Itsu in Hillingdon

The sushi is fantastic, probably the best ive ever had. This is definitely a 5 star sushi, may get lower scores in other aspects but its an airport restaurant so cant judge too hard on those other metrics.

Love this restaurant in Terminal 5. The food is always delicious and the poached egg which was added to my meal perfect – although difficult to eat with chopsticks. Staff are incredibly friendly and the service fast!

Lovely little Japanese fast food place in Heathrow, and the butterfly installation is beautiful! We got some veggie gyoza, prawn crackers and aloe vera juice to go. There's fish sushi, chicken dumplings, miso soup and even porridge for the morning. Not a great deal of veggie sushi to hand but this may have been down to the time of day, and what we had was lovely. Staff were polite and friendly. Plenty of seating indoors but you may as well sit in the departures area - it'll cost less.

Itsu delivers Sushi almost as good and fresh as Top Restautants with the convencience of fast food. This is Excellent and healthy Fast Food.

We had a few hours to kill and the dine-in eateries had crazy long lines/waits. Thus, we hunkered down in the seating area near Itsu. Sitting right there finally caused us to cave and get some mid-morning food. The veggie sushi roll was quite tasty and both the rice and noodles bowls were better than expected. The menu is reasonably priced for an airport and the quality was better than expected!

Per essere in un aeroporto, pausa pranzo buona. Giap & asian fusion con cibo già pronto sugli scaffali frigo (il che porterebbe a pensare negativo) ma davvero di qualità. Soprattutto veloce e non affollato come altri nello stesso terminal. In sintesi, veloce, semplice, buono.

Un chicken teriyaki con riso, edamame e piselli è una buona e sana opzione per mangiare qualcosa al volo prima di partire. Ci sono sia piatti caldi che freddi, semplicemente buoni.

First time eating here – I opted for the veggie gyoza with noodles and a soft egg. Delicious and reasonably priced! I'll be back!!

What a fab meal to have just before a flight! We went for the super omega 3, a veggie rice bowl with quinoa, lo bros ginger lemon, cucumber and mint zen water and a miso soup. Everything was so tasty, filling, but left you feeling light. Thoroughly recommend.

British Airwaysの東京等長距離便は、中央の長いエスカレーターを降りて電車で400m位ずつ移動したGateC みたいです。乗り換え時間で、あまり日本食が食べれない時に利用します。店内だと+￡0.8位だったと思いますので、空いてるベンチでも食べれます。サ－モンは結構美味しいんちゃう。ご飯は硬いけれど。枝豆も入ってます。セキュリティ内

If you find yourself at Terminal 5 in LHR and you are looking for a good Miso Soup, than head straight away to Itsu. Loved the soup, the fish dish and the dumplings.

Just ordered Sushi and a flat white... while the Sushi was good and the price appropriate for airports, they screw with the coffee.... 2.65 pounds and the plastic cup wasn’t even half filled... that’s ridiculous and that’s why you only deserve a two star rating !

Mangiare sano in aeroporto? Sì può. Io ho preso qui del sushi, del teriyaki di pollo e me li sono portati a bordo del mio volo (scusami British Airways ma le cose che servite a bordo sono orribili). Buono, sano ed economico.

夕食でライスボウルを注文決してマズイわけでは無いが、日本人には何か違和感を感じる味で、少し残しましたヌードル系もあるようなので、そちらの方が無難でいいかも

Die üblichen "Fast Food" Restaurants sind nicht meines. Egal ob Burger, Pommes oder Sandwiches, plastikabgepackte Salte oder wie auch immer, es hängt mir alles zum Halse raus. Aber itsu hat mich sehr positiv überrascht, es gibt viel Sushi, ebenfalls abgepackte Salate und auch div. warme Gerichte, von denen ich die Veggie Rice Bowl probiert habe und es war köstlich! Sehr viel gut gewürzter Reis, eine Schicht leckeres Gemüse und 2 kleine sogenannte Quinoaburger, die an Falafeln erinnern. Es war durchweg köstlich und der Preis für Flughafen -und im Vergleich mit anderem- OK!

Fresh food, quick service. They have sushi or hot options with rice or noodles, really great fresh choices and a good range of drinks. They have USB charging stations at the tables which is a bonus!

Purtroppo abbiamo voluto provare questo fast food, posso solo dire che non ci andremo mai più, il sushi sapeva di lacca e il riso con le verdure e pollo era disgustoso. Non capisco come si possa chiamare cibo questo prodotti.

Not sure why this is saying as closed. It's definitely open! This is a small branch in Heathrow T5. There is not that big a selection compared to normal stores although sufficient choice. Small seating area. Usual Itsu. Had the salmon sushi which was nice with lot's of ginger. Clean branch and well kept. Staff pleasant but not overly friendly. More robotic friendly. Great to have something to eat that is relatively healthy and if you don't want the usual sandwiches from Pret or sweet treats from Starbucks. Would recommend. Itsu's food although quite healthy is high in calories.

Love Itsu, so love this branch in T5. Situated by the escalators to B and C gates, this Itsu is a little more tucked away from the other eateries. Good selection of fresh sushi and hot food to go. Plenty of seating. Great food and usual service.

We visited just before boarding to fly off home. The food is excellent and well presented. Not too much, just enough to carry us through to the very late meal on the plane. I was really impressed by their selection of hot and cold food. I think we will make a visit here a regular occurrence when flying out of Heathrow.

Stopped by to try this new place out yesterday.

I had a surprisingly good nigiri mix with some salad at Itsu in LHR Terminal 5. In particular, the quality of the rice was far better than the average take away sushi places. Recommended.

Sushi restaurant with a continuous moving "train" of dishes that one can take to eat. Also offers wait service for hot food. Dishes are okay, not great. Liked the hot spicy edamame and the soft shell crab. Raw beef was terribly chewy.

Used to love getting sushi from here as a replacement for the slop served on BA. However this pleasure has been taken away from me as Itsu is no longer at T5.

Yo siempre visitar ITSU cuando vuela desde LHR. La comida es saludable, fresco y delicioso y mucho mejor que la comida típica clase de negocios en los vuelos. Hay una gran variedad de ensaladas y sushi más sabroso y contundente sopas. El jugo también está disponible. El servicio siempre es rápido y eficiente. Muy recomendable.

Una piccola oasi per ingannare l'attesa del prossimo volo. Buona varietà di sushi e sashimi pronti da prelevare dal banco frigo. Tavolini abbastanza comodi, banconi con sgabelli estremamente scomodi. Personale molto gentile, prezzi onesti.

Had a very nice sushi box including salad - lovely with seeds and grains in it too - very nice side orders: superb miso soup, lovely mini (read: not to sinful) tiramisu for dessert and good quality green tea easy to take-away with lid. Prices very fair, especially for airport.

Discovery inesperado. Me encanta sushi es tan perfecto para una comida antes de volar como comida de avión es siempre tan decepcionante. Airside, así que puedes tomar algunas con usted en el avión como una caja de bento. Fantástico, una alternativa más barata al avión comida concepto Gordon Ramsey si te apetece llevar su propia comida a bordo. ITSU ofrece una relación calidad-precio cajas de sushi, ensaladas y platos bento fideos de zumos que se pueden comer en o (a bordo). recién hecho en los locales, mi salmón Teryaki no era el mejor que he tenido en £3,89 pero no me quejo.

El ITSU es una cadena inspiración asiática que vende sushi fresco (en las noches venden todas las sobras con un descuento) y sopas.
