it any stars as was worst we’ve ever had. Poppadoms were like crisps in bits, curry spill all over everything so no sauce and everything else cold. Keema Nan was missing a vital ingredient the keema

The food was 30mins late and every item, EVERY ITEM, was just too cool to eat. So after microwaving to heat it just wasn't nice at all. Unreliable and just not worth any amount of money. Horrible. Jw

I rang to order and ask about vegan options. The staff were very helpful and explained they could make my order vegan . I ordered the vegetable dansak and it was delivered very quickly and tasted lovely. Will definitely be ordering again My husband and daughter enjoyed their meals as well

Delivery time was fab but food was not up to scratch.. rice was hard, sauce was watery & the nann bread had next to no garlic on.. didn’t receive the salads for the starters either. Think i’ll stick to my usual.

Order was over 1hr 45mins late, proposal from the restaurant for compensation was not met. Food on arrival was saturated in fat (Grease) and poorly made.

Had Chicken Tikka Garlic and Lamb Tikka Korai, good quality meat and tasty curries! However the Nan bread was poor, no filling in the keema and onions nan. Also the Onion pilau should be a bigger portion in the larger carton

Came 55 minutes before the stated delivery time, which was a little inconvenient. Somehow it was delivered cold, the whole bags and all 7 cartons absolutely covered in grease. One main spilled. Didn’t taste the best. Won’t return.

Not great, curry's lacking in depth of flavour. Very dissapointed.

Food ordered at 18:30hrs for requested delivery of 20:00hrs. At 20:12hrs (12 mins late) I was informed that it would be delivered at 20:40. Again the delivery time came and went with no update. A refund was requested and subsequently refused and my food was eventually delivered well after 21:00 hrs. The food was average and the temperature of the food was unexpectedly cool given that the packaging felt warm which can only lead me to the conclusion that the container was artificially heated on its the outside without penetrating the packaging Overall I am hugely disappointed snd will not recommend Brockwell tandoori

Foid was not very hot,sauce was runny and not much chicken.overall not happy.

An item was missing from my order but this was rectified very quickly.

Food late due to car trouble, understandable. BUT food was only just warm. Nan bread cold and poppadoms soft. Big bit of gristle in lamb. Definitely not up to usual standard. Wish we had not bothered. Ended up in the bin.

I was reluctant as others better rated. But absolutely delicious and this will be my new go-to Indian.

Sorry, but THE WORST curry we've EVER had! Pale, Bland, Runny, and the sauce was split! There was literally water swimming around the bottom of the bowl into the rice, had a few mouthfuls, and then it went straight in the bin! AWFUL!

Food arrived. Poppadoms were literally crumbs and sauces were very watery. Quality was poor. Had to submit restaurant rating but no actual restaurant

The food was amazing and still hot when delivered. Arrived right on time. The only thing was I received a plain naan instead of a garlic one, but I used it to mop up the korma sauce anyways, so it wasn't that big of a deal, i suppose. Will definitely order again :)

All food was freezing cold yet arrived within 20 mins, popadoms and onion bahji were burnt to a crisp We were clearly the last drop off for delivery driver and the quality from this restaurant is too inconsistant so wont be ordering again

Amazing food amd service as per, always 5 stars

For food that is less than a five minute drive, it came cold. The onion bhaji was overcooked. The samosa was hard and over cooked. The chicken pakora was undercooked and soggy. I could go on.

Delivery driver was very polite and explained that order was a little longer due to them breaking their fast as its ramadan.

The order was incorrect. Very late. Marked as delivered about 20 mins before it actually arrived. Every popadom was smashed up and in just crumbs in the bag. Very disappointing.

Ordered at 7.30pm with a delivery time of 40-55 mins. Order didn't arrive for almost 2 hours. On a Tuesday night. Completely understand there will be nights where the delivery takes a while but be honest with your estimated times as we wouldn't of ordered. Couldn't eat most of the food as it was just too late.

Food was 1 hour late, cold and spilt out everywhere. Pretty shocking tbf.

Kebab was very sweet and naan was soggy. Chips were nice

£7 for a chicken tikka main was a bit expensive considering the portion size. Korma sauce wasnt as nice as usual.

My go to restaurant for a long while but I’m changing now , ordered spicy chips and poppadom as extras , where definitely old , poppadom soft , chips hard , unfortunately they’ve lost a customer, first time I’ve had it done but if they’ve done it once they’ll do it again

Food is always lovely from here. Last time we ordered it was an hour late and this time 10 minutes early. Could have been warmer, but food was excellent.

Normally very nice food, however this time one of the main meals popped whilst en route I presume, lost half a curry, the sauces and 1 of the naan breads were spoiled :(

I had a voucher from Quidco. Number C49WGHT76PC6. I placed the order using this voucher. But the order never went through. It is now saying that the voucher is invalid. Can you look into this please.

There was a slight issue (nobody's fault, just one of those things) and the customer service was brilliant, I was really impressed with how great they were at dealing with it. Always enjoy the food from here but the standard of service really stood out tonight!

We normally love the food but tonight we had two wrong items - plain nanns instead of garlic ones, which we understand would probably be a genuine mistake, but they were rock solid. The chips weren’t nice either, however the curries were great!

Wrong curries sent out compared to the usual ones.. Not what we expected and not tasty but we had no choice but to eat them as I was going to work soon and couldn’t wait to ring up. Gutted as this place is usually spot on

The food were nice even though half of the koa spill on the bag and we didn't receive the poppadoms. Others than that we definitely order again.

Ordered mushroom pilau got veg which was cold, keema pilau delivered cold, keema naan burnt, chicken chewy. Was lovely last time we ordered apart from rice being cold but extremely disappointed this time around. Will be ordering elsewhere next time as just wasn't enjoyable at all sorry

There was a technical issue with my order but I called up and was really helpful on the phone had someone come out and drop off part of the order. Food is always very good! Would order again!

Very bland. Bhuna had no taste. I’ve had Kormas with more taste. Naan was dry and over cooked (like it was from day before). There’s only one Indian worth going to in Cramlington and that’s Lal Qila.

The chicken was not cooked properly and also rice was undercooked too in Briyani uncooked chicken put me off straight away so had to bin the food . But chicken puri was nice.

My favourite place around.. will never go anywhere else food is amazing will highly recommend ans definitely my only go to for curry 5*

Food was cold when it arrived. Plain curry sauce had no taste and pathia had no spice whatsoever, both were swimming in grease. Chips looked and tasted like they were yesterdays leftovers recooked. Normally have a good meal from here but was very disappointed this evening.
