Really enjoyed this Korean crispy chicken dish with rice. Very fresh crispy salad, a good amount of boneless crispy chicken and some rice. Typical Korean flavours. Reasonable at £10.

Very mean staff they where extremely rude they where unprofessional they would not let my friend eat in because he was a little bit on the heavy side would not recommend coming to this Indians

Went on a Tuesday and was served fast. Food was okay nothing to rave about. Sadly the service really let this place down. After I finished my dinner, I waited 30 minutes for my table to clear and then further for the bill. Sadly it’ll probably be my first and last visit here. Make sure you have plenty of time if you come here.

Best curry in England! This place is a gem!!! Friendly, helpful staff, amazing food, very good prices. Wish we had found this place earlier as we would have frequented it practically daily - IT IS THAT GOOD!!!!

Some of the chicken stir fry meal portions were too small for the price.

so so delish, first time ordering from here. i got the mixed sushi platter, was so so worth it. fish was fresh and HUGE, lovely smooth buttery fish. duck roll was delish too without it being overpowered by the hoisin. came with alot of ginger, soy sauce and wasabi. also came with spring rolls (added on as a free item, they’re standard as the sushi was the highlight). delivery driver was so friendly and efficient. would definitely recommend and order from again :)

Haven’t been here for awhile, actually forgot how terrible food was. This time I was served a raw burger and when I showed the bartender she quickly took it back to the kitchen said she was so sorry which is very nice of her but when she returned with my new food, the burger was so overcooked and tasted disgusting. Had a really busy day, so I was really looking forward to having some nice food. I was quite disappointed. The last couple of times I’ve been here, I had seminar experiences but forgot about them until I went there again today It’s a nice place, but definitely a drink is only kind of place

We came here expecting a delightfully fresh healthy meal. Unfortunately I cannot confirm that this is in fact what we received. £13 for a microscopic sushi platter paying extra to eat in despite not being informed and then having to sit on a dusty, crusty, musty airport bench. We thought it would cost more to take away as they gave you an extra bag (which seems logical!) As I ate it myself and my colleagues found that it did not taste as fresh as we were expecting. The wasabi paste was an odd green colour (I’m no wasabi specialist but that is not what I have eaten in the past). This is an absolute outrage and a scam as the wasabi cannot possibly be fresh as it was clearly there for longer than 30 mins (if yk yk) Just when we thought this terribly disappointing meal couldn’t get any worse, I realised the fish had a less than pleasant aftertaste. I’m not fish specialist but I dont think this is what you would an expect from a ‘high quality’ chain like itsu. The airport seats we ended up having to eat at were literally less than a metre from the itsu seats. Why on earth should I have to pay an extra amount in response! #dobetteritsuheathrow

My husband and I stopped here for dinner and we were blown away with the food! It was absolutely delicious! I had the double kabab and my husband had the chicken curry we also had the pakora and naan. All the food was so good, the spice level was perfect and the sauces were delicious! The naan is made fresh and the meat for the kabab was cooked to order! We will for sure be coming back to eat here the next time we are in Hays!

Avoid this restaurant! Poor service, rude staff, the lady managing this place needs to learn customer service, she’s so rude and laughs at you when you give feedback. We have eaten in here several times and it’s gone from bad to worse. We’ve given them a chance and we’ve invited family too, but after all the money we have now spent here we have finally decided not to go back and waste our money as we’ve not once come out happy! Table wasn’t cleared when mains arrived and we had to clear our own table, the soda for my drink came in a separate glass to my vodka, the kitchen staff are not in correct chef clothing they are wearing hoodies! Poor hygiene and EHO need to know this! Chicken was dry, the saag aloo was absolutely vile! Avoid at all costs

Eastcote tandoori was good but now it is aroma lounge it is excellent...brilliant food and great service...

Average taste with relatively high prices. It's hard to accept the mandatory 12.5 percent service charge. Very ordinary service.
