Really good authentic Sri Lankan food however if you cannot handle spice, do make sure you tell them. Went with a group of friends and ordered spicy. All I can say is, I am one who can handle the heat and even I managed to feel it. The food was nice and the service was decent, although a little slow. Definitely would recommend it if you are after some authentic Sri Lankan food.

Great authentic food with strong flavours and beautiful presentation. Generous portions and the service is friendly and efficient. The starters are good for sharing and to give you a taste of various dishes. The curries are varied and tasty.

Tried Vridhu for the first time and honestly, I was blown away. The lamb was hands down one of the best I’ve had—no heavy masala or oily chukka, just a great cut of meat cooked perfectly. You could really taste the quality. Everything felt fresh and well-balanced. On top of that, the team was warm and welcoming—it felt like I was eating at someone’s home, not a restaurant. Would happily drive back just for that lamb. Thank u Sam for the love and care!

Delicious authentic food, lovely ambience, and courteous and friendly service! Everything is made fresh, so the food may take time to arrive but it’s definitely worth the wait.

Came here in the evening and had a wonderful meal in a relaxed and pretty restaurant. They were really helpful with our order and suggested that the lovely Fish Sappadu would be enough for the two of us. It was as we found it to be a very generous portion and it gave a nice range of fish dishes. We also had Mutton Rolls which were just as good. We would definitely come here again!

Great place to explore Sri Lankan cuisine!

Definitely worth the visit and worth the drive of 1 hour. Amazing ambience and very pleasant staff. Food was really good quality and definitely a huge quantity -better to share the dishes. Very satisfying meal ,definitely a hidden gem and will highly recommend to try this place for authentic sri Lankan cuisine. I would love to come back again try other dishes. This time we had sea food thali meal- fish , prawns and crab curries tasted amazing and bursting with flavours and complemented well with rice and roti. We also tried lamprice- rice cooked in mutton stalk , with mutton , aubergine and fish cutlet baked in banana leaf- must try. We also tried egg Hopper and string hoppers with jafna mutton curry with bone- mutton curry was excellent. Overall we had a good satisfying meal and must try this restaurant. Paid parking available nearby.

Must visit this restaurant at least once. Will defo cone again and again. It was very sweet of them to offer ginger tea on the house to all their customers at the end of the meal. The service was amazing everyone was very kind and accommodating.

We went to have lunch in this hidden gem restaurant. We had a very nice food. Very authentic and the flavours burst in the mouth. The crab curry and the combination of parota is out of this world. One of the best Sri Lankan Restaurants. Must go again.

Myself and Husband had a delicious lunch today. We started off with starters of fish cutlet and grilled prawns and main dish was veechu rotti, prawns curry and chicken curry. All dishes were out of the world. Wattalppam was yummy! Highly recommended. Thank you for the good customer service.

I had the vegan kottu and the sweet hopper with jaggery and coconut milk — and honestly, it was some of the most flavorful food I’ve ever tasted. Truly unforgettable! As a vegetarian, I was looking for something unique, and the manager/owner, Sam, was incredibly kind and helpful. He took the time to explain the menu and helped me choose dishes that suited my taste while offering something different. His passion for the food really came through. The experience was warm, welcoming, and absolutely delicious. I’m already looking forward to going back for the same dishes!

Super good delicious scrumptious spicy srilankan food. We loved chicken 65 & jaffna chicken wings. Veechu rotti & srilankan chicken curry was sooo good. Mocktails were so good. Malai kulfi also so good.

Had a Birthday Party yesterday here. Was astounded by the variety and quality of food served. We had Mutton Rolls - absolutely divine!, mutton devil - great flavours, fish cutlets - gorgeous, crispy chicken wings - excellent for startes. Really enjoyed! For the mains - Mutton on the Bone with plain Hoppers and Mutton Kothu was quite enjoyable.

Had a lovely lunch. Fish curry and lamprais was excellent - depth of flavour and spice was perfect. And well cooked. We were recommended to have parotta with the fish curry which was a perfect suggestion and the staff definitely advised us well. Staff are polite and attentive, even water was always kept topped up.

Perfect customer service and tasteful food. Will definitely be back. Five stars all the way!

Drove a fairly long way to get here after seeing some very good reviews. Really worth it. Food is spot on. Mutton rolls, mutton kothu, and the clay pot curry were excellent. Will try and come back again soon.

The food was really good, we had Gobi 65, vegetable rolls, chicken kottu, vegan kottu and watalappam. The food took a while to come, other than a decent place dine in.
