Awful. Food was never delivered.

I went here Thursday 5th December around 2pm. Got a kobeda on naan. By 6pm the food poisoning kicked in, it’s now 24 hours later I’ve used the toilet about 30 times I’m sick and tired my head is pinging. I’ve had to miss work earlier today I can barely get out of bed. I’m so angry how these man given us rotten meat 🤬. Tasted good tho.(also it’s defo here that’s given me food poisoning as a couple of the lads have stomach problems too)

I recently had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant. Despite being a loyal customer who has ordered 20 to 30 times through Uber Eats, this was my first visit to the establishment. I was eager to try dining in, having heard good things and with a favorable comparison to another local favorite, Rayden. Upon arrival, I went upstairs with my 3-year-old child, as he preferred to sit there. We were given a cover for our food and waited for my wife, who was downstairs getting our order. Despite many available seats downstairs, we chose to sit upstairs because it was more convenient for us. While we were waiting, another family, who had paid before us but was still downstairs, wanted to sit upstairs. The staff insisted that we move because the other family had billed first. I explained that we were already seated and had been given covers and asked to sit. Despite this, the staff rudely insisted that we leave, stating, "It's my restaurant, I am the owner, get out." This was an incredibly upsetting experience, especially with a young child in tow. Being asked to leave in such a manner, despite not doing anything wrong, was humiliating and unacceptable. If you are looking to ruin your day, I would recommend visiting this restaurant. Otherwise, I suggest avoiding it to spare yourself from such a negative experience.

Dirty, poor service, low quality oily food, rely on drunk people that don't know and better or simply don't care what they eat

I recently visited lal-qila after many years. It recently has been renovated. We ordered a chicken kebab on naan and it did not let us down. Also the aloo tikki with naan was nice.

Su servicio al cliente es realmente horrible, ya que son tan groseros hasta el punto de que es casi divertido. Leyendo las otras reseñas, casi me río, ¡ya que puedo imaginar a estos chicos! Si usted experimenta esto no debido a su género, raza o religión. ¡Son groseros con todos! Si no fueran tan groseros, probablemente tendrían 4 estrellas! Estos chicos tuvieron una vida difícil, considérate afortunado, no eres su compañero! En realidad he estado yendo durante 22 años, ya que es el mejor kebab de pollo y cordero de todos los tiempos! e incluso tengo a mi esposa enganchada a su kebab de cordero en los últimos 10 años. No cuestione la calificación de higiene y elija la comida que se mueve rápidamente y estará feliz.
